Great time during the haunted chocolate experience Kids loved it and adults too. At the end each of us left with a box of chocolate and they even exchange one of our with gluten free chocolate, very thoughtful

I LOVE chocolate… high quality chocolate! There were so many chocolates to choose from I almost left because of the choices but I stayed because I of the perfect guide named Amy. She took her time , made me feel welcome and helped me to make a choice of a variety bag that I am completely satisfied with. Great service and great chocolate! Next time I’m going to take a tour and I hope Amy is my tour guide. Thank you Amy and Seattle chocolate factory for giving me the endorphins and excitement that went above and beyond my expectations.❤️🍫

On a whim, on Wednesday (9/22/2021) while driving to get gas, we randomly drove past a chocolate factory that had a sign out front that said that they offered tours. Immediately went online and booked a tour for later that day. I'm so glad that we did! If you're in Seattle, check out this tour. It was only $12 a person (plus tax & fees) but it wasn't simply a factory tour, but a tasting class as well! We sampled a lot of chocolates in the class and they had people on the line working during the factory tour. I had no idea that people were hand packaging these chocolates in the paper sleeve! We obviously weren't allowed to bring phones on the factory tour, but my favorite machine was the robot arms that picked up the silicone molds, suctioned the sheet of cooled chocolate out, and plopped it on the conveyor belt to be cut into squares. Of all the chocolates that we sampled, the chocolate with sesame bar was my favorite. Sounds like a weird combination, but it was really nice! All of their chocolates are kosher. Their metallic-looking truffle wrappers are backyard compostable - made from eucalyptus trees that are sustainably harvested from Forest Stewardship Council managed forests. In addition, the chocolate comes from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms in West Africa & small batch farms in Peru. Finally, a portion of their proceeds goes back to charity to feed the hungry in the community.

This is my go-to spot for finding gifts. They have adorable Seattle themed chocolate boxes that are perfect for visiting guests. (Ask for a bag with your purchase, even the packaging is cute!) The quality of the chocolate is amazing and their selection is vast, new items added for every season. The staff are quite friendly and happy to give you a sample or two of their delicious and uniquely flavored chocolate. A bonus is the various photo opportunities including: The adorable pink sign outside, the dancing mural, a giant piggy statue covered in chocolate, and a wall covered in colorful chocolate truffles. You could do a whole photoshoot here and savor the very literal sweet, sweet memory. They also provide factory tours which seems like a fun and educational activity. I've not partaken yet but I'm looking forward to doing so one day.

Customer service was great! There were a variety of chocolates & gluten free options - truffle bars, malted milk balls, truffles (vanilla orange cream, malted milk, birthday cake, salted almond, champagne, dark & much more). They carried the Jcoco collection, which gives back to the community. They also had local wines. They offered pre-packaged items as well as fill a bag of truffles by the ounce or pound. Quality chocolate - worth the $! And their bathrooms were clean.

Love coming here when I’m down this way. They have the best chocolate that you can’t just get at your local grocery store. I have done the chocolate tour and found that to be really informative. They go over how the chocolate bean is grown and cared for and how much work it is to get it. I they start you out with a shot of chocolate which I think is a great touch to get the tour started. During the tour you get to go behind the scenes and see how things are made In the factory and they give you samples of different chocolates along the way. At the end of the tour you go back to the room and they give you different types of chocolate to try and rate them. They go over the different flavors and types they have you rate. It’s a very educational experience for all ages. I love how They have different flavors to go with each season. I tried the orange cream bar and it’s delicious very orange and vanilla that just flow together. I had the Neapolitan bar as well which taste like dark chocolate, pink bubbly and the cake batter all wrapped in on bar. I would highly recommend trying these before they are gone.

We just had a great family trip through the chocolate factory. We learned some history, walked through and got a chocolate tasting. They were very accommodating of various dietary restrictions and allergens. We're vegan and still were able to fully participate which I was not expecting. Thanks Jaden for a fun tour.

I took some Au Pairs and we booked a tour. On that day...they had a small issue and they canceled our tour...but they still let us do the taste and learn about chocolate, they reimburse our money and gave us free pass for next time. Awesome staff! Lydia was super friendly and efficient. The location is easy to park and SUPER CLEAN AND CUTE. On top of that the Chocolates are SUPER YUMMY! I was very HAPPY WITH THIS EXPERIENCE and totally recommend!

This is a great place to visit. The chocolate factory tours are really fun and the store has an assortment of chocolate goodies to bring home. We visited in October for the haunted chocolate factory tour which was a really great thing to do with the family. But no matter what time of year you visit, you can’t go wrong when there is chocolate involved.

Had an absolute blast coming here for some Chocolate and Wine Tasting. Apparently this was the first event they had since the pandemic and it went nicely. Staff was very informative and friendly and made the tasting experience pleasant. The Jcoco chocolate we tried was absolutely delicious and the wine (Pattersons) was on point, especially the dessert wine. Will definitely be coming back for any future events or maybe the factory tour.

I loved it!!! I’m a 45-year-old mom who loves a spooky adventure, but my 8-year-old son is a bit trepidatious and can scare easily (which results in problems sleeping :-/ ). I wanted to do something fun for him and his friend, and my 10-year-old daughter and her friend, and this seemed like the most kid-friendly Halloween haunt. We all had so much fun!! All the kids definitely got nervous with the build-up and anticipation as we waited (they could hear screams), and during the experience everyone got deliciously scared (except me). I feel like, if I hadn’t needed to be the adult comfort hand-holder, and if I had been with a group of friends after happy hour or something, I too would have been screaming and a bit jittery. All in all, great experience, loved the hilarious, committed and passionate actors (they were unfazed when my son’s friend screamed at them and told them to go eat poop), very interactive and creative, and definitely spooky! 10 stars for family fun!!!

The chocolate made here is my favorite in the whole state! I give it as gifts all the time. My husband and I jumped on the chance to go to Seattle Chocolate Factory's haunted tour just for a fun Halloween date night. It was a great experience and lots of fun, both as a silly and creative activity, and also to learn a little about the company and chocolate making process. Highly recommended!

A two hour tour approx, You start the tour in a classroom and learn the basics of chocolate making and the history of the company. Then Amy (our guide) led us through a mezzanine level view of the factory showing us they create the difference varieties and package them The tour conclusion heads back into the classroom for a lesson on chocolate tasting. Feel free to ask where the oompa-loompa are... Amy our guide was fine with it.

They are always so helpful when we go in. Gave us a couple samples of the new stuff. The store is amazing. The chocolate is great. You can get individual items or gifts 🎁.

Ordering through Ambassador Amy was as much of a treat as the chocolate bars. She curated a selection of chocolate bars that fit all variety of tastes in my family. From light, unique fruit add-ins (loved the mango) to my favorite dark chocolate with a savory twist. She also helped us make a great coffee bean selection along with fun Christmas themed truffles to share. Most helpful person in retail I have encountered in ages. Have her pick out a selection for you, she has great tastes! Packaging was also really sturdy and fun for gift giving!

Many different styles of chocolates available!!! If I were to guess, they probably have about 50 to choose from! The store was well thought out and had featured items up front. Their collections were on the side, but they also allow you to mix your own flavors for just a tiny bit more. I was able to get some good Christmas gifts there with exclusive holiday selections.

👍 I have kids that wanted to do something different for their birthdays. I went online and bought each child 4 flights each. Total cost just over 3 hundred dollars. We got there and checked in. Took about five minutes while saleman tried to sell us more. Kids got outfits to wear and then a quick 5 min...
