    Pretty quick service, came in 10:00 for breakfast there was not a lot of customers in thecrestaurant so they inmediately took my order and food was ready within 5min. They speak English ans Spanish which its great I get to chose which language to communicate with. Prices are very competitive at Mcdonalds love the Dollar deals for breakfast. Eventhough it doesnt benefit me or understand the reason behind I like that they are on point with their schedule 10:31 and they had stopped offering breakfast menu. Place was being cleaned while I was there cant say it was amazingly clean when I got there but again they were working on it. Service was ok, I woul expect a more friendlier service earlier in the morning speacially if you are not busy and I am your only customer. It mag just be me with a higher customer service expectation. Thats the reason I rare it with a 4 I think food was fine people come here because tgey like thd food so you could focus on wowing your customers. I understand its a fast food restaurant,not expecting white glove threatment but smiles to start may be? Any how thats all I have to share. Work on customer service and you will get a lot more 5s

    Absolutely finished with this location. I'm so tired of bad service. So many are looking for work, get rid of the bad. 1115 AM, ordered Nugget Meal (lrg frie, lrg iced tea), and Spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with two Buffalo sauces. The lady was horrible and rude. She stopped us and said they have no ice tea. It is how she said it thst bothered us. "we don't have tea what else do you want?" us "how long until it's ready?" her "we are out, what else?" us "I mean it takes a few minutes to make I can wait, any idea like how long youre out for?" her "I don't know, like tomorrow maybe, I think we don't have any, what else?" I swear... Not her fault it's out, but be prepared for the questions and stop saying "what else" over and over trying to push us on to a new topic. It is on your menue and you are supposed to have it. You are paid to be there. I drove there to spend money specifically for the tea. We love the tea. Second issue... Look at the side by side comparison of the sandwich that spoke to me and got me to choose them over Schlotzkys (big mistake SMH) and then look at what I got. Their picture shows a delicious quantity of toppings. 3 plump 🍅 slices, piled shredded lettuce, generous pepper sauce on both buns (top and bottom bun). My sandwich has 2 tiny 🍅 slices, an amount of shredded lettuce that one cannot even see from the side of the sandwich, and a dash of sauce on the top bun only. Third issue... 3rd time coming here in the last 2 months and all 3 times you have shorted me on fries. My big issue is it almost seems like a training and intentional thing at this point. The fries are on the bottom of bag laying on side and look full. I pull them out and look at the picture. Feels like we are making up for inventory shortages and bottom line numbers for YoY pressures. I promise you, what you save in 🍟 shorting you loose much more by this review and loss of customers driving to your location. I just want decent fast food service and food. Not asking for fine dining, sit down service, or wine pairing. However I am asking service and food that says "I care."

    Got the whole order wrong 3 times. All it was was two triple cheese burgers and two large French fries. I understand that it’s not a BIG deal but it should be three times. At this point I should get my money back. Do better McDonald’s or get new workers.

    I'll always love Mcdonald's! The food has been the same since I was little. Consistency is great for business. The fries are the best!

    I placed a mobile order and arrived at the restaurant and went to the curbside parking to pick it up. I was working, and I get a small per diem when I work through meals. They brought out the food, but failed to provide the receipt that my company requires. I asked for the receipt, and the guy said that he would let them know... When I finished eating breakfast in the car, waiting for the receipt, I went inside to speak to a manager about it. The guy at the register told me that she just left, and that there was no manager on duty. He finally found someone who spoke very little English, who told me that they do not give receipts on mobile orders. I called the McDonald's customer service line, and told them what had happened. They told me that the franchise or their representative would get in touch with me, as they should provide a receipt on all orders. That was 3 days ago, and still have not heard anything from them... Apparently this is approved by the local owner... So if for some reason, you need a receipt for your food, I suggest that you eat at another restaurant. If you are determined to eat at McDonald's , (have you ever watched the documentary called Super Size Me?), Go inside and do NOT use the mobile app.

    Just made a quick stop to grab me something to hold me while I went to go to one of my other jobs until my lunch I use my rewards and got the dollar large fry with no salt they actually filled the carton and not skimp me like other McDonald's it's like you order a large then they give you a small portion inside that you have to look down and make sure you actually have some fries but glad this wasn't the case Only thing would be the customer service at the register was a two and a half I asked for a pack of salt and she just threw them in the bag like it was bothering her I didn't think that request was too hard

    For the love of God go anywhere else even the gas station across the street these morons can't get an order right to save their lives, after waiting over 30 min for 2 meals I get home to discover I am missing a sandwich and the other is wrong. Their solution? Wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund, guess I don't want dinner tonight, I will never again ruin my day by setting foot in this den of incompetence and I hope you don't either

    I’ve had multiple issues with this location. Disgusting bathrooms cold Food. or old food that was refried staff is too busy talking amongst themselves to help anyone or talk Ill of customers also set in the drive-through for 35 minutes waiting on a hash brown and coffee.
