I planned on moving here and everything seemed great. I places a deposit to hold an apartment, filled out the application, and emailed all the Information that was needed. They never reached out to me. I had to continually call them. There were times I couldn't get through and the response was that they were having problems with the phone. A simple resolve would have been to use your personal phone to reach out to your new tenants. Long story long I asked for my $150 deposit back after the date passed that I was supposed to move in without any call from the office. I received a check for $65 dollars instead of $150 due to extra fees. I was considering to move here next month in spite of the lack of communication however, due to the integrity of this location I won't.

I don’t even know why we pay rent here. Literally $700+ monthly to overheat and be walked on by bugs. You would think this place would do better but they actually don’t give a hoot. They’ll just pay for more reviews so that they can go home to a nice ac home. While its 80 degrees inside of our apartment. I promise you the 3 star and below reviews are not “bad” tenants. This place will actually rob you and lock you in by a contract. The rental management is terrible. Please please save your money and rent somewhere else. I lived out East in a high crime area and it makes that place look like a palace. I will continue to tell everyone I know to please save their hard earned money and live somewhere where the management actually cares about you.

The very old woman name called aDale who is very aggressive and horrible Manager not having sympathy at all!! I don't know she is still there or alive or not! It was back in few year back. Make sure when you made a deposit and for some reason if you got denied your application make sure with them that they must give you back the deposit. They are cheating me on deposit and never return me back. They already wrote their name on the money order but you cannot cash them out kind of cheat you! Then neighborhood is bad and don't risk your life living there!!! The staffs are stink!!!

Lived here for two years by myself. It was my first time ever living on my own. There are a lot of homeless walking around the area but luckily nothing bad ever happened to me. Front office staff was always nice. If it wasn't an emergency, it would take months for something to get fixed. My kitchen light was dead for months before someone came to fix it. There are also a lot of cockroaches and nats. No matter how much you try to get rid of them they do not go away. My washer and dryer was constantly dying on me and clothes would get stuck in the dryer. They finally decided to replace it, ONE week before I moved out. I also had a problem with my shower knob right when I first moved in but it was never fixed until the next year. I had to use a ranch tool to turn off and on my shower. Maitenance would say that they would put in a work order for a new shower knob and then when I would call for an update, the front office would tell me a work order was never put in. There was also never enough parking and you would have to fight for a place to park if you came home late. If parking was full you would have to park super far. But that's with every apartment who don't do assigned parking. There is also no dog park so people's dogs just go to the bathroom anywhere and people don't care to pick up after their pets. There is also no gym. The pool is literally one small circle. ALSO if you live downstairs, you don't even have your own patio. There is a sliding door to go outside, but its literally just piece of concrete on the ground and then everyone can see you. Also when you live downstairs you can hear LOUD foot steps EVERYTIME the upstairs neighbor went up or down the stairs. It is super loud and annoying. Despite all this, overall it was not toooooo bad for it being my first ever apartment but there are better and more affordable places to live with better amenities. I was able to find a better apartment that costs just a little more, that actually has a gym, dog park, 4 pools and I actually have a patio and walls are thick.

Never really had any serious issues. The apartment had bugs when we moved in but it was cleared up within only two to three weeks. Maintenance is extremely responsive, some days they show up within 2 hours of me making a request. I live on the little duck pond, and it is very pretty.

I just moved here a few weeks ago but so far my experience has been great! Everyone in the office is super friendly, especially Laurie. Definitely think I'm going to love living here! Edit: So, the other night I had a "demand for rent payment" letter in my box which freaked me out until I realized it was for another apartment. No big deal, mistakes happen. But I called the office, left a voiemail and heard nothing back. Went in the next day at around 2:30pm and got told "um, the office is closed they just forgot to lock the door". The sign on the door said closed from 3:30 to 4:30 though? I was just trying to help fix their mistake? Hope this isn't a sign of things falling apart, I do like it here...
