Ughh this location makes me so mad, but it's right around the corner from home. It's the fact I pay for a chicken strip meal but looks like I got dino nuggets from Walmart frozen section. They were paper thin and dry! You would think a person would know better than serving that to someone, especially a paying customer!

First time at this Braum's location. Was not happy with food order. Did not receive full chicken dinner order and was shorted a chicken tender. My coca cola was straight carbonation.

DELICIOUS ICE CREAM! PHENOMENAL ICE CREAM! Problem is, you only have 5 stars showing. I would have given it 10! We go to BRAUMS whenever we see one! The best ICE cream I've ever had!!! Lots of delicious cartons in the freezers I want to get. I LOVE BRAUMS!!!! MY FAVORITE 😍 💓 💛 ❤️ ♥️ 💕 😍!

Morning staff is amazing. Very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was spot on. And, you can't beat the quality dairy (especially when they have a sale).

The young lady who made my order was customer service friendly. Made a mess with hot fudge all over the container and didn't bother to clean it off. The sack was sitting on the counter she refused to put the order in with the rest.

I love Braum’s burgers. Fries are less than average, though crinkle cut. Love their breakfast. Good ice cream variety. I stop by to the market often for a quick staple or two. A couple employees are pretty nice, though most, especially in the drive-thru and mostly at night, are fairly rude. But, they work at Braum’s, which I have, so I understand their plight.

Pretty great food, quick delivery, don't have to wait long. Good service, all respectful and "happy". Atmosphere not so great however.

I’ve seen these reviews for this place in the 1 star rank, and truly they are over exaggerating. This place greeted me with a warm welcome when we walked in and we had someone take our order in less than 4 minutes. The food was spectacular and the place was very clean. They have good communication as well! I would gladly rate this 4.5- 5.0 Communication: 4.0 Food: 5.0 Cleanliness: 4.2 Customer service 4.5

The worst braum's ever. I made my order. When i got it it wasn't what i ordered.When they make a mistake no acknowledgement refused to fix the problem after you have paid for your food. Told me to go somewhere else... "give her a refund" No problem.They should be shut down an the health department should be up in there pronto. Reading is fundamental. Their quality of work doesn't deserve a rating because its garbage..work ethic is not there..and all in question SHOULD BE FIRED!

Just left, workers in the drive thru were kinda rude, burger was just thrown together, chili was cold, and the fries were soggy, only think that was good was our beverages. I’m not sure who’s running the establishment now but it has never been this bad before
