The wait was really really long I'm not sure why, there where no customers really waiting. It could be call in orders I'm not sure but the wait definitely would make the drive to another location worth it. Let me explain, it wasnt so much the 45 min wait for 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage pizza it's the things that occur while waiting there were almost 5 car accidents in the parking lot, a bunch of homeless people walking around some of which came in and tried to rob the place while I was waiting. Driving to another location would be a great idea😬😬😬😱 but on a good side they gave me free bread sticks for the wait.🤫🤫🤫

I ordered 4 simple pizzas for the family. I received four EXTREMELY THIN PIZZAS, which weren't even cut completely and with them being so thin, the pizza just went to shreds!!! I called back to inquire why the cheese pizza was burnt and the crust so thin on each pizza. The response I got was long drawn out sighs and sounds of irritation as the manager "Mark" kept putting the phone down while I was speaking. When I was in the facility he seemed very biased and exhibiting a power trip upon the African American employees who then left. I was not able to get a refund, as Mark stated they "aren't allowed to issue refunds" nor was my order replaced or even accommodated concerning this issue. I will be calling corporate in the morning as I sat on hold for 15 minutes of him banging pots around, to even get corporates phone number!!!

If it had negative ratings this location would always get negative 🐁 ngs. We order from the app everytime. We wait until it says it is in the portal for pickup and it never is. Today my other half ordered and I was sitting in front of the portal and when it said it was the in the portal for pickup it never was. They hadn't even started making our 3 pizzas.

Don't order here. I watched them pull an order out of the Pizza Portal Pickup device where my order was supposed to be, to give to somebody that didn't have a pizza in their assigned slot, so somebody got the wrong pizzas, and then they had to make mine from scratch. I also witnessed them have to correct an order in the Pizza Portal because they mixed it up for somebody else. I gave them 3 months to try and improve their service and somehow it got worse. They didn't have my pizza ready so I had to wait. 20 minutes after I let them know I was waiting they tossed it in the delivery box and then gave me an attitude because it was "already in the box."

I order from here SOLELY!!! I’ve watched countless times where 2 employees run this store & customers will be so disrespectful. They remain to be professional & serve the customer with great products. I’ve never been let down by the staff here. Kudos to the staff here doing a dang good job, even in the heat. Proud of y’all! 😊💕

I had the most pleasant experience while ordering here which is not the norm for this retail chain. The hot and ready were stocked, staff was friendly and actually smiled. They took care of my questions while helping me choose a meal and slinging pizzas. My new favorite location.

Was coming in to order some stuff for game day around 1:15. 3 employees was standing outside smoking cigarettes and pot, it was so strong I could smell it in my car. My husband got out and walked their way they didn’t even acknowledge him. Just kept about their conversation and smoking. He decided to go into Wing Stop instead.

Although Ive never had any issues before, but this particular time I was there a couple of hours because it was 4th of July, and for some reason they were only taking orders online. I had to set up an account and order online, then as I waited and waited , and waited I checked online and noticed somehow my order had been canceled and I had to re order .. after that, everything was fine .
