Have lived her for 19 years. This place has become gang central. The yards are not maintained properly and are dry and ugly. I was to get new kitchen flooring when I moved in but never has been put in 😲 just don't moved here thinking this is a nice place

I write this for my cousin who lives in Tulare Apartments. She likes the apartments but is having problems in arranging repairs and maintenance. She has had a leaking pipe in the bathroom sink and collects the dripping water in a cup. COVID makes it difficult to talk to the management staff so she has left voice mail on 2 occasions and wrote a letter and put it in the slot box in the door but still no response. We'll keep on trying.

Nice apartments ,and yes rules,but most places have rules.

The manager Isabel is as shady as they come , she screwed me over when I moved out ! The didn’t follow the proper Ca laws and stuck me with a 1500$ bill that’s now in collections!

There is not a way to fix being harassed by your managers unless you change who works for you, and that they don't discriminate nor lie or put other peoples applications above others that have been waiting because they aren't of a certain race. You have to fix the people that work there that will come into your apartment without a reason or a 24-hour notice while you aren't home. They will hold your rent and give you a 3 day notice if you show any kinds of concern or make a complaint about anyone. I asked for help in resolving all of this for over 5 years. You want to make things right because of my review. You have to care about your tenants, stop being racist and discriminating, and need to listen to all concerns.

Loud kids all day that never go unchecked mostly because its the managers kids. They will run up stair with scooters banging tgem endlessly your baby will never get sleep.
