    I've had the privilege of working with Zac for almost 10 years and can confidently say that he is an exceptional personal trainer and gym owner. His skill and dedication are truly second to none. He is the hardest worker, and always goes above and beyond to help his clients achieve their goals. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking professional fitness guidance and a motivating, results-driven experience!

    Zac is an awesome trainer! I started going to him years ago to get quicker, faster and stronger - and Zac put together a perfect plan to get the progress I wanted. He’s awesome with keeping the workouts fresh in order to keep you motivated and he also gives you a bunch of workouts to do on your own to prep for his sessions. Can’t recommend him enough!

    I’ve been training with Zac for about a year now and I’ve had an awesome experience! He’s very flexible with my work schedule and cater the workouts to your level and needs. Zac also provides diet recommendations and monitoring along with exercises outside of the training days. I’m definitely seeing some improvements with my endurance and muscles! 10/10 would recommend!

    Zac is an amazing guy. Once you train with him you will never go anywhere else. He knows wide variety of workouts and rarely repeats. Doesn't push too much like typical trainers but at the same time motivates you enough to do more. If you are looking for personal training Zac is the guy to go. Highly recommended.

    Zac, is the best trainer I have ever had. I have shoulder and knee injuries and he helped me so much. He did a lot of stretching and exercises that didn’t aggravate my injuries. I was able to gain muscle with zero pain, and in turn my shoulders and knees feel so much better. He really really cares about his clients well-being. Zac is knowledgeable, passionate, easy to talk to and again the best trainer ever.

    Coach Zac is an amazing coach and mentor. His positive energy and expertise in the industry are the perfect combination to teach anyone from beginners to advanced athletes. I highly recommend working with him as a coach or client.

    I trained with Zac for about 6months and I can say that he has been the best trainer I have ever worked with. Zac knows his stuff, he knows how to help you and what to fix. In my case, I struggled with my form on deadlifts and Zac immediately figured out that I need to add hip mobility routines to my workouts. This changed my deadlifts considerably! If you are looking for someone who genuinely wants to help you in your fitness journey, I would highly recommend Zac.

    Zac is awesome to work with and is extremely knowledgeable about training principles for clients of all different needs. He keeps himself up to date on all of the latest a trends in the fitness industry and will guide everyone he works with towards achieving their fitness and lifestyle goals.
