I
have
used
this
location
3
times
(I
usually
go
to
my
location
in
Jenks)
and
I’m
really
unhappy
with
the
front
desk.
All
three
times
I’ve
just
been
harassed
to
the
point
of
bullying
and
arguing
to
buy
the
tanning
lotion.
I
try
to
politely
decline
(I
don’t
like
tanning
lotions)
but
have
been
argued
with,
spoken
nasty
too,
and
the
people
are
legitimately
angry.
But
this
last
time
was
just
crazy.
A
man
with
sort
of
shaved
eyebrows
and
very
thin
and
pale
started
in
on
me
about
the
lotion.
I
politely
declined
and
then
he
told
me
I
have
to
have
it
because
I’ll
tan
70
percent
faster.
I
told
him
I
was
ok
with
just
tanning
at
my
normal
rate
and
I
don’t
need
it.
He
then
proceeded
to
argue
with
me
and
acted
like
I
wouldn’t
be
allowed
to
tan
without
it.
I
just
held
my
ground,
took
his
bullying
and
bad
attitude
and
legit
anger
because
I
wouldn’t
buy
it,
remained
polite
(which
honestly
I
shouldn’t
have
to
do
in
this
situation.
So
unpleasant
and
stressful)
but
it
didn’t
end
there.
He
then
told
me
I
could
only
tan
for
6
minutes
instead
of
the
12
minutes
I
requested
since
I
don’t
obviously
care
about
being
tan!
When
I
said
..um..WHAT?!
He
then
backed
up
and
said
that
the
bulbs
were
new
so
that’s
why
I
could
only
go
half
the
time.
But
that
is
NOT
what
he
said
at
first.
I
mean
it
was
just
beyond!
If
I
didn’t
have
the
unlimited
tanning
I’d
be
very
upset
about
it.
He
then
refused
to
turn
the
machine
on,
forcing
me
to
get
dressed
and
go
out
there
and
see
what
was
wrong,
he
kept
saying
just
a
few
minutes
and
kept
me
waiting
for
about
ten
minutes
while
he
talked
on
the
phone.
He
was
just
being
a
jerk
because
I
didn’t
buy
the
lotion.
If
this
was
just
a
one
off
I
probably
wouldn’t
complain
but
as
I
say,
it’s
almost
non
stop
harassment
when
I
go
in
and
I
refuse
to
buy
the
lotion,
3
times
now.
All
different
employees
each
time
harassing
me
and
not
taking
no
for
an
answer.
Again..this
isn’t
just
asking
me
if
I
want
lotion,
I
say
no
then
we
move
on.
This
is
not
taking
no
for
an
answer,
arguing,
being
mean
and
nasty
when
I
hold
my
ground,
pushing
me
into
it,
me
standing
there
and
defending
my
choice
not
to
buy
the
lotion.
I
go
to
that
shopping
center
quite
a
bit
and
usually
like
tanning
after
shopping
but
I’ll
not
go
there
again
.
I
do
not
get
harassed
like
this
at
the
jenks
location
nor
at
the
one
on
91st
so
it
seems
to
be
a
problem
with
just
this
particular
place
and
I’m
thinking
of
calling
corporate.
I
should
think
palm
beach
would
be
satisfied
enough
that
I
pay
$100
for
the
all
inclusive
package
every
month.
Not
sure
if
the
manager
is
putting
unreasonable
demands
on
employees
to
sell
this
lotion
or
if
they
just
have
bad
employees
but
it’s
bananas.
