Found place to celebrate a party! Kind, friendly and helpful staff. I like the part where you get private sessions with the equipment.

By far my favorite place to have a birthday party! The two party helpers they assigned (I do not remember their names) were amazing! They helped with everything and answered all my questions. They took the stress away from me making sure everything was done and did it for me. I appreciate the staff so much and we all had SO much fun. (Kids and adults) Thank you!

The party hosts are amazing. I literally handed them my cake and a few decorations and they did EVERYTHING. I could just sit back and enjoy the party!

A great place to have a birthday party! It was fun for the kids to play, but even better for the parents! My husband and I had absolutely no stress as the party pros helped us through the entire party process. They set everything up for us and decorated for us. All we had to do was sit back and watch our children enjoy their birthday party. It was amazing!

Open bounce session. Music was too loud, created overwhelming experience for first visit... took about 10 minutes before child (6) was ready to attempt to play on inflatables. Once warmed up to the experience, they loved it. A couple areas of wear on some inflatables - otherwise clean. Felt to be a safe and sanitary environment for play.

I'll start by saying that everyone had a great time. We did the cosmic option for our daughter's birthday party because her request for nearly a year has been "glow in the dark party". We were under the impression it would be somewhat dark so that the blacklights would make everything glow. We showed up wearing many glow items/clothes but could barely see them because the rooms were still so bright. That aspect was very disappointing. Our package also included a "photographer" which was nice so we could focus on having a good time with the kids and someone else could document the occasion. A large portion of the photos are so out of focus, dark, or not of faces. He would walk by and quickly put the camera up for a pic and keep going. I wish I had taken more on my phone because the quality was significantly better. I did love that they take care of setup/breakdown, do a gift list, and load our items up for us. Definitely pros and cons. If I had known all of this prior, I would not have booked this particular party there since the main theme was supposed to be "glow in the dark".

Extremely nice place to have birthday party’s. The hosts do all of the work and they are private parties so the kids stay together the whole time. Other places are so hectic because they can have 10-20 parties going on at the same time. Highly recommend for birthday parties.

The staff does great, the kids have a blast. I would say under age 10 is perfect but even older then that can just be a big kid out there having fun. I get out there and have fun with the kids and they love seeing the adults playing.

The bounce houses and slides are amazing! I wish they had a package or an option to extend your time in the food and present room. I had my 3 year old birthday there today and toddlers eat slow so after pizza and cake we had 15 minutes to do all presents. I had to rush my toddler through them all which isn’t very easy or fun to do and we were still late leaving. The amount of bounce time is great but need more time in the party room. Also every worker seemed to have an attitude and not very happy to be there. Didn’t bother me much as I just began to ignore them but definitely off-putting.
