Yesterday we unfortunately had to say goodbye to our little dog Charlie. The empathy and kindness showed by Dr Dhash and Michelle was absolutely amazing, they made ourselves and Charlie feel at peace during this distressing procedure. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Hannah and another vet were so empathetic and loving towards our cat and always try their best. Good value for money considering all the effort they put in night and day. Best vets around, even FNQ possibly!

warning: do not take any animal to this vet. They amputated the wrong leg of a mini foxy. Xrays showed the badly broken leg that was to be amputated, so they cut the good remaining leg off. The dog can't walk and drags itself around and is still in pain and suffering with the remaining leg. NEGLIGENCE. Don't risk going there with your pets.

I started using this vet again recently, I take back what I said before in previous review which was a bit harsh and partially driven by others negativety, I've actually found them very good, they're really nice people and do a very good job, Thankyou guys I will be using you for both my dogs and the cat, Cheers 🐾💖🐾

Dr Dhash helped both my dogs with a home visit recently, as we moved from Adelaide and needed a new vet. My German shepherd Sarge didn’t even notice he had his vaccination needles! Flash my kelpie cross was pretty good also received his vaccinations and arthritis care. Very happy with the kindness received towards both my dogs and will definitely stay with this vet clinic. Flash is 11 and was in arthritis pain but since the injection and medication he’s much happier. Thank you so much Dr Dhash

Incredible vet - my husband and I were on a road trip from the Sunshine Coast to pick up our new pup Neo which we quickly discovered was a very unwell, anemic pup with Hook worms, the closest vet at the time fortunately for us, was Tropical Vets in Tully! We received amazing professional advice over the phone from Dr Dhash initially who directed us to the clinic and our pup was taken straight in nearing close by Dr Stacey where he received the best care over night. All the staff were so accommodating and supportive during what was a very stressful time for us. We picked up a much healthier and excited pup the next morning with a bag of special puppy biscuits gifted in a pack that were soon demolished! We received a follow up call a week later to see how Neo was going which was also greatly appreciated. Thanks again Tropical Vets Tully for saving our little guy. Sophie, Steven and Neo

The vets and staff were absolutely amazing in treating our greyhound while on holiday from the late Sunday night emergency visit through to our daily checkups and bandage changes. We wish you were our local! Thanks for everything, Violet is healing nicely.

Being from out of town and on holiday at the time, I would like to post an appreciation to the vets / vet nurses who took care of our 9 yr old staffy cross. He was admitted on Thursday the 29th of November after having a seizure along with other ailments earlier that day. All done at short notice after being told earlier that same day they were quite busy (phone call before the seizure). After treatment and an overnight stay our boy looked 10 times better and has now recovered and back to his normal self. Thankyou!!!
