Since im been working out here as a 18 year old I have gained 50 pounds trying to build mass and bulk.one of the best gyms around.

I recently switched over to this gym from another, larger gym in town. Honestly, I love working out here. It is never too crowded and it’s 24 hours! It feels so nice to just be able to drive to the gym at midnight to get a good pump in. I’d highly recommend going here, especially if you are into lifting weights with straight pump music playing in the background. It is also a very clean gym. The staff is always organizing or cleaning around the gym/ restrooms. Very friendly staff and owners that walk around and work out alongside you. I feel really comfortable and welcome working out here.

This is the number #1 gym in the 559! They have an extremely wide selection of machines & equipment for every possible muscle you could think of! I really enjoy the atmosphere of the gym community with everyone. It is very welcoming & everyone is really supportive! 12/10 Highly Recommend!

Dbells go to 150lbs. It's a old-school style gym. Private to public unless you make an appointment or become a member. Some new equipment has been added in the last few months
