    What a great experience. Definitely felt welcome and did not feel judged. The coaches I worked with were outstanding, they really push you to reach your goals. Major high five to Coach Erin. I spent 5 of the 6 weeks with her and she was amazing. Checking in and recording your meals on messenger really helped as well. Let me tell you, if you screwed up, Jodi was right there to correct you. Thanks to all of you coaches for the welcome, encouragement, and support. You all really gave me the confidence and determination that kept me going. And best of all, I REACHED MY GOAL!!!!!!!

    I joined a 6 Week Challenge and it was amazing. The coaches worked with me based on my current fitness level and yet challenged me throughout to improve with every workout. I would recommend this to anyone regardless of fitness level without hesitation. Be prepared to work hard, follow the recipe and see the results!

    Just finished 7 weeks and this place is awesome! Any fitness level is welcome. The coaches truly care about you as an individual and make you feel welcome and want you to succeed. The workouts are hard, but fun and doable no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Coach Isaac is awesome and pushes you to be your best. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed! They offer meal plans and nutritional coaching as well, which is included in the price. Coach JC (owner) is totally awesome as well and has a great thing going here. Might be the best kept secret in Tulsa! Get in here, workout and make a better you!

    I just completed the 6 week challenge. This place is great! The coaches are very motivating and push you to be your best. The workouts get you in shape and the diet plans help you shed the weight. They have a very good system and it works, I lost almost 29 pounds.

    I came to this gym as a part of the Fit First Responders challenge last year. It is by far the best gym in Tulsa. The coaches will absolutely challenge you to be your best not only in the gym but the other 23 hours of the day. If you’re looking for a positive encouraging place to workout this is where you should go!

    I just completed the 6 week challenge with amazing results. They gave me the meal plan, workouts and accountability I needed. The coaches are top notch and push you to be the best version of yourself! The members are like family and everyone is so supportive! If you haven’t had the opportunity to try this place out, then do so!

    I did a 6 week challenge and it was a positive experience. The atmosphere and the coaches are great. Everyone at the gym is very uplifting and encouraging. I was needing a push towards healthy living and boy did I get one. I have seen tremendous results and I feel awesome! Definitely would recommend going here!!

    Never been to a gym like this before! The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly; the workouts are challenging yet rewarding and the music is the best!!! They’re kid friendly I took my 5yr old and 4mo old to almost every workout. They offer all types of classes from boot camp to strength training. I did the 6 week challenge and lost 26lbs!!! This is an awesome gym! Positive atmosphere and great people!!!

    DSD provides a great workout experience, the coaches are encouraging and so is the community. When I stared the 6 week challenge I thought the hardest part would be the workout, but it turned out to be the nutrition. The 6 week challenge taught me mental and physical discipline, which was something I lacked when it came to fitness. At the end I met my goal and lost 7% body fat, which was a great accomplishment!

    I Recently Finished my 6 Week Challenge. On First day of workout i almost fainted and thought i will not able to finish the challenge ! Coaches Motivated every day and it became my source of energy and inspiration ! finally i could win the challenge . Workouts are great and meal plans work a lot . Would like to thank all coaches and their team for supporting me to transform my body in a great shape !
