I needed a clean space to keep my equipment and it was super easy to rent a unit online! The lady who called me to confirm was super nice and had everything I needed set up when I arrived after hours. I had no problem getting in or finding my unit! Awesome sauce☺️

Completely horrible!!! DON’T RENT FROM USA STORAGE! Nothing patriotic about this place. They are the highest place to rent from in town and surrounding towns. Never will I rent from them again and will always urge people to go elsewhere. They have went up 3 times in the past 2 yrs.

We were able to obtain a climate controlled unit in a very quick amount of time. Upon taking the unit, it was very clean and was the exact size we needed. Being that I lived out of state, the ability to have my payment on autopay was a blessing! I was able to finally move out my belongings this past weekend. The process was extremely easy. Prices were comparable with other storage centers. USA was totally on-line and user friendly. We were completed with application in less than 10 minutes and moving in our boxes. Unit was clean and easy to locate.

During moves we have rented storage buildings here and there for the past 25 years. Recently we rented a couple of units based on double moves going on in our family. Made a number of calls before we got to the area to verify details and Don was always pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable. I only have good things to say about this place. The site and units are in great shape and well-maintained. I can't brag enough on how kind and helpful the manager and employees are. Out of all the vendors I dealt with during our move, Don Stacey was the best! He was always responsive and communicative. USA Storage in Tullahoma is a newer facility and very nice. There is a self serve kiosk that is available after hours (which we had to use on Sunday). I would recommend USA Storage in Tullahoma.

Don Stacy Store manager is outstanding. He met with us personally to figure out what our needs were. How big a storage unit we needed. And got it all figured out in that afternoon. Close out of the contract after we no longer needed the storage was smooth no hidden charges. Highly recommended you get what you pay for

This place is a joke staff is rude and rips you off it's infested with spiders just a horrible horrible facility, remember looks are decieving. Looks good from outside but spiders rodents and bugs, just plain horrible!!!! Shouldnt even get one star

Don Stacy is a great man to work with he is a funny man as well helping us and letting us know ahead of time is are storage rent payment is going to change. Sometimes myself and my relative would come in and we would be just talking or having a conversation from time to time. Facility is nice and well secured with it being gated and also well maintained as well thanks again

Facility is new, well kept, and secure. The staff is very courteous and professional and it’s close by the main part of town. Having used numerous storage places on the past, this is by far one of the best I’ve used over a 41 year career with DoD. Thanks for helping make our move back to Tullahoma less hectic!

Don did an amazing job. He showed us the location, exactly how to open and close the unit and he ensured that our access code worked. The paperwork process went very smooth and I appreciated the military discount.
