    Wanted to shop for a baby stroller and the workers were acting odd as if they thought we were gonna steal and my 3 yr old daughter picked up a book and the employee walked over and asked my daughter for the book with zero explanation as to why. What if we wanted to purchase it? The whole experience was weird and we felt extremely unwelcome. Won’t be going back for obvious reasons. Please teach your employees better customer service skills and invest in some courses and if you have some already get some more. And i seriously hope they weren’t racially profiling due to us being a bi-racial couple because it’s certainly giving those vibes but at the very least it was the worst customer service experience.

    We had a lovely lady helping us out choosing the right perfume, we forgot her name but from looks she was 5.7 f, fit built, race: black, age roughly 30ish. She was very helpful and even gave us testers to go so we can make sure we really know which product we wanted to purchase. P.S the sales person was in the background of the images

    I enjoy Nordstrom for their high end, niche, specialty fragrances. I do NOT appreciate that they now hide the tester bottles so the customer is now forced to speak with a representative when trying to discover a new fragrance. Sometimes you don’t want to be bothered and want to be left alone and at peace when trying to discover a new signature scent. Nordstrom was a 5 and dropped to a 3 for this reason alone to me.

    This store is nice and organized. I enjoy shopping here off and on, especially when I'm in the area. Stop by to pick up woman Dior Perfume for my Mom and YSL man Cologne for a special person. The sales members were friendly and helpful to expedite my needs. Parking is spacious and the store has multiple levels. It also has access to the Westfield mall from the inside.

    Customer service has gone way down and this is coming from someone who used to work for the company! On two separate occasions when returning an online order, the employees had the nerve to ask me a bunch of questions about my return. Like, when was it purchased? My return was in its original packing with tags on. I clearly had the receipt in my HANDS and on my phone since it was online. Basic greeting and addressing to the customer is just not a thing.

    Great staff 👍 My kid was having a rough day and the staff provided her a balloon and gift to cheer her up. Great atmosphere with good products. Special thanks to 'Andrew' near the kids shoes section who was excellent. Please relay my appreciation.

    Best shopping experience I have had in a long time. Donna helped my wife find the perfect dress for our anniversary. Mariana did a great job helping with alterations on my jacket and slacks. Our lunch in the cafe was excellent!

    The car pick up and returns can be a tad slow, and I recommend just running inside, but other than that, the teams have always helped me find what I need. Great customer service and cute clothes. If you're looking for more designer wear, I'd go to the Bellevue location. Otherwise, this location seems to have everything else you'd want/need.

    I'm 6' 4", size 2XL, and wear size 14 shoes. When I'm on a critical mission to find some new gear for a next day business trip or vacation travel, I can always find everything I need at Nordstrom. Yes, you pay a bit more, but I believe the custom service and quality you receive is always worth it. Thanks for keeping us big guys looking good!

    Nordstroms goal is to "provide outstanding service every day, one customer at a time" The customer service I received at this location on 2/26/2023 doesn't meet Nordstroms standards I went to all three floors and only one person in the entire store acknowledged my existence. The cashier that checked me out "Anny N in cosmetics didn't even greet me, didn't ask if I found what I was looking for, she just said "Is this all?" and then told me the total. She didn't even ask if I needed bag for my item. I expect more from Nordstrom and am greatly disappointed in my customer experience.

    Was buying there, told I have got 30$ in notes, and again they have associated it with Canadian account I have had years ago. All my purchases are in USD in USA but Nordstrom keeps associating my rewards with Canada because than it doesn't have to reward me! The store manger and customer support couldn't help, no one knows nothing about that! such a scam! In December we have solved that issue, in 2021, we have solved this issue but it keeps being ignored and associated incorrectly. I am not a huge customer but my approximately 1000-1500$ a year will be spent somewhere else. Hate being mislead and taken advantage of!

