I love this bar and it has quickly turned into my favorite bar in Tulsa with some of the best bands in Tulsa (and the region) playing nightly. Great vibe and great drinks....

Extremely disappointed with this venue canceling the Tennessee Jet Christmas show because of a song. I will not support any venue that attempts to censor an artist. Venues should be worried about selling tickets and serving drinks. I will not support a venue forcing their beliefs on the patrons. It's absolutely not your place to assume, judge or make decisions for me or anyone else. I will never step foot in this place again. Tennessee Jet is an amazing person that has brought so much love and support to this town, venue and fan base. The owners should be ashamed.

Cool chill vibes. Paid a $10 cash cover for a good band. We had frozen Vegas bombs. Friendly folks there. It was easy to find people to play a game of pool with.

Wow, was I shocked when I showed up to this venue for my first Tennessee Jet concert the other night. I absolutely loved the intimate feel of the venue and the eclectic decor it had inside. The sound system for the band and artist was absolutely spot on and at no time was it ever distorted or hard to hear. The small bar was hoping and they had 3 bartenders who definitely knew what they were doing and kept everyone happy with short wait times. I was impressed with their sign language skills to the guests when the artist or band was playing. I am so amazed that this awesome venue is in Tulsa and that we have access to such great bands and artists like Tennessee Jet! I can’t wait to see more shows in this great place!

Unlike some of the negative reviewers, I live in Tulsa and visit Mercury Lounge as often as possible. It is an amazing venue run by people who actually care about their patrons. Highly recommend to anyone who loves live music, a diverse and safe environment and a damn fine drink.

Used to be a great place for singer/songwriters to be able express themselves. Lately it has went down hill. They only allow artists that agree with their political ideology. If not, they will cancel the show. Plus, even when it was a great place for music, the restrooms were worse than outhouses.

Such an amazing neighborhood bar! There's a small stage for live performances. Staff is awesome. Tables outside in a little patio area. Great selection of beers and drinks. No bigots welcome. Can't praise the place enough!

I visited a few weeks ago and it is an intimate venue with excellent sound for smaller musical acts. We reserved a table by the window and there were no complaints. Great bar and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

The Mercury Lounge is a self proclaimed "dive bar" most of the time, but also hosts music acts. This review is for the music venue role. The good; they bring in a wide range of excellent touring musicians in a wide variety of genres. The sound system is up to par, and the stage area has good lighting. The venue is small, so you don't have to fight your way through huge lines (I've heard 80 is the capacity, FWIW). The bad; the bar is directly in the middle of the venue, so either you are right up front, or you are in back with an obstructed view of the stage...if you want a good view, get there early. It really is an old service station with minimal amenities. The bathrooms look to be a carryover from those days... Things to know; there is minimal seating at the bar and along the walls, so if you need to sit, again, get there early. Parking for the venue is primarily on the street; we didn't have any issues for a Wednesday show, but if the other nearby venue had a show/it was on a weekend, you might be looking at walking a little ways. I love that they bring in great music; not as big a fan of the layout of the venue and the dive bar atmosphere, but for me, it's an acceptable trade off.

This was a great place! The bartender put a lime in my sprite and that was really awesome! I came for the band and didn't mind the $15 door charge. Seating around the stage was sparce but I enjoyed the patio view of the stage! Very cool place.

The Mercury Lounge is a Tulsa staple! Always has various unique live bands. Always has a unique variety of people to talk to and make friends with. The staff is all kind and courteous! Judah is a top notch bar keep and man of knowledge and wisdom! Have you been to The Mercury Lounge?? No??? Well what are you waiting for go there!!! Feels like coming home! The Merc isn't for everyone, but EVERYONE is welcome at The Merc. I've always felt incredibly safe at this bar because they don't tolerate anything less. I love the community here and the music is always top notch. Thanks for making a newbie feel like a local!

Inclusive and welcoming dive bar with some of the greatest music in town. Our favorite is happy Hour with Cassie Latshaw Fridays and Blue grass brunch on Sundays. LGBTQIA affirming joint with a pretty great tack truck out back.

Stopped by from out of town and this place was amazing! Great music and good prices on drinks. Absolutely worth the trip back or checking out for the first time.

Awesome hangout spot. Always great live music from smaller/local bands and all kinds of traveling acts that aren't quite popular enough yet for the big venues. Smokers and bikers are welcome here. The large open garage doors keep things airy so smoke is never an issue. Love the taxidermy collection.

Been hanging here for well over a decade. Good shows, good folks and I appreciate the staff working hard to make it a place jerks don't wanna frequent. Only suggestions - fix the dang picnic tables that tip over with 2 skinny people on one side, and maybe some more shade before next summer :D

Disgusting bar and disturbing experience. Male bartender (late 30s) is completely disrespectful, creepy, and miserable. Honestly this was the worst experience of my life. Bathroom was REVOLTING! Urine everywhere. I was sliding around on it and my shoes were ruined. Smeared feces and throw up was also on the toilet seat. Honestly this place is so gross please go elsewhere. YUCK!

Love every detail of this place from the fireplace to the roof, with the walls adorned from bands and fans. Music lovers, make this a stop, you will not be disappointed. If you'd prefer to chat with friends, try the front, back or side patio, complete with heaters and seating available. Give their frozen Vegas Bomb a try, or keep it classic with a beer + shot, just remember NO BUDWEISER PRODUCTS 💚

We've always had a blast here but it's been awhile. Tonight, we were charged $20 apiece for a cover charge because Grant Gilbert played. They played about an hour and left. Nobody else we talked to paid a $20 cover charge and somebody left puke in the urinal lol

Great place to hear live music. The bar is grungy but that's what makes it a great bar.

Great vibe inside. As someone from out of town the amount of smoking was surprising. The outdoor areas were nice but there was too much smoking and the inside areas weren't much better since all of the smoke came in through the open windows. Will be back to see if that's the norm or just the day we went

Unless you’re a biker or hipster you’ll likely not even get served. Rude staff and patrons, I was not even acknowledged and other people were getting taken care of that hadn’t even waiting, never got served a drink or asked if I wanted anything.

Yeah the “bartender” here straight up told me he wouldn’t make my drink even though they had everything on hand so I just left. Sure other bartenders here are cool but just be prepared for this guy to shut you down.

Great place to hang out and catch some live music. The patio is a nice spot as well...and perfect that you can still get full sound.
