    Bought a big mac at the drive thru and when I got home i open this! They didn't add any patties to it! Like how do you not notice!! Zero stars if I could! 😡

    This McDonald’s is probably the least professional one I’ve ever been to and I have been to many throughout the United States and the employees are really rude for wanting 15$ an hour they don’t like to do the work and you can’t even go in to the franchise to get your order fixed because their lobby has been closed for 2 years what’s up with that!!!! I hope corporate see’s this! Not happy at all and not only can they not get te orders right they are 30 minutes late in the mornings so I can’t eat breakfast

    The manager (Vanessa) is way too lazy to even train her employees to do their job or to even do her own job. One worker was just standing around doing nothing at all but looking lost & apparently that worker doesn't know how to do anything at all at the cash register & only knew how to take food to the vehicles that they kept parking for no reason. We had a big run around being told to wait, then told someone was going to help us so just keep waiting, then started to get some help then she walked away because she said they didn't have our order. Tried to get us to reorder but she couldn't figure out how to take our order so she finally got her rude, unprofessional manager who definitely shouldn't be a manager at all. She just walked up to us with a bad attitude & said well she doesn't know how to use the cash register. Well we didn't need to be treated rudely by any of them, an apology for the mix up & the rude behavior would've been appreciated & if that's the actual case then why did they put someone who doesn't know how to use the cash register, on it?! If a worker doesn't know how to do something then that reflects on the manager because it's the managers job to train the employees how to do things & on top of that the whole time we were inside all the machines were going on & no one was taking things out or turning them off. After taking our order we noticed people coming & going right away. Our order was completely by pasted for a whole hour, which is completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant, then 3 people from the drive thru came in very upset & 1 person had their order messed up twice & the whole time the manager wouldn't even deal with anyone at all. It's not the customer's fault for the manager or the employees to mess up & to be completely lazy or rude & unprofessional. We definitely won't be back!

    We were served burnt meat hamburgers, reheated fries, and ok cokes. The hamburgers were black around the edges. We should of viewed yelp, the 1 star rating was more accurate. The burgers were burned dry, sloppily made and poorly wrapped. We tossed 1/2 of each after noting the dryness. The bathrooms were locked and they had to leave the counter to unlock. The tables were icky, they gave us napkins so we could wipe them off. The girl at the counter was nice but the service otherwise was slow. We were traveling so we didn’t complain just hit the road and did this review.

    I was just here. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. At 9am today 5.28.23 the second window lady was VERY rude. We had ordered 2 sweet teas. We did not get them. When I explained that we DID order 2 of them, she came back with "there's no reason to get hostile, I'm being cordial with you." My entire family in my car was shocked as I was not even rude. If you hate your job that much do something about it. But do not be rude to customers. *manager, you really need to fix your crew because we were afraid she was going to sabotage our food, that's how rude she was"

    Always convenient, as nice as someone could be in a window for a brief moment, and the food is hit and miss. Sometimes amazing and delicious, sometimes lukewarm and stale, but it's an understanding that may be the case prior to choosing a McDonald's anywhere. Regardless of the 50/50 chance it's never that bad. I will continue to dine here regularly.

    This location is the worst when it comes to the manager and employees. Unfortunately its the one live near. They were rude made my order wrong and the worst part i expected it cause not the furst or second time i experienced this. Dont ever go to this one you will regret it.

    Well I enjoy going to McDonald's sometimes and I like to sit in there sometimes even if I'm just waiting for an order to be taken home to my kids. But they're always very clean. They have very nice customer service. They are very fast and most most of the time 99% of the time they do get your order right, but if you have any errors they will fix it with no problem. But it is a good place to take out your family and kids for a quick cheap bite to eat

    This place gets one star because it won't let give them zero stars. The most rude, unprofessional location I've ever been to. They took forever to take my order, they didn't give anyone a receipt because all the receipt printers "weren't working", when I asked for the store number the person didn't know and was extremely rude about giving it to me. He shut the window before allowing any other word to be said. They were out of any juice that can come out of the soda fountain. The food did not taste appetizing whatsoever. I was in town visiting my brother and was extremely disappointed that I wasted money at this location to feed my kids lunch while passing by on the way home. They need to remove every single employee at this location and train new hires who have better customer service. I've never been so disgusted by service at a fast food restaurant before in my life and so glad I'll never have to go anywhere near this location again. HORRIBLE service.

