Whataburger is literally where the best greasy burger is. I've been to Whataburger's in many states and to be honest, this burger was the best I had ever had. The service was beyond my expectations and the price is comparable. I suggest ordering a triple Whataburger but a double hit the spot as well.

Friday night 8pm. Terribly slow service. Took about 7min just to get someone to bother to come to the register to take my order. Then another 20 min waiting on them to actually make the food. It wasn't even warm when I got it. It's not like they were short staffed either. There must've been 6 or 8 workers. And they weren't even that busy.

I was raised in Corpus Christi, the original home of Whataburger, so when it comes to eating at a restaurant anywhere outside of CC comes with some strict judgement. It's a matter of pride as many native Texans will tell you. I came in during a lunch rush on a Monday and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken salad (my only meal for the day, lol). As usual there was a little bit of a wait but it was worth it. I unwrapped my sandwich and you see what I got. Everything was fantastic including the fresh veggies both in the sandwich and salad. The fried were absolutely perfectly done, crispy not soggy or old, and salted just right. It bright right back to CC, without the humidity or seagulls.

This place needs a new manager. I am a 79-year-old vet and have eaten at this establishment for as long as I can remember. But lately, within the last year, it has gone downhill!!! I eat here every Sunday after Church and today there were no napkins! Along with no Ranch or Onion Rings. This is such a horrible mismanagement issue. This place can't seem to keep employees, and the tables are always dirty. I deeply love Whataburger and am loyal to this place, but it does need some better Management. As a person who has a business degree, I understand that good employees start with good Management! Please make some changes.

This was once a great location. They've been short staffed for months; employees seem exhausted and less enthusiastic about their work but still wanting to have a decent product. They're polite but service time and overall quality have absolutely tanked.

Employees are rude here. Not busy and pushed around by staff. Payed for items not received. Made to feel as everything was my fault for being there. Won't return to this location. Even tho it's very convenient

Ordered a #12 spicy chicken sandwich and when I bit into it the sandwich was raw on the inside. Had waited a pretty long time in the drive thru so it really dosent make sense for the food to be undercooked.

They take forever to cook food and take your order. They also could care less about food for inside customers. They just care about their precious drive thru

I ordered 2 Bob's with bacon and mayo on brioche, add tomatoes on 1. The order was correct but the bacon was raw. I don't go to that side of town often, so calling is a waste of time.

I love late night Waterburger a good sweet spicy cheese burger. It’s so yummy perfect blend of sweet and spicy . However the new white chocolate raspberry shake is disgusting!! 🤮 it tastes like cough medicine.

One of the saddest chicken sandwiches i ever got. Is it normally supposed to come with nothing but a messy gallon of unproportioned sauce and two measly lettuce leaves? Ill admit whataburger is usually very good which is why i still give 3 stars but this is just a sad day for whataburger today

We waited in line for 15 minutes for 4 breakfast biscuits. There were only 2 cars in front of us. And the food was barely warm when we got it and not delicious. We've enjoyed Whataburger in the past but this particular branch seems to really be on the struggle bus.

Great place with tasty burgers! Not like your typical fast food places at all. Quality and lots of flavor!!! Nice, friendly staff. Always free refills on drinks. Large sized helpings. They don't skimp on extras or add-ons. And Spicy ketchup!!!! Clean dining area and clean bathrooms. Rewards program for free food. Yup. All around a great place to spend your money. Really wish they'd bring back the Monterey Melt, though. That burger was AMAZING! I REALLY miss it.

Stopped here after a night out in Tulsa, OK. Everything was closed until we came up on this place. Burger fries was good. But my burger was cold. We did take the food to go, but out air b-n-b was only 5 minutes from the place. Fries were still hot but the burger was cold, cheese hadn't even melted. Had to warm it up in the microwave and you know what that does to the taste of a burger. The person who helped us in the drive through was awesome.

Ate at this location last Saturday after spending time at the Expo Center. Right away we knew it wasn't going to be a good experience when the customer ahead of us was irate because someone canceled his order in the kitchen. After that fiasco the one employee that had been behind the counter had up and disappeared, so there was no one to take our order, it was like we were invisible. At the time, our family of four were the only customers waiting in line. Trying to decide whether we should stay or leave someone finally came and took our order. We sat for 23 MINUTES and still no food! I marched up to the counter and asked where our order was. Another 5 minutes go by before I was told they were working on it now. The fries were nice and hot, but our burgers were very cold. UNEXCEPTABLE! We will never go back to this location, worst experience ever!

The burgers are pretty good they always put way too much mustard on a sandwich if you don't say anything all I could taste was mustard and onions. The fries were good but they were out of diet Dr Pepper on both machines and that's a huge disappointment.

Even though it took longer than what I expected it to take, to receive my dine in order, the burger was still hot and fresh, the lobby was very clean and service was very good. Keep up the good work. The hot apple pies are good but not as good as what they used to be, seems to be a little smaller, not as crispy and less apples inside of them. When they were 99 cents, I used to buy quite a few of them but now that the price has increased to $1.49, I buy very few of them.

Normally fast food restaurants only rate 3 stars with me because it is more like food assembly than cuisine. Even though Whataburger uses the same technique, they use quality food which makes for a tastier meal. This particular restaurant also prides themselves on cleanliness and it shows. Staff was friendly and professional. My order was a little complicated but they got it right the first time. Bravo!
