If you like lack of care, nurses with no tact, and shady business practices then this is the place for you! If you look at how they respond to their reviews it also explains their level of care... Canned and not personal at all. Like many of the reviews posted my wife and I have had a terrible experience as well. Our doctor has been the only positive experience. I would not recommend anyone go here. I absolutely hate that I have to add to their bad reviews because I don't enjoy writing them, but if it helps someone make a better decision to choose a better provider then my review has done its intended purpose.

Incompetent and irresponsible. Ultrasound tech missed several hematomas. After my significant other's first miscarriage she requested to switch from Dr. Shepherd to Dr. Cox (who has a favorable reputation for handling high-risk pregnancies). This resulted in my significant other being completely dropped as a patient - though no one bothered to tell us. We were confused about this and called (for three days in a row) to see if we could still see Dr. Cox, only to finally be told that my pregnant significant other no longer has an OB. Apparently by requesting to see a different doctor within the clinic who has no availability you are automatically dropped as a patient - and not informed. We were then gaslit that this was normal policy.

Good doctors but they see a lot of patients so it is very easy for you to get lost in the bunch, most appointments were very rushed and I did not like that. My delivery was great and the experience wonderful but the appointments leading up to that were not personal and felt like the doctor was in a constant hurry. My last postpartum appointment was so quick I didn’t even get to ask all the questions I needed to and I feel like that is an appointment is so important to make sure everything is ok, the doctor just assumed everything was fine. I do not think I will be returning to this clinic only because I prefer to have a more personal relationship with my doctor where I feel heard and not rushed. Please do not ask me to call the facility this is my feedback. Thank you all for everything!

I had an awful experience with Dr. Gehring and his nurses. First time pregnancy and they gave me absolutely no information, seemed bothered when I asked questions, and just did not care for me whatsoever. There’s so many specific reasons to list, but overall I had the worst experience and ended up switching doctors. Would not recommend whatsoever.

This place is an absolute joke. My wife has now rescheduled THREE TIMES. Each time, they have called within ONE hour of her appointment and said the doctor is in surgery. Now, I understand these things happen. What I don’t understand, is how this miserable place doesn’t have better protocols and procedures in place to prevent patients from going through this THREE TIMES all within a couple hours of the appointment. This is utterly unacceptable and these folks should be ashamed. What a horrible thing to do to your patients. I’ve seen many practices that have protocols in place such as “if doctor A gets stuck in surgery, doctor B takes doctor A’s appointments”. Maybe they should take some notes. Don’t bother with this place unless you enjoy getting ready for appointments just to be called to reschedule within hours or less. Today was the 3rd time and we were literally walking out the door of our house as the phone rang to cancel. And to top it all off, the so called receptionist, Raven, didn’t bother to apologize to my wife ONCE. Not once after all three cancellations. No empathy what so ever.

After having been a patient of Dr Hildebrands since 2018 I have decided to leave this practice. Since day 1 I've had nothing but issues at this location mainly steming from Kristen- Dr. Hildebrand's nurse. She has the worst bedside manner and is completely degrading over the phone. I stuck it out for so long ONLY because how kind and polite Dr Hildebrand is. She helped me finally conceive through a procedure other doctors never thought to try, which originally gained my loyalty to her, even after wanting to leave several times because of her nurses rude behavior. Finally, I've dealt my last straw with her rudeness and will be looking for a new provider. And, if you want to be seen by the doctor, even as an established patient of 5 years, they are booking out a month to month and a half just for a follow up visit. Or atleast that's what Kristen says. Tends to make you feel like not a valued patient when they can't even get you in for a simple visit in a sufficient amount of time. Thanks to Dr Hildebrand for all she has done for our little family, but we've got to go due to so many complications. The list could go on and on.

Dr. Shepherd and her team are amazing!! However, if you're needing a front office that will take care of things without frequent reminder and check-in calls, this is not the place.

Had an awful experience with Dr. Paul Gehring! He's VERY judgemental and hateful! Don't recommend! I will take my money else where and go to someone who accepts me as a person and won't judge!

I just had my baby a week ago under the care of Dr cox and everything was perfect! From the very first appointment to my last ob appointment I have been so happy with the care I had received over the last nine months. If I were ever to have another baby Dr cox would be my one and only choice for my ob.

Dr. Shepherd was my OB for both of my pregnancies and I had an overall great experience with both of them! She is friendly, knowledgeable, upbeat, and very quick. I also want to give a shout out to Stacey, the OB coordinator, she was always to quick to respond to and handle all of my FMLA stuff for my maternity leave which I appreciated so much. The nurses were always friendly and the office is nice. I will say though that when you call to ask the doctor a question over the phone…you have to call the front desk and tell them your question, which then gets sent to the nurse, which then gets sent to the doctor, so multiple times my question got skewed and that was a little irritating. I also feel like they need a patient portal. But overall I had good experiences! Thank you to OBGYN Specialists of Tulsa for taking care of me!

Dr. Cox and his nurse Ashley are amazing. I've always had a great experience with the ultrasound staff as well.
