The fact that the special fried rice came with only chicken was a disappointment. Might as well call it chicken fried rice.

Maserie local dish and jollof are very good. Their pizza too. They have one particular very friendly stewart fair in complexion.

Please it's time the staffs learn how to package the food on the appropriate side. I mean how? Also stop microwaving the shito while it's in the plastic container. Microwave before dishing. So many sicknesses we don't want to add cancer that can be prevented

Great place, great food, great service. There's variety of dishes including sumptuous local ones. The soup they serve is superb. And for the rice dish, try the "Maserie Special". It's the best.

The food is really good. I especially like their pizza, it's so cheesy and amazing. And their special rice is soo good, with lots of chicken. And their soups are also good, i like the light goat soup. My sister loves the french fries or potato chips and my brother loves the jollof

A go to place to gestalt your meals both local and continental.

I had their fried rice and fried chicken. The rice tasted normal and the chicken was okay but the green chilli was stale and microwaved with the plastic container. There was coleslaw too but that tasted okay. Overall the Rice will get a 3/5 from me, the chicken a 4/5 and the chill a 1/5 but the coleslaw a cool 4/5 too. The food costed less than GHS 100. They were quite fast with the order because I didn't order before I got there but i spent less than 20 mins there. They have an amazing eating area, quite comfortable too and they sell a variety of drinks.

Very poor customer service.. I called your number to make an order and the lady confirmed my order and gave me the time to come collect my food and the amount involved. I got there at the expected time from my faraway destination only for the lady to be indifferent and tell me the food was now going to be cooked and that it wasn't available when I called. Who does this? I am so mad at your service and lack of communication.

They are Unprofessional. You can’t trust them over the phone. Why state your closing time as 11pm when you close even before 10:30pm? Called to place an order at 9:30pm, one Enam answered and picked my order without asking for my name and failed to mention her’s. Had to ask for her name knowing I was going there to pick up. Hmmm, ordered an Uber only to go and meet a closed restaurant at 10:30pm !! With no suitable alternatives as it was late, I asked the driver to do a U-turn and take my miserable self back home. Was so disappointed and furious, kept asking myself why the lady who picked my order did not call to alert me before they closed? And what happened with my order? Just wasted my time and money!!

We used to enjoy the fufu here however the poor management and the miserable uneducated servers are unbearable. They don't have and manners, .They do not take proper orders or provide you with a proper table including g utensils tissue soap water . Then at payment time they can't add two numbers together. If you check the other servers you will see them sleeping or on the phone . They play inappropriate music for public and the toilet never has lights or water . After yesterday's visit .we will never recommend or go back to eat . Far better places right around the corner .

Very bad customer service. Whoever is handling your phones need excessive training. I just called to make an order and the person was just shouting and giving cheeky answers so I had to cancel the order. This ain't the first time such a thing has happened. I always overlook your reactions but this time it's over the hook!!! If you don't know how to talk, learn how to do so especially when it pertains to customer service. You will think your food is nice but poor customer service will drive customers away from you. I rest my case.

They have nice dishes. Great fried rice with Grilled chicken, jollof rice,banku and Tilapia, fufu,etc. As for customer service there's a long way to go. It takes soooooo long to get served. That should seriously improve. Good atmosphere and music. They have large tables for family groups. They also have a delivery service even though it takes so long

Maserie has makes good food and I in particular love their fried rice with very big fried red fish...their fried rice contains lots of vegetables which always does it for.

So I was there a few days go. The food isn't bad tho but I think the owner of place doesn't know when and how to talk to her workers. She addresses her workers poorly Infront of customers and that's very awful. She should know that without her workers this business cannot stand. Mrs. I guess you have children, treat your workers as such. May God protect this workers and get a better place to stand. One love 😘

I've always eaten fufu with goat meat light soup sometimes palm nut soup and it's homemade. Great customer I, polite workers and calm place to eat. Washroom is so neat as well.

Terrible customer care/service They’re always in hurry to drop the call. Always closed before time or “food is finished” or there’s no delivery guy available (Gh time 8-9pm),no other form of options or alternative but rather be the first to tell you “next time” They will disappoint you

Maseri nice restaurant to eat,great delicious meals. I think the management should check on the packaging of food for takeout, it's portioned at the wrong side of the pack. Waitress don't smile nd sometimes tables are not cleaned wen customers leave. Apart from this I really love every meal.