    Absolutely the worst workplace. Do not work here. They treat employees unfairly and the store manager Tamara is violating many workplace laws. This store is very unsafe with incidents and shoplifters all the time. They exploit hard-working employees who give their best to the store yet they get not a tinge of respect from the store management. Tamara needs to be fired and banned. How can a company like Nordstrom have an indecent woman like Tamara work here? I have no respect for Nordstrom anymore. Tamara shame on you!

    Went to buy a bra- hoping for one that fits well and looks good. Sonia at the SouthCenter store was awesome, she was easy to work with, was knowledgeable, super patient and I walked away with a bra that checks all the boxes.

    I needed a dress to wear to a wedding and Arie helped me find the perfect one! I received outstanding customer service today, and I’m so happy I shopped here! Also bought a few things in the lingerie department. Everyone who helped me was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. These ladies at Nordstrom are a fine example of everything that’s right in the world. I will definitely be back.

    Don't make online orders to pick up at the store. If you order 2 or more items within the same order and one item is ready but the others are not, you have 7 days to pick up the item that was first ready or they dismiss it from your order and then you have to go back again to pick up the rest of the items. So basically you have to make several trips to pick up every single item, which is more expensive since gas isn't free. This is why this stores are closing and Amazon is consuming them, their logistics make no sense.

    It still upsets me to shop in person at Nordstrom. At my most recent visit where there were minimal customers in the shoe department and about five associates, not a single one of them approached me even though I was walking through the area with a shoe in hand to make it obvious that I may need help. As other customers came into the shoe area, they were quickly approached. The customer service associate who I forced to wait on me was pleasant and helpful in the end. But even they appeared to be taken aback by me asking for assistance. I purposely put on my Sunday outfit to shop at Nordstrom just to improve my overall experience. My white spouse who was with me named it as racist profiling, since three of the associates approached her as soon as she stepped into the shoe area.

    Nordstrom is one of my favorite places to shop. This particular store has great staff. There is ample amount of parking in the premises. Took 2 stars off because when it comes to women's department, there isn't a lot of variety like I see in other other Nordstrom stores.

    Katie in southcenter Cafe is funny, friendly, suggestive sells, & serves quickly! Katie 😊is the Best, Cindy in Home is great at suggestive selling, texts me when she thinks I would love in item! Cindy sells me so much, all my Christmas gift are purchased in home😁! Southcenter children's shoe associate (she was fantastic & she sold me 4 pairs of shoes on 9/14: 3 pair were gifts shipped to MN & 1 pair for me..I have small feet! I love Nordstrom staff!

    Had a great experience at the Mac counter! Excellent service and the agent matched the fantastic makeup perfectly to my skin. Made me look and feel 10 years younger! I'm not a big shopper, and that made my day!

    So disappointed. Just left Nordstrom Southcenter and received horrible service from Theresa. I picked out a shoe and asked an employee to bring out the other shoe. She said she will ask an associate to help. Then associate comes to me, Theresa and asks, " Are you the one requesting for this shoe?Did you try this one"? I looked confused. Then she continues, "Because if you did the other one will fit" I said yes but I want to fit both to get a feel of how it would be wearing the shoes. Then she flips the shoe clearly looking at the price and says, " Some people just pick the shoe and request for the other without trying " I just shook my head and she walked away. The shoes worked for me so I decided to purchase. But I can't help thinking what was the reason of her asking me all that and if every customer is asked this questions while trying to buy shoes here.

    Lisa was very helpful in the lingerie section while I was shopping for shapewear for a wedding. I brought my dress with me and she gave me lots of options for what I needed. I even got measured and know my correct bra size. She made me feel comfortable and let me make my own decisions. She helped make this nightmare errand easy. Thank you for your assistance and expertise! I felt confident and beautiful at the event.

    I wish there were more than 5 Stars for Kristen, the fragrance specialist. I was well recommended and would definitely recommend anyone wanting to buy from her. She was very polite and helpful. I was with my husband and we’re asking about different brands and fragrances and she took us all around the store to get us what we’re wanting. I purchased more than a few fragrances.They are all legit. We got a bunch of samples to try and will definitely come back to get some more. We’ll love to see Kristen around!! Thanks girl!! You’re the best! 💙💙
