Honestly for being right next to campus it has fast service. And nice workers.

I love going to this Starbucks location! The baristas are really nice and service is prompt. One thing, though. This store voted to unionize and, as a result, Starbucks has not yet upgraded their payment system to allow tipping when you pay by credit card. (Apparently, Starbucks is doing this with all the stores that vote to unionize.). Anyway, bring cash if you'd like to tip. The baristas deserve it.

This is my favorite Starbucks. I order while I’m driving and my order is always ready. Samantha always helps me. She’s amazing. The entire team really are so friendly and my coffee taste the best here.

I went in to congratulate the staff on becoming union and order a coffee in support. I had been a patron of the competition for some time and thought it was time to come back to my favorite Starbucks. Then I met James🤧- What a shocking personality to place in such a prime location. He should be a security guard at a dive or a bouncer at some back alley sleeze- not serving productive members of society. I was in terror😱 by his get out attitude, and embarrassed in front of my clients. At first, I thought he kidding, but then noticed his large creepy eyes 👀! I left so confused. Not the celebratory environment I thought to encounter at the first Union Starbucks in our region😩- His demeanor may be toxic for the location as a whole. I would get rid of him before the other staff incorporate his disposition. Till then, I’m going back to The Scented Leaf, where my clients and I are always treated courteously and welcomed. He should not greet customers like this anymore☹️

Used to like this Starbucks but I am no longer a fan. Today I went in for a few hours to get some work done and needed to use the restrooms. Well the signs on the restroom say they are not open to the public. That typically means that customers can use them but not the general public. So I asked an employee behind the counter for the code and they said they couldn't let me use the restroom because it was only for employees. I asked where the nearest restroom was that I could use and they couldn't give me an answer. So I walked down to Illegal Pete's to use their restroom and came back. Well 10 mins after I returned from my bathroom trip the same employee opened the restroom for three other customers without hesitation. Unbelievably frustrating and absolutely ridiculous. I will be avoiding this location as much as I can.

My favorite Starbucks in town! I use the app to order ahead and my drinks and food are always ready and on point. Baristas are always friendly and cheery, definitely a great start to my mornings.

This is the first Starbucks I've ever been in that was in a house. This is a very neat location in a very old part of Tucson Arizona. It's easy to miss it if you don't pay attention to the signage.

This Starbucks is better than either one of the locations on the University campus. Friendly baristas, fast service, drinks are always made correctly.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the employee Meg for being the kindest human. I had just come to Starbucks after dropping my dog off for eye surgery, and when she asked how I was doing, I couldn't hold back my emotions. She came over and gave me a card that covers my next drink, and consoled me. She was the absolute sweetest, and her compassion really helped me through the rough morning I was having.

best baristas in the whole city! skip the line at the stores on campus and just come to this location :)

There’s an employee working here named Holden. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It’s rare for customer service to be this noticeably good at a coffee shop.

They open super early. Fast and accurate made to order

James was our cashier on 9/9/2023 at around 3:40pm. It was the first time I was going to redeem my points so I had questions, he was extremely rude and raised his voice without even explaining how I could or why I couldn’t redeem my points. He even asked: “Do you have money in the card?” I didn’t want to make a scene, but he should have training in customer service. I don’t understand why Starbucks would keep people like him in a city that is so diverse and parents visit so often.

I didn’t get a chance to catch her name but the girl with the awesome makeup is always a pleasure. Great service at this location.❤️❤️🙏🏼

I stop in here frequently in the evenings, and the service has always been courteous, prompt, and accurate. They also invariably have bags and bags of coffee grounds for the garden. I haven't sampled the food nor the specialty drinks.

In two days roll I am going early morning Why your costumer service poor and the girls who works morning schedule that is last time I went there and they hiding sugars when I try the take ooo don’t take it just just me poor very poor specially the blonde and black girls

Was visiting from Phoenix and stopped to get a coffee and was taken aback by how quickly my order was made! Service was amazing!! Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to!

Cozy little space to chill, drink a hot coffee, and charge my phone real quick. I like this location best of all the ones here in town I've been to. Staff was super friendly, mellow vibe, and their lounge area was so homey. This is definitely my new spot for coffee.

Pretty nice little Starbucks positioned in one of the best spots in town. It's near a bunch of neat shops, and within a stones throw of the University of Arizona.

This is my favorite Starbucks in town and I walk all the way over to this one a couple times a week even if it's a little farther from my office than the other campus locations. I also used to sit outside and do tutoring here on weekends and love the vibe. As busy as this one can get with so many students, the wait goes pretty quick and most importantly the staff is always friendly. Some of them even remember my order and name by now, which is a positive way to start my day pre-coffee! Dom is particularly awesome. :)

Opened earlier than everyone else around, so went back multiple times that weekend - kind of a “lark” when it comes to mornings. Awesome location, also, best outdoor setting in a long while. 👍🏼

Kudos to Katlyn who assisted me today. It appeared she was in training but took the time to take my order and helped me with my selection. The White Chocolate Mocha was delicious. the service outstanding. I am a happy customer.

The cashier Taylor was AMAZING. She def deserves a raise. She was so sweet and helped me and my friend order some crazy but delishous drinks! Thanks so much I will come back just because of Taylor!!!
