The
absolute
worst
customer
service!
My
mom
and
I
went
in
because
we
had
placed
an
order
to
get
two
pairs
of
glasses
fixed
and
one
of
them
being
getting
new
screw
replacements
on
one
of
the
lenses.
When
they
handed
us
the
glasses
I
noticed
that
the
screws
were
different
color
and
we
mentioned
it
to
both
of
them.
The
older
lady
gave
us
attitude
and
while
she
was
fixing
the
glasses
she
told
us
if
we
didn’t
have
any
shopping
to
do
because
it
was
going
to
take
5
to
10
minutes
to
change
them
with
an
attitude
like
if
she
wanted
us
out
of
the
store
or
it
bothered
her
that
we
were
there.
There
was
no
one
else
in
the
store
when
we
went
in
up
until
the
end
when
she
was
almost
done
fixing
the
glasses
that
a
couple
walked
in.
All
the
older
lady
did
was
complain
about
how
hard
it
was
to
change
the
screws.
No
one
was
rushing
her
at
all,
because
we
understand
that
it
doesn’t
take
a
minute
to
repair
something.
With
all
due
respect
if
you
don’t
like
your
job,
and
if
you’re
going
to
treat
clients
that
way,
get
another
job
because
no
one
wants
to
deal
with
a
person
like
that
especially
when
we
weren’t
being
rude
to
her.
