Good luck to all the residents and the employees at London Square, with the new management this place will be barely hanging on. The new owners are Conniving and they do not care to invest in the Tulsa area, they care about money and themselves a lone. Oh, yeah they will no longer accept section 8. So, be looking for a new place to live now if you are one of those individuals! They let go of the property manager there who has improved the property 100% since being employed. I loved communicating with the manager, but how I heard she was done, is truly wrong and already a bad taste in my mouth. AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COST!!!! Run, they got roaches anyways.

The manager is never there guess she likes to party a lot never there before 10:30 n leaves by 3 n rude as hell phone was off a month cause she waits to last minute pay the bills looked them up they owe everyone money but wants to demand peoples rent money for what she’s mot paying the bills till last minute n not a very good company Redoak either……… and they don’t return calls

Worst complex in Tulsa includes owner and rude illiterate management. You will regret moving there no heat in the winter, no air in the summer ride by and look at all those window units just a horrible horrible complex

Follow your lease. Submit repairs in writing. When the horrible property mgr doesn't respond, start counting your days then terminate your lease agreement since this puts the property mgmt company in BREACH of agreement. Know your rights! They MUST come fix your air it is is above 85 degrees. I hope everyone gets out and this property gets sold and rehabbed. NOT OKAY!!

London square ownership and management has really stepped up the game and the two years that I have been here there have been a lot of ups and downs a lot of changes I can honestly say this time it is awesome I'm glad I stayed and hung in there if you're looking for a great place to live clean environment awesome management friendly kind patient and understanding hard-working maintenance join the London square team it keeps getting better and better. New move ins are totally remodeled they're taking time and working on the outside but don't judge it until you get in. Being patient and understanding has truly paid off thank you Tessa and Jordan the management team

This place said they're going to do repairs it takes them forever to get anything done the kids around here are breaking into Apartments breaking glass I have told management this several times nothing being done I think I'm going to be breaking my ways because I paid my rent on time I shouldn't have to put up with this I need my AC fixed again and they say they're working on it

I have lived here for over a year and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Very affordable and convenient to the freeway and Walmart. The new management is fantastic. It’s quiet, clean, and maintenance is great! Neighbors are very friendly and we all look out for each other. 10/10

A rundown teardown spot, management could not run a shoebox nevermind a apartment complex. Head of maintenance is a 20y ex felon he has the keys to your home .no security no Gardner RUN DON'T RENT HERE VIOLENT TENENTS RUNNING THE SHOW
