We booked 2 double beds walked into room with only 1 bed. Went to office and were put in a 2 bed unit. The walls are neon green and the chairs filthy. Good luck relaxing. No soap, shampoo OR washcloths! The shuttle van picked up and dropped off people ALL NIGHT right outside my window. I usually have patience but it took all I had to not scream... Shut the bleep up!!! I recommend this place if the dumpsters in town are full.

We picked Knights Inn because it was VERY affordable and right next to the airport. The room we got was huge, with a full kitchen. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I read in other reviews that the staff was great so it was nice to affirm that. The staff offered to drive us to the train and gave great dinning advice. My only criticism is how well the room was cleaned. As I also read in other reviews, the rooms don't get cleaned very well. We actually had some random small pieces of trash under the bed. A cup, wrappers, pen, lint, etc. There was also a used wash cloth in the bath tub. Overall, on a tight budget I would stay at the knights inn again.

Selected a two bed room and they gave us a one bed room. The room smelled, there were stains on the floor, couch, walls and sheets. A loose needle was in the couch. The only reason we stayed was because it was 1 am when we arrived and were desperate. We figured it’d be better than sleeping in our car. To be honest I slept in roach infested mud huts in Guatemala that I’d recommend over this place.

They booked my room to another guest somehow and a room that was the same price wasn't available so I had to pay for two beds when I only needed one. Shuttle is convienent(when you can get them to give you a ride). Staff is VERY unfriendly and do not know what they were doing. I was there for a 4-night stay and my room was not cleaned once. I didn't get new towels until I had to ask for them on the last day of my stay. Found a dead mouse in my bathroom while I was there and many cigarette butts strewn throughout hidden places in the suite. The Suites in question are obviously old apartment buildings that have been quickly renovated into hotels. There are non-working stoves microwaves and dishwashers in the rooms. My room had broken curtains that did not keep out the light or the pot smell from my neighbors. I did ended up getting refunded partially for my stay. I will say that one of the staff members there was very helpful and seemed like she genuinely wanted to help me. I chose this hotel for its close proximity to the airport and it's low price. However, I am certain there are better hotels to be found in Seattle period possibly even for cheaper. SAVVY CUSTOMERS TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Had a late flight in, got checked in to a smoking room with a queen when we asked for non smoking with two double beds. There was nothing they could do and said I had no options. The smell of smoke was unbearable. Looked around for other rooms anywhere around but it was so late that there was nothing to be found. Ended up sleeping in the car. They did not provide any refund or anything either.

The 1st night I stayed in a smoking room and it was disgusting. Smelt like an ash tray and was not updated. 2nd night I moved to a non-smoking room and it was if I was in a completely new motel. The bedding was nicer, everything was more up to date and it was over all much nicer. We had a planned power outage which lasted 10 hours so that was not the greatest experience but I didn't have anywhere else to stay so I had to deal with it. Hopefully they will accommodate for the inconvenience.

Our stay at knights Inn was far from satisfactory. Booking a motel is always a bit of a risk but we were incredibly dis-satisfied with the quality of our stay. Upon check in, we were given the keys to our room. When we entered the room we were overwhelmed by the smell of dirty feet, wet towels, and urine. The carpet was stained, there was no duvet cover, and the washroom had the worst stench. When we brought this to the attention of front desk, he was accommodating and agreed to check us in to another room. We were grateful that the next room smelled less overwhelming but quickly starting noticing the imperfections of our new room. We ended up sleeping on top of the bed sheets as there was no duvet cover again, and underneath the duvet cover we found 5 long dark hairs within pulling the duvet cover back 12 inches from the top of the bed. Our friends who stayed in room 109, requested (in advance) a non connecting room, only to arrive to having a connecting room. When we brought this to the front desk attendant's attention, he lied and told us it was connected to a laundry room which was not the case. Both of us found mold in our rooms and definitely had an uneasy nights sleep. When we tried to bring all of our concerns to the attention of the general manager, we received no response. Save yourself the sleepless night and book any where else but here.

Stayed their last August. Unspeakably nasty place, with a vibrant insect fauna living inside the rooms. My room had bed bugs (I caught one and took it to the front desk). I was moved to a bug-free room, but my old room was rented out to someone else the very next night. Rooms are dingy and dirty, with carpeting that belongs in a landfill. Before I stayed here, I had the impression that hotels were subject to regular health inspections, or some such thing. Apparently they either aren't or these inspections are insufficient. Otherwise the city would have condemned this place long ago. I could complain about the quality of the wifi, the door locks that kept getting demagnetized or the sub-standard breakfast, but these are really minor issues by comparison. Stay away!

The room was old and filthy. We saw several bugs, cockroaches included. Bathroom was smelly and leaking. Non-smoking room smelled like an old ashtray. Beds were really hard and squeaky. Shuttle service not reliable. We used it just because we needed a place to stay after long international flights and pictures promoted online looked okay.

Didn't like my room. It was in the very back or the place and smelled heavily like smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Lots of noise, felt unsafe and room was not very clean or kept up. Asked to change rooms because of the smell and cleanliness and the staff on duty was happy to help. Second room was much nicer and cleaner. If you stay here ask for a room in the front building.
