This is a decent Costco. The reason for my 2-star review is because of our encounter with a rude employee there. My sister was browsing for a piece of flannel and this old lady with long white curly hair yanked a shirt from her hands and said “There’s no reason going through the clothes. They’re all the same size”. I guess she was upset because a paying customer made her stacks of clothes a little less even. That was very disrespectful and racist since I only see her giving attitudes to Asians. She was pretty nice to another white lady. I would have given 1 star but the manager apologized to us when we complained. He was a professional supervisor.

Way too many people for such a small store. Hard to get into and out of. Making the line of people stand outside to return things is bad business.

Worst customer service. I a normally visit a Michigan Costco and never had this problem. I was running in for lunch only 10min between meetings looking to pick up a few pizzas... going through the main door I noticed a glut of people and a traffic jam. I went to go through the member services door right next to the indoor food stand. I was stopped and showed my membership card. A long speech told me to go around for shopping. I explained I wasn't shopping. Same long speech with 'the manager says' at the beginning. The receipt checker didn't care and said go around! I left, rather be hungry than give them any money. I will now spread the word of how I was treated and thinking about starting up my SAMs membership again. Worst Costco this traveler has ever visited. Terrible customer service.... like a foreign airport where they don't care about you.

Parking can be difficult. Ordered half cheese half pepperoni pizza and walked away with Picasso pizza after waiting for 40 minutes. 5-19-23, 7:48pm

Costco as per usual. This Costco is rather large inside with a unusual layout. Parking and traffic in & out of here is a bit of a nightmare, same with getting gas. So give yourself extra time.

Sometimes, I do not come to Costco to buy anything, but I want to enjoy the crowding vibe while looking at everyone’s business. By the way, Costco offers fresh, high-quality, diversified food and household items. I can't believe what happened yesterday. In the past I haven't had a bad experience at Costco for the last 10 years, most are very nice or willing to help. The others usually just don't say anything to you and try to move you on as quickly as possible. However, yesterday December 03, 2023, we had horrible customer service, from cashier Tracy L. She is very disrespectful, she rolls her eyes on us, and she is racist. I only see her giving attitudes to colored people. I watched how she treated other customers she was pretty nice to another white man who checked out before us and a white lady after us. I would have given 1 star, but the manager apologized to me when we complained.

The stuff is pretty good here at this location though I would say if you need to use cash for the food court just be prepared to wait. They only have Visa card usable credit card stations and they don't really tell you that there's even a register behind the counter in order to take cash. Also, you have to place the order in person as there is no in cash option on the self checkout. For such a big company you think that Costco could have terminals across the board that use MasterCard and not just a select few... If you buy anything from their store you can use the MasterCard if you go through the main grocery line but you can't use the self checkout at the food court unless you have a Visa. Nor can you get gasoline from their gas station that by the way is across the street from this location itself. I would have to see though the layout of the store is a little bit easier to follow than a lot of other Costco's I've been to and it did have a lot of things that I was missing from my other Costco's. Overall I would recommend this Costco to other people as the prices are good and the staff is approachable. Also as a word of warning be prepared to wait a really long time if you need anything done at the optical center. It seems to be very short staffed every time we go there and a lot of the things that require a long time to finish the process of will make that wait even longer even though you're only three people away it took us an hour to get through the waiting. It was worse than the DMV for getting an expired license renewed.

I love this Costco because it has everything I need and more. They have a great selection of food, clothing, furniture, decorations, and other household items. They also have an amazing food court and a pharmacy. The best part for the kids is the delicious samples they can enjoy every now and then. They also have a gas station right outside for your convenience. I come here regularly and I recommend you do too. It’s a 10/10 experience.

I find this particular Costco store quite challenging to visit. Firstly, navigating the parking lot is a real hassle, especially on weekends when it's consistently overcrowded. The shoppers sometimes appear to lack common courtesy. Despite that, the store offers a wide range of quality products. However, I had an unusual experience with a staff member at the entrance. When I briefly examined some clothing items, an employee abruptly interrupted her tasks and asked about the size I needed in a somewhat impolite manner. This was unexpected, as I've never encountered such a situation at any other Costco.

Coming here as a tourist from the East Coast, the selection of items exclusive to the West Coast is huge. Also tried the mango smoothie and it was good. This Costco is probably the nicest one I’ve been to.

First time at this Costco. They didn't have the item in stock that I came for and parking was difficult to say the least. The store was clean and the staff was helpful when I asked where to look. I went at 11AM on a Friday. It was busier than other Costco Warehouses that I normally visit. 4 stars because of the parking, parking lot traffic and they didn't have the normally stocked item I went for.

Costco is Costco. Parking is always busy but thank goodness for their self checkout lines. It’s perfect when I only need a few things! Also their optical glasses shop is very affordable!

Perfect place to get groceries. Don't have a lot of options for electronics and don't sell bicycles here. There are currently many good deals for sweets and snacks for the upcoming Halloween!

I've been a member non-stop since there was just one store, and I have enjoyed quick and competent assistance, good products at great prices, painless returns when things didn't work out just right, best priced, high quality gasoline and excellent hot dogs and pizza. After 40 years of this kind of product and service, I have absolutely no complaints, and I heartily recommend a membership to this first-class establishment!

NITRATES CAUSE CANCER !! please carry one item per your 20+ that do not contain nitrates/nitrites. Your food buyers suck. Please offer non toxic foods, if you're going to carry multiple brands of the same product. Costco rocks otherwise !! ✌🏻 This was the ONLY brand of bacon that did NOT contain nitrates. Now they ALL contain nitrates- since this brand was dropped. Lame...very lame.

This location is organized in a seemingly haphazard way both in terms of the parking lot and entry and in the way the store is laid out inside. Not your typical Costco. Give yourself some extra time to find what you’re looking for because it is probably not located where you’d expect from other store layouts.

Super store.. Extremely busy.. typical Costco parking nightmare.. gas lined backed up. Surprised to learn they no longer carry any photo gear...shopping from out of town... dont forget bags if boxes aren't your thing. Portable Hard Drive and SD card big price savings for Identical on Am!÷/%$

Definitely one of the biggest Costco's i've been to! Great selection of items, but it seems like most of their team members don't know where anything is. Also doesn't have the best parking lot, will only come here if I have time to spare.

Love myself some costco. Staff is always friendly. Lines are usually manageable, great variety of food and all around merchandise. Only downfall is product availability ... seems like they take some of my favs and they never return.

Wish my Costco had as many options! Completely crazy Sunday post thanksgiving with the crowds and parking but this warehouse seems twice as big as my local one I go to in Puyallup. It just has twice as many options! Definitely recommend checking this place out. And why does it feel like the pizza crust here is thinner???

This is an interesting Costco due to a slightly weird layout near the back. You can tell it's been around for quite a number of years. The staff all seem rather friendly and they take their job seriously. The missing star is due to the parking lot being a bit of a pain to navigate. My suggestion here would be to put a garage or something on site to make it easier to get a spot and not be stuck waiting for other cars to move because of the layout.

Well laid out well organized. I wish you were more employees throughout the store that you could get questions answered but I've come to expect that much in the way of that. What employees you do interface with seem very nice and helpful and anxious to send you off on the right direction. Nice and clean good place to shop I'll be back.
