I just got off the phone with them, and it was interesting. I'm not sure what kind of service people are used to getting, but they won't get it from this place. The man I talked with seemed completely uninterested in his job or in providing any type of good customer service. He seemed "BORED." If I ever have to get a motel/hotel room, I definitely WON'T choose this place.

This place is dirty, and the beds are filthy, it smells horrible, and you don't even want to sleep here. I had to go buy my own toilet paper, and buy some cleaner so I can clean the room so that I could feel comfortable enough to stay here.

This place could have been way cleaner was not satisfied with the cleanliness and the sanitation of the overall experience. They need to work extremely hard on cleaning this place changing blankets and all the linen given out clean towels would be a plus!

I stayed at Best budget inn for the last 4 months. There was a few roaches but no bed bugs. They are the cheapest around.
