Felt very unsafe here. Outlet by sink was hanging outside the wall and had exposed wires. Breakfast was not served. Did not think my car would still be there when I woke up.

there were holes in the walls, no plate in the microwave, no remote for the tv (and the channel button on the tv was control blocked), and a bag over the smoke detector. It's in a rough area of town. The staff was very friendly, and the beds were comfortable enough, and no bed bugs. Would be one star but they were out of the room we booked and upgraded no charge, so they definitely deserve credit for that.

Night desk clerk was extremely rude and condescending about smoke smell left in a smoking room and refused my deposit return. I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to return and talk to a manager. He purposely went out of his way to make things difficult for me because he didn't like to be bothered at 5am when I had to leave.

Do you even care about your hotel, property or patrons? This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had staying at a hotel. The hotel was dirty. The hotel parking was horrible. The hotel management acted like they could care less about anything. The hotel room - light switch next to door was not securely fastened to the wall. The hotel room - had no clock, lamp, coffee pot, ironing board, iron, desk chair, reading chair. The hotel room - smelled of Clorox. The hotel bathroom - light switch was missing the pot for the heat lamp heater. The hotel bathroom - ceiling paint was falling down, all scraped up, just nasty. Overnight - other hotel guest caused all night ruckus - walls banged on, yelling, loud music. From 11pm until past 4 am. Hotel management did nothing to stop it. HORRIBLE STAY. WILL NOT GO BACK NOR WILL I (AND MY PARTY) RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

It was a bed for a night when flight diverted from Dallas. Room had marks on mirrors, hairs hanging around shower etc. Debris on floor. Started my morning by stepping in shower and getting a chunk of glass wedged into the bottom of my foot. Sheets were clean and bed was the firmness I needed. There's the one good thing.

Had the absolute worst experience here. They wasted our time, left us hanging in need of a place to stay, and were insanely rude from the start. We had booked the room late in the evening in need of a last-minute stay. Most hotels in my experience only require the ID of the person booking which we had, but when we arrived the front desk lady (who was extremely rude from the start), demanded the IDs of everyone staying in the room, and my friend who was with me had left her ID at home. Despite the fact, we had already paid for the room, tried to show photos of her ID and Passport, and even provided a physical college ID she wouldn't accept anything and refused to let us stay.

The place was disgusting. The pool was gross it had stuff floating all in it the staff didn't even bother clean it out for people can use it. My bathroom tub had dried piss in it so I couldn't even use it. The floor had hair all over it the blankets were all stained and you couldn't even use the mini fridge. Not even that all night long I kept getting knocks on my door from hookers, do not go there.

Blood on the sheets. Body fluid stains on chairs. Dead bugs smashed to a wall. Filthy shower/bathroom. Caved in ceiling from moisture and black mold. Glad I was only here for one night. I wish I could share pics in this review 🤢🤮

Floor was dirty, nothing worked, refrigerator, tv, ... Bedspreads had lots of burn holes in them. Sink cracked, burn marks on toilet seat, no cover on electrical outlet. No breakfast. We stayed there 9 yrs ago and it was a nice place to stay, definitely not the same condition as before. Heard gunshot during the night and people being loud. Trash in the parking lot....

The room plumbing is adequate; the water pressure is good enough and the water gets hot enough, quickly enough. The electrics are wholly inadequate. The lighting consists of a single recessed canister -- not even a lamp in the room -- and the switch for it, by the door, also turns off the only plug on that side of the room. So if you're counting on charging a battery overnight, find another place. The housekeeping is substandard, too: the floor is gritty, the towels are threadbare, and there's no soap or shampoo in the room. Only the bed linens are acceptable. Finally, the door lock is temperamental but opens eventually, though the deadbolt is out of line with the frame and won't be shot. As for location, it's quiet enough at night but during the day the noise from the adjacent freeway is distracting.

It worked when there wasnt much to choose from. Last minute, smoking, affordable, and had the dogs. If I had more options this would not be the 1st choice. Wasn't Feels a bit wasn't clean either. Missing Little things like garbage can, Parked to the door lock, air conditioner covers one room there was a scissors Jack for a car holding up the air conditioner., But it worked.

If you want to stay at a hotel and not get any sleep, this is the place for you!!! At 120 am, I finally had enough of what could only be explained by renovation work above me. I went to the office, and the guy said the noise should settle down. Not even a sorry

The staff was great and helpful. The location is not ideal at all except it’s right off the interstate. Parking was not ideal for a Uhaul truck. The way the motel is situated is not convenient at all for parking. Our room built up condensation over night and our entire room floor was wet when we woke up.

This hotel is severely lacking, to say the least. Not only was it broke down, they kept increasing the price every night and wanted 130$ PER NIGHT on weekends, when clearly this place isn’t worth that. My suggestion to customers reading this, there’s a few hotels 15 minutes north east of here that will charge the same price that are far better quality than this. It’s worth the extra 15 minute drive.

Stopped on the way to our Texas property for a place to sleep. Paid with points so room was free. When I arrived there were two transients (homeless people) walking down the street. At checkin, I was asked if I was told there was a room deposit. I said no, and she said they wouldn’t worry about it. They did charge a $10 pet fee. The room had what appeared to be newer floor. The chair in the room had a large stain on it all over the cushion. The toilet seat was loose, and I couldn’t tighten it. Bad had two very flat pillows, and bedding appeared clean but not verify white. Could not get the hot water to hot.

For a little over $330 for 3 nights, for my family and pets. The beds were nasty, the floor was sticky, the shelf was falling down, and the microwave looked like something had been eating it. This was the worst room I have ever seen in my life. Wasn't in there for 10 minutes and packed everyone back up and got my money back. Only good thing is they gave me our money back and apologized. But definitely would choose to just sleep in my truck than to ever stay there.

The room was smelly like a dog kennel. Not easy to adjust shower flow and temperature.

Absolutely the nasties hotel by far that I have stayed in. Spoke to the manager they didn't really care. I do not recommend anybody staying at this hotel ever for any reason

This experience was the absolute worse. The room was unclean and the dust was unbearable. I couldn't even finish my stay. I checked out within the hour. I was promised a refund of both the deposit and the cost of the room. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I waited 2 days to see if I would get refunded as promised. The management stated they don't give refunds. When I told them why I expected a refund and about experience they informed me that they fired the cleaning lady. The bed sheets were stained and uncleaned. The towels I received looked as if they hadn't been cleaned. The floor hadn't been cleaned.The walls looked as if someone had digged in there nose and whipped the residue on it. This place isn't healthy and isn't fit for accommodating anyone or thing. Unbelievable that the heath department allows it to stay open.

Megan at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful during check in. Very patient and accommodating to us and our service dog! She also gave me a list of cool places to visit since it was my first time visiting !!

I was charged 2 $30 deposits. Was told I would get both back when I checked out. Front desk then proceed to tell me no I would only receive one deposit back & still haven't received after 2 days after check out. House keeping was terrible. Woke up to drilling in the next room at 6am.. terrible communication between shifts. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED NOR WOULD I COME BACK.
