    New dipping taco?? Really?? It isn't cool to have to wait for a meal to be made and wait at the board to order. I guess I ordered the same thing, but wow. I don't think this is how it's supposed to be made. I wait 6mins in the drive thru for this????? And I also asked for sauce and didn't get it, they also left out my bag of chips and they can't read a TV sign that says no sour cream. This location isn't what it used to be. I have a feeling it could be shut down because of the service and how empty the lines were on rush hour on a weekday. Isn't looking good for this store.

    The person who is the manager is extremely racist, he yelled at me and ran me out of the store, she said that it was already closed, but the door was still open. There was no need to yell at me, she just had to tell me that I had to use the drive thru Note: It's a woman with dyed purple hair. Horrible service !!!!

    The night shift manager working last night, 7/21/23 is so freaking rude and condescending for no reason. I asked for more sauce and got yelled at not to mention she was yelling at people who were trying to order because their microphone box was turned sideways and people were trying to be heard because the staff could not hear people talking!!! So she assumes they are yelling to be rude and starts yelling at people and refusing service. I will never come back to this Taco Bell again as long as she’s allowed to work there. Someone else needs to be the night manager if that location. Simeon more customer oriented, customer focuses, and someone who is actually kind and nice to customer. If I could give this zero stars I would.

    So basically sat in line for 5 minutes cause it's busy. No issue with that. Just to get to the menu in drive thru to order, to be told oh sorry we are closing early, would you like to go to one of our sister locations....... Like your sister locations are near here and your closing 3 hours early then your posted closing time. Super annoyed and will not return to this location.

    I ordered breakfast Crunchwrap’s at 10:30am on the app for pickup in store. When I arrived the employee there said that the manager made them stop making breakfast at 10:40. They would not make my food, give me a refund, or make non breakfast items to replace the items I ordered. The manager would not come from the back of the kitchen to talk or offer any solutions. I just want a refund for the food I did not receive.

    Basically, I placed a mobile order for two burritos. I received them at the window and I went to go park to look at them because Taco Bell always screws up my order. The burritos were a totally different type of burrito with different ingredients. Ok. So they make them again. Hand them to me at the window. They’re wrong again. They make them again but have me pull forward. They’re the right type of burrito this time, but the wrong meat. I come back to the window and then they make them again and process a refund for me. Then they’re finally correct. However I hear in the background, the workers complaining “She’s back?!” Like yeah I’m back. I hadn’t eaten in 10 hours and I had to deal with nearly 40 minutes of straight screw ups. I didn’t receive napkins, a fork nor my sauce either. At my own job I bag internet and mobile orders all day and I have only screwed up two orders within the two years I’ve been there. This was unbelievable to me. The only reason why the burritos were correct the fourth (or fifth?) time was because the manager made them. Edit: Refund that took place actually took even more money off my card ($13) and I only actually got a refund when I went in there today at 3pm and received cash. Wow

    The food was nice and fresh! Last time I visited it was pretty warm in the store but hopefully now that the weather is nicer it won’t be too bad! Also their cheapest combo meal lost an item from the combo, but that is always nation wide.
