I hate to be "that guy", but I've ordered from here twice and both have been major disappointments. The first order I received two pizzas with virtually no sauce and the pizzas had very little toppings. It was pretty sad looking for pizza. I complained and they took care of me to their credit. I received a gift certificate for a replacement order. All was well. Decided to order tonight and I got a medium pizza and an 8-piece boneless chicken. The pizza is fine but I received 6 small pieces that make chicken mcnuggets look enormous. There are plenty of good options in Tullahoma. Best to avoid this one.

Ordered 2 pizzas extra sauce, received 2 pizza with almost no sauce and a packet of marinara dipping sauce.

They never answer the phone. You have to go up there just to order. I wouldn’t even give one star.

Ordered online and they were quick! We got the Philly cheese Steak loaded tots, Cheddar Bacon loaded tots, and the Pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread. They were all very tasty and great!

We order from here regularly and at first, sometimes they'd forget a dipping sauce or not brush the crust with that delicious garlic butter. But things have been getting more consistent here and honestly the pizza is delicious. I know these people here work super hard too being one of the only decent pizza places in the area.

Pretty Darn good Dominos pizza. I used to work at one when I was a kid in south Florida. I'm 50 now and it tastes like it did years ago. This Dominos is wonderful and fast to have the order out and ready when I arrive.

Domino's in Tullahoma is always on point. They get my orders right every time and it's always ready for me to pick up when I arrive. The food is always tasty also! Great customer service!

I have never had a bad experience with Dominos.

I tried calling in my order but the automated phone service is a joke. I made 4 attempts and not one person ever responded so I got ticked off and drove to Dominos. Not much better but I did get the order correct. I complained to the mgr and nothing. Talking to her was like talking to a dead fish. Nothing. I won't be so quick next time to order from Dominos. The worst part about it, Dominos is less than a mile from me. To really add insult, I drove to Dominos to get my order in person and while waiting the phone rang constantly but finally just before I left, someone did answer the phone and take the order personally. Dominos has lost points with me in a big way.

Ordered on app paid over 20 dollars for a veggie pizza thin crust and had delivered 3 miles away. Pizza was cold but worse was the few toppings, hardly any cheese. It was the worst pizza I have had anywhere and I paid over 20 dollars. A Mexican pizza from taco bell would be twice as good and quarter the price. Domino's is a disgrace based on this experience, will not order from them ever again.

We got this place a week ago we ordered at like ten 10:30 ordered dis not get to us till like 11:10 girl was rude even asked for discount she ran to her car came back laughing said no ok then we asked if it was hot she said yea opened right when she left wasn't even warm tried to call four times after nothing she didn't give receipt boxes didn't even have receipt stickers on them then finally got threw the next day got hung up on we gave up but warning the public the girl was tall like over 5'4 with dark brown almost black hair and in like a black or dark blue car it looked like she would even give her name when asked

We use the app and have ordered at least once per week for the last couple of years and have never had one single issue. This location is always paying attention to detail, and the pizzas are delicious. We pick up at the window and they are very courteous. We especially used this option during the pandemic and it was extremely helpful. The pizzas are hot, fresh, and the toppings are just right. This is our favorite Dominos location, and we have lived in many different cities and this is by far the best!

Ordered a pasta bowl. Was extremely disappointing. Bread bowl was under baked, swimming in sauce and barely any toppings. Had a whole whopping three pieces of chicken, a single leaf of spinach and maybe a dozen olives. Delivery driver was super friendly but hard to make up for the fact it took nearly an hour for it to be cooked and delivered. At lease it was warm.

I went through the whole process of ordering online like usual because they will NOT answer a phone, anyways just as my order was complete it said they closed and kick it out. Wasted 15 minutes of my time. I started my order 15 minutes before closing.

They need to hire people that can spell, 2 times i've been turned down for delivery because they won't deliver where i live. I spell the street for them and they still get it wrong i ordered from pizza hut they will get my business from now on

Manager will not answer or refund anything, Even wrong orders, I will never ever order dominoes again. The Shelbyville location will take your money and give you the incorrect order. Call them, they will not answer, lost a 10+ year customer to papa johns. More expensive but they show up with the things you purchase.

Wrong order and under cooked wings

We went in to eat our food one order was ok the other not what we ordered then get what was ordered the food was raw n pink that was couple months ago and the appetizer tasted funny...Tonight drive through order 3 piece fish dinner fried okra and broccoli get home to lemon pepper telopia shrimp skewer with fried okra and broccoli... never right and don’t feel like going back to what I ordered. Then a friend of mine messaged me said don’t go to Captain Ds there was hair all in my broccoli cup ... I use to love Captain Ds but not so much theses days...

The drive through was the only aspect of the place open, understandably because of Covid-19, the order was so screwed up when we checked it. One complete meal missing, another meal was duplicated. Receipt was exactly as we ordered. I truly feel sorry for the customers of this store when they reopen the dining area, if they can't get the orders correct just taking one at a time, I can only imagine the chaos of what will be when multiple orders hit their kitchen.

Awful had wait 20 minutes in drive thru then my wife's chicken was so hard she couldn't eat it we ask for butter and sour cream for our loaded baked potato and didn't get it so yes it was awful!!!!

Waited over 25 Minutes for my order. Then was going to give my husband’s food that had been sitting for over 20 minutes until I said that it wasn’t worth it and they needed to fix it. Also person working in cook area wasn’t wearing his face mask. Very disappointed with my experience.

First time I went. Good food not expensive.

Workers are suppose to wear their mask over their mouth and nose. While waiting at the window I can see the female worker talking to a male coworker 2 feet away with her mask around her chin. She proceeded to open the window, tell me the amount, then took my card and pulled her mask up. I sat in my car with my mask on. They need to follow the guidelines. I won’t go back.
