I have purchased several Gravely mowers from Hill's. They know how to treat customers and in my opinion they sell the best mowers for a fair price.

They'll have my business for life. Good folks, got the cursed Ariens and my beloved Husqvarna up in about a week. Great work at a fair price.

Great customer service and great mower. Had a spindle go out after 54 hours, no questions asked fixed under warranty. Even did it when i brought it in since i had an hour drive to get to them but would rather use them instead of the gravely dealer in my town. A shame i forgot to ask for my free hat for when i purchased a mower and never got one because they were out. Awesome place

I would highly recommend Hills Power Pro!!! They are a local family owned business that's EASY to deal with. I purchased my Gravely ZT XD 52 from them yesterday and the WHOLE staff was friendly and helpful. I had planned on buying elsewhere as I hadn't considered Gravely. I called and spoke to Mo and he said they would service my mower no matter where I bought it from (this is extremely important because every other lawn mower dealer I spoke with in Manchester, Tullahoma, & Winchester all told me if I didn't buy it from them then they would NOT repair it under the factory warranty). The fact that Hills Power Pro operates by the Golden Rule of treating others well and Mo's customer service/phone skills sold me on doing business with them. Stop supporting dealers that try to hold you captive saying they won't repair it unless you bought it from them and support a GREAT local business like this one! Ask for Mo to get a great deal on a quality equipment!

This place was great for repairs a few years ago. Seems like with the new brands they are selling that the old customers are on the back burner for service and repairs. Took a long time to get my mower back. They just want you to buy their new stuff. I’d look for another repair shop in Manchester, Shelbyville or Murfreesboro, if you want faster service. Very disappointed I now have to go further for better service, but it will be well worth the trip.

I dropped my Ariens mower off to have the blades sharpened. Was told that it might be several days before they could get to it. Was called the same day letting me know that I had damaged the blades. They replaced the blades, found the source of a rattle that I complained about and repaired it, and replaced a broken discharge chute. I got my mower back the very next day and it performs like a new one. I recommend Hills to anyone needing mower service or repair. Great job guys!

Great place, service, atmosphere, and people! I'll be buying all my lawn equipment here. These people handle customer service great, even under great pressure. I'm very impressed.

My dad lost the key to his mower. I told him I was sure I could find one at hills. I went as soon as they opened and told them the problem. He looked at the photo of the mower and said he had a key. I purchased the key and he said, "this should work!" I replied, "I hope so, I have to take it to hermitage. He looked around in a drawer and he gave me a second key and said if that one doesn't work this one should. I took the key to Hermitage, and the 2nd key worked. I really appreciate that they went above and beyond. I would have been so disappointed if I only had the first key because it wouldn't have worked!

Dealt with Josh Moore. Great communication. Nice to work with. Needed a slight adjustment on the ZT X handle and he got it lined up without hesitation. Other crew members were friendly and the place was clean. Drove from 2 hrs away and I’m glad I did.

I have an older rider that needed a tune up. They picked it up. Got oil, oil filter, air filter changed, blades sharpened, fixed leaking gasket, and replaced drive belt. (It was missing chunks - they called & asked if okay to change it.) They delivered right back to me. And all of it was very affordable. Treated me very nicely even though I wasn’t spending a lot of money with them. Highly recommend this business to all around!!

They not only sell gravely lawn mowers but they service them right there too (no buying one place and sending you somewhere else to service or repair), walk you through how to use the equipment properly to get the best out of your equipment, great customer service, delivery service available, and have everything in stock for your lawn care needs whether it is resident or commercial!
