    I hate this place. We received a notice to vacate by October 31st with no reason as to why. I just had surgery last week and have two young children. These people are rude and don't care about their tenants. My car has been damaged here at least 5 times within the 2 years I've lived here, we have been falsely accused of not picking up after our dog when we bought specific bags different from those provided to prove we were AND these units aren't even worth paying 1,300 a month for. We have pleaded for maintenance to fix certain things like the a/c unit and it took them over a year to figure out it was leaking. We never had this many problems when Clayton was the property manager. Save yourself the heartache and your wallets on this place.

    Infested with roaches and their pest control does not help. I was moved into an apartment that had food behind the fridge from the last tenant. I complained several times of the issue but unfortunately they don't care about their tenants so it was never resolved.

    Roach infestation is really bad was told they would spray every week. They sprayed for 2 weeks and quit. There’s nothing Worst than going in the kitchen to get a snack at night and seeing roaches everywhere your food is being stored.You can smell the roach odor in the unit.

    They turned us down for an apt. Now they owe us our deposits they took. Your website should not force people to put deposits down along with admin fees. The honest way would have to pre approved us first! We have not received our money back yet it's been a week and no one takes our calls when we contact the office! Still no deposit check money back this company has lied! We went in and ask about just putting the application fees and the office didn't want to take time to do that! We had to put the deposit down as well. Still no check for the deposit back and we are waiting two weeks past the promise of the deposit money back. So next step will be file a complaint with consumer affairs! They're rude and want to keep money that's not Thiers. Update" We applied may 5 2023 As you can see below where the office answered back stating we would get our money back within a couple days! Which has been well over a couple of days! The office in corporate as well as Tulsa kept jerking us around and pushing the date further. So yesterday they said they'll send it out by the 31 of May. I complained again about how sloppy they've handled this situation. By them lying about cutting a check in the first place. Called back this morning, which is the 26th of May and said what about my deposits? They replied they cut a check but I will have to go pick it up. However they gave the wrong directions to the top floor. I was told third floor and it's actually the 8th floor. I feel like we were lucky to get the deposit back in the first place. So I noticed others had gone through the same thing when I stopped and ask where is the floor that I go too in order to receive my money back. These people don't care if they give you your money back or not! If they hadn't of lied about the whole process, I wouldn't have gone through this Such a hassle to deal with and I'm glad we are done!

    If you pay for an apartment with a pool then why is the pool constantly dirty? Especially after the mowers mow! Not only have they intentionally cut two of the plants in pots on my porch!! After they cut the grass instead of blowing it away from the pool they leave it to blow into the pool!! The least they cpuld do is blow it out of the pool area or away from it at least.. everytime i come to the pool its ALWAYS DIRTY. Theres only been once that it actually was clean.

    I have been looking for an apartment for several months, when I found Cedar Glade. I have a very nice one bedroom apartment with the largest kitchen I have ever seen in a one bedroom! The whole layout of my apartment makes it seem much larger than 725 feet. Nice appliances and lots of drawers and a nice size pantry. The bathroom is nice sized with a linen pantry and several drawers. Washer and dryer hook ups behind folding closet doors between hall bedroom and bathroom. Large walk in closet with shelves and cubby holes. My favorite part besides kitchen is the enclosed porch with a very large storage room and a ceiling fan. It is very quiet here except for kids playing but hey, they are KIDS, and I feel safe here. Pet friendly with waste stations providing you with bags and trash can for your pets messes. Summer is the leasing agent that I had the pleasure of working with. She made my move in very quick and easy. She was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend CedarGlade as your next home!

    Moved in September 11 and just found a rat in my kitchen definitely infested with roaches you even constantly see them while your outside but this!? A freaking rat. It only makes sense know bc 2 days ago i randomly got sick to my stomach to were i was throwing up

    The 3 years we've lived here, we've been dealing with the same loud neighbor. Videogames, music, etc....Turned aaallllll the way up. 5 oclock in the morning! 11 oclock at night! It doesn't matter the time of day. Feels like there's been hundreds of Courtesy Patrol calls, recordings, emails and talks with management....for 3 years! But the ahole behavior continues...

    I can say maintenance was very good at coming and fixing things. It’s the management, first I was accused of “having a dog and not picking up after it” and I literally would pet sit my sister dog every other month on the weekends. I called and talk to someone in the office and explained , she said “okay rather your dog or not it needs to go a leash “. A couple weeks later I received a letter on my door with an eviction warning saying no animals without no deposit or no dog sitting. The letter wasn’t the problem it’s when i called the office that day the incident happened the lady never told me i couldn’t dog sit.. why wait 2 weeks after i spoke with someone? Then the last month I lived there I went thru a protection order with my ex, and then I got sick and was in the hospital for 3 days, which cuz me to loose hours at work . I called the leasing office once again and told them I’m going to be late on rent I’m trying to get some help to pay it. Her response was “it’s okay we understand life happens “ Fast forward they tried to evict me once again. I called the office and spoke to “Brittany “ i told her why are you trying to evict me when I’m trying to get help? She says “you’re always late, if you don’t have last month rent and this month rent you might as well move. Restore hope can’t help you it’s too late. People like you is the reason why we don’t have jobs”. Mind you yeah i would pay rent late SOMETIMES but it would always be way before the 10th ! suggest to not move here the people in the office tells you one thing and then turn around and put letters on your door. Very rude , they don’t care about their tenants they just want money

    Lived here for almost 15 and a half years. There have been some issues with some things, but all in all. It is a good place to live. I have found in defense of the management they have always tried to make this place a place to call home. Not their problem if some of the former office people have not reported certain issues to let the maintenance guys know what was wrong so that they can fix it for you. The manager we have now; Miss Johnson has done a fantastic job of fixing up the place. And yes it might take some time to get some things done, but that is not her or the other managements fault. That is Cases fault. They put them on a budget and anyone who has ever been on a budget knows that you only have a certain amount to work with every year. We have problems just like every other property out there. Kids misbehaving, people leaving trash out, etc. But as I said it is a good place to live.
