Horrible horrible place to live. Management is a mess. They tried changing my cost of rent after already having a contract, tried adding more fees after already having a contract, and lost my deposit money and I had to prove multiple times that I already paid it. When I moved in the apartment had stains on the ceiling and bathtub, and the floor was coming up. On top of the units being gross and poorly cared for, the pools are never open. They’ll be closed for weeks on end. There is also dog poop all over the property. The dog park is almost never useable because of the dog poop. They lost my roommates application and after emailing it to them multiple times they still never added him to the lease. I went to the office 5+ times to get him added and they kept telling me they didn’t know how. About 8 months into living there I got a call from the office getting yelled at for him not being on the lease. One time the toilet flappers went out in both bathrooms and it took two weeks to get them. At that point I had to go to the office to get them and install them myself. On another occasion that maintenance was in my unit, they turned my heat on in my garage without notifying me and I had to pay a much larger electric bill. These apartments are in a great location and have great potential, but they’re awful after their management change in summer 2022. 0/10 recommend living there.

To be honest, this is the worst place to live if you experience the need for any kind of service. Our forms are always wrong when it’s time to renew the lease contract, management is non-existent, staff is always confused and poorly trained, and if something crashes and you put a work order good luck cause it takes weeks and multiple requests to get someone to answer you.

This was the worst place I have ever lived in. My apartment was completely falling apart the doors were hard to open and close, my toilet broke and they never did anything about it. I had BLACK MOLD and they did nothing. Our water was disgusting. The handrail on the stairs was coming off. Our washer went out and they did nothing until it started to flood an another apartment.

All of the modern updates are incredible! I can’t wait to see the renovated club house!! Hailey goes above and beyond to make her residents happy.

Welcome to the gated ghetto, if you like being worry free about your posessions while lving here this is not the place! If your door can be locked it should be locked! don't keep anything of value in your vehicle, don't have a nice vehicle in general unless you have one of the few garages, especially dont own a motorcyle and live here without a garage, be prepared to be bit by dogs, don't expect to have peaceful sleep through the night either. When you have a maintenance request you'd better put it in 3 weeks before you need it fixed or just do it yourself. Management doesn't care about any issues when brought to surface because it's part of living here!

So I lived here 8 years ago and I absolutely loved it! They were actually really nice back then and definitely worth the price. But I recently decided to give the apartment life another try and when I viewed the 2 bedroom I was so unimpressed. These are not nice luxury apartments anymore.. they are basically like every other repained a thousand times / ordinary apartmens here in Tulsa. The price just is NOT worth it. A 3 bedroom home is $1200 and month with more space and they are charging $1500 for 2 bedroom😳😳

Lived here for the past few months and I absolutely love it. Hailey and the team are great. The new clubhouse and pool area is also amazing. Highly recommend!

Lived here for 6 years staff is super friendly and accommodating! Maintenance is very professional and helpful! Great place to live!!!
