On May 27th 2023, I went to this McDonald around 12 o'clock. I didn't work too far from it. There was a long line I asked for 3 hamburgers, no pickles, and also asked for fries. Well done. Once I pull around to pay for my order. The gentleman shorted me out at $2 at the stop where I was in line and told that he owed me 2 more dollars. Once I received my food and came back to work to eat, the fries were well done but very heavily salted. I have high blood pressure, and a little bit of salt would have been fine. But they'd like they just turn the soft upside down on it. The burgers tasted cold, not even hot. Did not have any mustard on it and just a little bit of k catch-up. This is the most awful McDonald's I've ever been to. I can't even eat my food now.😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Food is great. The servers are extremely nice. Can’t really figure out why it takes so long at night, but it works still attracting people to eat here. Nice location near the hospitals, access to other places in town via main highway, and a main road, Utica Ave.

My mobile order was ready when I arrived. The fries were not fresh, but the cheeseburger and nuggets were good. One of the nuggets appeared to look like a heart. I guess this McDonald's loves me. 😆

How in hell is THIS location STILL open? The Mexican lady that is the morning manager is the WORST. She talks to her employees so disrespectfully! And has no respect for the customers! The food was cold, asked for a replacement and it took forever! Was parked and had to go in to get my replacement! I'm DEFINITELY contacting the regional manager! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Absolutely awful experience. Took about five minutes for someone to take my order. I had placed an online order. Said absolutely nothing to me at the window and then when handing out my order said that they couldn’t give us our sundae or our large smoothie. They shut the window and didn’t offer replacements or a refund. We waited for a few minutes because we were confused and then they offered us a large coffee. The chicken nuggets were old as well as the mcchicken. I didn’t get my money back for either ice cream purchase and while I want my money back. I will absolutely not be returning to the store to ask for a refund because of how awful it was. I’m not one to write reviews, but I am upset I was already having a bad night and this was just the s*** cherry on top of the s*** cake. I understand that it was late at night, but if I don’t get what I paid for I expect either to receive something to make up the cost or a refund.

Imma regular...maybe 2 to 3 times a week because the peoria location sucks but today lol 😆 im dead. I did have a huge order yes. All 3 happy meals we're done by the time I hit the third window (5 mins)) yet to eat wait for a quarter Pounder, a 6 pc nugget nugget and 2 lrg fries 30 MINUTES AFTER I GOT THE 3 HAPPY MEALS IS INSANE. I was told to hit drove through because they didn't finish the qtr pounder....30 mins later I go In the store for the order from drive thru and I was told they had no idea how to make a qtf Pounder/dbl cheese no ketchup mustard or pickles extra onion ..my wifey is craving yet NO ONE KNOW HOW TO MAKE IT AND IT TOOK 45 MINUTES TO MAKE?!?

Drive thru is closed once street lights come on. Unable to use the drive thru if you don't have car. McDonald's solution call DoorDash or UberEATS etc. Why the Heck would I want to call delivery service be charged for the service upcharged on the food then the tip and tax of driver. Especially when I'm already staying right next to there. Whose to say I even have money on a card to use door dash etc not a good solution McDonald's. Don't understand why can't just walk up through drive thru like other places allow. Rants over bout drive thru Chicken sandwich was good I like grilled chicken sandwich better only certain McDonald's will do them Strawberry Banana smoothie my favorite drink when I go to McDonald's This time it was runny and gritty I let the lady know and she remade it and came back with a gritty and runny awful tasting strawberry Banana smoothie. I asked for my money back and was told manager wast there so they couldn't do it.

I did not purchase. Awful experience. She (employee) did NOT want to be there. And that's all right with me. I no longer wanted to be there or spend my hard earned pennies there either. Asked the person at the register a question. She whispered the answer really fast. Accent really heavy. I asked again. Same response. So I politely said that I was going to place my order on their kiosk. Tried, had an issue with that. She wouldn't even assist. Let this woman walk in and go before me. And the female knew I was waiting. I was thinking. Service horrible!
