Pretentious staffs- greeter saw us walking in and just gawked at us walking by. Made absolutely no effort to address us or be friendly. My husband had to initiate the greeting just to get a simple head nod. Girl at the counter was so into her phone that she didn’t see us until I arrived at the counter in front of her. She then didn’t even try to hide her phone, just left it on the counter while talking to me. I had to make a return- not every store has open fitting rooms so I made my purchase online and returned the ones that did not fit. Girl at cash register was rude and made it seem like a big inconvenience. Disgusting behavior. Southcenter location at 4:00pm on August 24th. Staffs mentioned were the curly haired boy in the men’s section wavy haired girl at the counter. Customer service worst than fast food joints.

Your employees at this location are the reason why I rather shop online. Back in my days working in retail, my managers would never allow us to huddle in social groups or talk to some customers the way they do. Not one greeting or if you asked for a dressing room, a huge eyeroll is involved. I’m not sure if it’s this generation of kids or customer service isn’t a standard of this company.

The workers at this store had no customer service skills We walked in and weren’t greeted and had to travel to the back of the store to get help and then were met with attitudes when we asked for a fitting room the girl was rude and dismissive

I was in today looking for jeans and there were 2 employees in the front. I understand that maybe there was training going on but a simple hello is all they had to do. Later 2 more employees walked by and didn't say hello either. As soon as someone younger came in, they received help finding what kind of jeans they were looking for. Not trying to accuse anyone of anything but I really felt like I did not belong there. The store was very well organized and I appreciate that they carry many different sizes. There's potential but y'all really need to work on customer service. A simple "Hi, how are you?" can go a long way.

A employee named Kiara (I hope I’m spelling that right omg) was suuuuper nice and fun to talk to! Made me smile when I was having a bad day. If you’re reading this, I appreciate you girl <3

Best secret there is when it comes to buying clothing for guys and girls age 3 to age say 50. Simply shop here. Guys left side of store girls right side. Nice clothing for little children in the back. Dressing rooms, always very friendly helpful workers. Can do in store pickup and deliver to your home 🏡. The clothing is by far the best stuff I can find in the entire mall or any shopping mall, that is outside of Macys and Nordstrom.

Very unhelpful and rude staff members particularly from the female staff. It seems like everytime I'm there they're just chitchatting. When I ask them for help, they look reluctant. What asking for a price check, one of the staffers quickly quipped "it's full price" though it actually wasn't. Terrible service.

Manager is disrespectful and acts as if she handmade all the clothing herself when you make a return. Just pay the $7 and make the online return.

Based on my various experiences here, many of the employees are not that friendly. They appear "conceited" and simply aren't that helpful. The store itself has normally been well organized and clean. Would maybe return and probably not recommend...

Customer service is great and really nice selection

Love it. Very helpful people. Even someone who only worked there for three days was super knowledgeable. Nice selections as well for the famous Fierce cologne!

Terrible return policy. 30 days from when they ship. So if it takes 7+ days to get to you, you better get it back quick if anything wrong. Would highly advise not ordering anything online from this retailer, especially when other retailers aren't such sticklers. 2 days 32 days after it shipped (not received) should be able to be returned for a whole refund not just store credit.
