The front desk people are very rude. They threw my insurance card back at me. They had attitudes and they showed poor customer skills. PLUS, i had to wait more than 40 minutes to be seen. Very unproffesional place.

Don’t waste your time going here. They will gaslight you, yell at you unprovoked and then sit in your face and tell you that’s okay. Instead of mediating the issue they only made it worse by ambushing me at my actual medical appointment. Condescending attitudes and unprofessionalism all throughout. I thought I’d get better care here, but it just feels like blantant discrimination as a Black woman. This all started with someone yelling at me. I admit I got upset, but even after apologizing several times on multiple occasions with NO signs of aggression they say they will have security at every appointment. My safety is not of any concern. I was there for TREATMENT. They don’t look for solutions for patients, and are only willing to bend for their employees. Shannon at front desk, Lindsay as office coordinator (?) and Misty as well as Mary Keith and Barry Dockery should all be held accountable. 0/10 do not recommend.

My brother Kevin had an appointment a block from our home. When we got to the office they told us the doctor moved. So 10 miles further away we got to our appointment 15 minutes early. We waited 55 minutes past our appointment time. They said they had to double book there schedule. This is so inappropriate. They dont care that we have to wait when our appointment was made over a month ago.

Would not recommend for people of color. They don't understand that being in the healthcare industry involves dealing with people from all walks of life. They are rude, jump to conclusions, and do not follow up with complaints.

No problems yet. Might be a wait here and there but positive experiences all around.

Had experience at 3 different locations. Will never go back again. Never in my life have I seen such a mess.
