HUGE
warning,
the
"Vegetarian
pozole"
IT
IS
NOT
VEGETARIAN
NOR
VEGAN,
they
use
the
same
beef
stock
to
prepare
it,
the
only
difference
is
that
they
will
replace
the
meat
with
mushrooms,
but
you
can
still
find
tiny
bits
of
meat
floating,
and
of
course
animal
fat.
Pros:
-It's
open
24/7
unless
major
holidays
-Centric
and
convenient,
next
to
the
main
bus
terminal
-Not
too
expensive
Cons:
-
No
real
vegan
options,
you
can
modify
some
dishes
and
that
might
do,
BUT
you'll
be
paying
full
price
for
a
dish
that
is
missing
more
than
half
of
the
items
as
they
don't
have
vegan
substitutes,
nor
they
make
up
the
lack
of
items
with
vegan
friendly
items,
such
as
more
mushrooms,
more
pico
de
gallo,
etc.
-
The
staff
isn't
that
friendly,
it's
understandable
that
they
work
long
hours
and
they
have
to
deal
with
a
lot
of
costumers
but
first
impressions
are
important.
-
Horrible
coffee,
like
most
places
in
Mexico,
it's
hard
to
find
a
decent
cup
of
coffee,
it's
usually
water
down
a
LOT
-
Slow
service
All
in
all,
it's
an
option
if
you
are
late
in
the
area
or
if
you
are
stuck
waiting
for
your
bus
to
leave,
you
know
you
can
stop
there.
