Giving 1 star. Needs customer service training. Great that when they saw no tissue at the front area they replace a new one. Good to see changes. I dont know if they are looking at their computer when someone check in and see if that member is a black member or no. I dont like being scan again to use the spa. Been a member for almost a year now. Saw someone just go inside without scanning.

Every one that works there are all ways so nice and helpful I love coming here to work out it's my favorite place to come thank you to everyone that works there

I gave them a one star due to their Manager Vivian/ Vivianna (or something similar to that, she wouldn’t say but I heard it from another employee). She was rude, very unprofessional, and incompetent. Her favorite words are “really” and “I don’t know” as she leans over the desk in sluggish manners as if she’s tired or just not interested. We had a few conversations together regarding a mix-up and she never seemed to remember a thing. For a manager who was the sole person I was in conversation with, her lack of memory was bizarre to me. Luckily during the last interaction I had with her, the Assistant Manager Max was there. Max seemed a LOT more fit for the position! I don’t know who hired The Manger but they truly made a mistake. Thanks to The Manger, I cancelled my membership and notified a few people to avoid joining. She is a complete mess! Never knows anything. Talks as if she’s in a teen reality show with her unprofessional mannerisms. Gives out guarantees and promises which she later has no recollection of. Not to mention the mix-up I encountered was due to false information given to me from a trainee which she herself trained. When I mentioned there should be better training involved to avoid mixups, she had no excuse. She simply laughed and said “I don’t know”. Talk about her lack of management skills. Hopefully this place can find a better equipped, professional, and competent Manger soon! Perhaps Max. Or at least someone who knows how to speak like an adult. So far there has been at least 3 membership cancellations and 4 individuals who chose to join another gym thanks to her. Perhaps more once The Manger drains potential club members of their brain cells.

Nice staff. Showers dirty, but understandable. Not alot of staff

I have alerted several people to there being an issue with the water heater. Showers have been freezing for weeks. Not only that but they are never cleaned and are filthy. Hair in every drain. Not to mention that the night staff is lazy, incompitant, and rude. I usually come in at nights after work (around 11:45pm). For months planet fitness has tried to charge my account. The system alerts to when someone is overdue. None of the night people caught that. A knowledgeable young man during my rare visit in the afternoon caught it. Now I owe extra money because of the night crew. Plus most of them spend the night out by their cars, playing on their phones, or eating and drinking rather than being inside working. Dispensers at night are hardly ever full to clean machines, they close the gym at 2am to clean but don’t, and every time I come in and address the issues they are never taken care of. Horrible gym management from the night crew. Wish I got paid to play with my friends all night like they do because none if them ever work.

Other gyms will allow my 12yo son join as long as I am with him. Not this place. Now I have to make a 1 year commitment to an expensive gym. You guys lost two customers.

I am grateful for the gym and enjoy my workouts here. The personal trainer, Austin, is very professional, informative, patient and friendly. The lead manager is also professional and helpful.

I absolutely love going to my local planet fitness. I have the best trainer Austin he has made me feel comfortable allow me to learn a lot about fitness and overall just a great guy if you ever want to start going to the gym but don’t know how he’s your man to get you started.

Great gym love that it's open 24/7 so I can get that late night workout done. Staff is always very friendly and welcoming here in Tulare. Someone is always cleaning so the gym always feels clean when you go in.

The staff are always welcoming and supportive when it comes to service, I’ve take several classes with their trainer Austin and have been seeing results! For a gym that’s open 24/7, without a doubt, their gym is the cleanest facility I’ve ever been in. I look forward to continuing my fitness at this gym

I’m losing weight and gaining muscle with the trainer Austin. His 30 minute workout classes are perfect for anyone running on a tight schedule who wants to see fast results! Overall, the cleanest planet fitness I’ve ever visited and staff is super friendly!

I love coming to this gym. The people who work here are extremely nice and helpful. They are always cleaning the equipment.

A good gym with equipment less the extra to give you the workout you need and want. Unless more than just workout equipment you are after, this is not the gym for you.

A very clean place. I'm there several times a week and the staff is very friendly. I'm a semi professional but even if weren't, the machines have simple instructions that will help you do them correctly.

I love coming here everyday. Dakota is a great help as is Alondra.

I've been a member for a couple months now and so far everything has been pretty good. The staff has been helpful answering questions. The restrooms are clean. There is always a staff member at the TULARE club wiping down equipment or restocking the cleaning stations.

Good gym at an affordable price when you don't need much extra to workout.

Cleanest gym in Hanford! After trying out JUST LIFT in downtown Hanford, I'm quite elated with Planet Fitness and the equipment available at my disposal. 😃 Truly the cleanest gym and possibly the friendliest.

This Gym is also the cleanest and most friendly environment I've been to! I travel for work and been to 20 or so Planet Fitness west of the Rocky Mountains! Staff do a great job cleaning my 1st time here and there were high-school age boys in the locker room vaping and the staff member who was cleaning the locker room handle this situation in a very professional manner! Music was a bit to loud while working out! And showers are clean and by far the hottest shower I've taken in a Planet Fitness which was AMAZING 👏 other locations seem to have only cold or Luke warm water ☆☆☆☆☆

Love the prices for what you need really you don't need special classes or anything you just need motivation !