    Fix the sweet tea it should taste like u added sugar. So frustrating to be really wanting a sweet tea and after u pull out of drive thru of get down the road. It's not sweet at at all

    Employees were very un trained we couldn't use our McDonald's app. Employees gave us the wrong receipt twice. To top it off a few Crack heads asking to use the key for the restroom and sitting on the tables not even using the chairs.

    The employees seem stressed most of the time, which is understandable.. maybe they need more help or a better system of doing things. They often miss parts of orders. If you order inside, expect to be ignored for awhile. Either wait in the drive-thru or order inside at the kiosk.

    This place only has a drive thru, at least earlier in the day, all I needed was a decaf coffee. I waited in line for 15 minutes and got the most disgusting coffee I ever had . Generally McDonald's has good coffee, even in the UK their coffee was great, this was two sips then thrown in the trash.

    I wanted to take the time to let everyone read this list know that the service at this McDonald's franchise is horrible, the food does not have all the ingredients that it should have. Not ivy that but when I asked to please give me the missing ingredients I was told that I was lying and to show them, which I did and asked to speak to the manager, who is very rude herself. No customer service awareness, no smile no hello and no help. This is not the first time and it will be the last. I warn all who go, be prepared to have your food wrapped in a haphazard way and for the kids giving you the food be unprofessional. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Terrible business. If I were the owner I would sell this to someone who cares for its business and clientele. Sincerely, a McD's die hard, just not at this location ever again. Bardsley in Tulare CA

    I've always believed that McDonald's biscuits and gravy has been the best item they serve and it's not even on the menu. Today at this location, they gave me the single biscuit, as I ordered but there was not enough gravy for less than a quarter of the biscuit. Very disappointed. Check your order before leaving the window

    Did not eat here, as the prices were almost 3x what normal McDonald's pricing is. 2.75 for one hash brown? No thanks. 3.79 for a plain sausage biscuit? No thanks again. Glad there was a Chevron attached to buy some jerky for the road.

    This location sucks!!! They consistently mess orders up. One time, I told the gentleman working the drive-thru speaker I didn’t want certain items on my burger. I told him 3 times. He assured me it would be made properly. Sure enough, it was still made wrong. I’m not the type to complain because I have better things to do with my life but I called the store and explained to the manager what happened. After some back and forth, the manager hung up on me. I even called and left a VM for the people that own this location. No call back. It wouldn’t be problem if a meal didn’t COST ALMOST $20!!! Next time I see Ronald McDonald, I’m gonna throat punch him!!!

    I've never had a bad experience while ordering here throughout the years. The occasional order mess up will happen but everyone's human and its never a big deal. Great service and friendly workers!

    The worst food service, nasty food, always forget something in your order. Today forgot an apple pie and toy in my granddaughters happy meal. Also homeless hanging around. Been going there for years because of happy meals only and it's close to my area. Going to try another McDonald's in town. Need big improvement.

    This place never fails to mess up my order. Idk if they purposely do that to everyone but everyone in my household and including myself always notice that they never put everything we order in or bags. Obviously we leave because we are not gonna sit another 15 in line..

    Fire everyone and get a self checkout with no customer interaction from the cooks. It’s ridiculous how inept and unhelpful the staff is. Get my order wrong and left with it wrong. I can’t explain how much I hate having to come to your stores.

    The guy working the window right now (manager? Blue shirt) is super rude and unpleasant. They also dont take any pride or care when making the food... very sloppy. But most the people who work there are nice and food is ok most of the time. They should open the lobby full time.. it's been like 2 years lol
