First off, the hotel was quiet and the decor was nice, bed was comfortable had clean towels room was a nice size looked like a apartment. Is local to everything within driving distance . Have fresh coffee every morning and they are very accommodating .

We arrived at 7.15 pm to find the front desk person had given away our room! There was a gun show on in town and they were busy as were all the other hotels in the area. We had requested a delux junior suite NO SMOKING, of which we had proof. She said they only had one room left a smoking jacuzzi suite(we found out the following morning they no longer let this because of its condition). It was disgusting, really smelly, cigarette burns in the bathroom, on the dirty carpet, and the jacuzzi was actually in the bedroom not the bathroom, it had cigarette burns all over it and was disgusting. The bed cover had something stuck to it. When we complained she offered us an air sprayer. We couldn’t get a room anywhere else and we were up early, and away, after listing our complaints with the morning front desk (Amber) who was appalled we’d been given this room. We booked through Booking.com and will be asking for a refund. If I could have given no stars I would have.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BED BUGS!!! My partner and I decided to book this hotel for 3 days for the rocklahoma festival, which was a complete mistake. We now regret not camping which would’ve been a safer option at this point. We noticed when packing up there was a bug crawling on our pillow, upon further examination we discovered it was a bed bug. We pulled our sheets off the bed to reveal more hiding away which was even more disgusting, then checking our personal belongings such as clothing and blankets we noticed they were crawling around on those as well. My partner went down to the front desk with said pillow we first found the bug crawling on and he told her “people bring the bugs , we shut down the room and clean it.” Which is completely wrong, if you have an infestation of bed bugs you have to shut down your ENTIRE HOTEL. We wanted our money back because now we’re faced with the expenses of making sure we don’t take this home, but we were refused by the man at the front desk. We had plans for our last day in Tulsa and now they’re being spent at a laundromat drenching our clothes in 99% alcohol and bed bug spray so we don’t take these home. Not to mention the interior of my partners car is ruined from how much spray we had to use to insure we wouldn’t be transporting these bugs home as well. I’ve thrown away a purse, shoes, and so many other items as well and the Oyo townhouse here in Tulsa does not care what so ever. They took no accountability for their hotels bug infestation as well as accommodating us for this inconvenience. So unless you want to come on vacation to lose everything you brought and feel completely disgusting because of being eaten by bugs, don’t stay here !!!

The staff was rude. The room was poorly furnished. The carpeting looked like it might cause seizures. At booking I was told a price if I decided to stay another night, but when I opted for that night they charged me $20 extra.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. There was no AC in the front lobby so it was sweltering while we waited to be allowed to check in. We drove for over 9 hours and just wanted to sit down. We were told we’d get an early check in fee. After waiting in the horrible conditions in the lobby, we just asked to check in. We were charged a 10 dollar fee to check in less than an hour early. On the website it says if you check in less than an hour early you don’t get charged a fee. I wish I could attach the pictures I took. Holes in the walls, furniture, sheets, everything. Stains on everything. I took pictures of everything and sent them to corporate. I was told since I did not complain to the property manager and “completed my stay” (meaning I didn’t check out of this disgusting place early and get charged a fee), I would not be receiving a refund. I will never come back to any OYO property ever again. Disgusting place.

Ive stayed here several times and my overall stay I cant complain at all, but the bed was HORRIBLE! Very uncomfortable and my husband ended up sleeping in the chair. We had a smoking room so Im sure its a popular room but that bed needs to GO!!!

The facility was clean and quiet and the staff were friendly. Front desk was helpful and genuinely interested in my comfort. I was very pleased with my stay. If you go, one of the best restaurants is just next door: The Silver Skillet: fabulous!

Large rooms- clean. Unique boutique hotel- love the atrium. There for an extended stay. The kitchenette in the room was really handy as was the on-site washer-dryer. Staff very nice and took good care of us.

The lady at night was amazing. The day crew the owners were awful. I got a call at 3:15 am from a person asking for somebody that stayed there previously. The owner connected the call to my room. Couldn't go back to sleep. Asked for a late checkout told I would have to pay. Would not stay here again.

My room was clean and well maintained. The room was very spacious and had a fridge, microwave, desk, ceiling fan, etc. The structure/ facility of the room was not in excellent condition. My water faucets were difficult to turn on and sprayed water at odd angles (rather than a normal & straight line of water). There was no fan in the bathroom. There were stains on the light shades, furniture, and sheets (looked like a spill of something such as paint - nothing weird). However, none of this prevented me from the purpose of my stay: a place to sleep and shower. Definitely not the nicest, but it was functional and served the purpose. There was ice & vending on the first floor. The interior was neat with the trees and plants inside. The front desk staff was extremely nice & helpful. The facility had cameras visible and made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The budget was just right and met my expectations at that price point. Overall it’s not too bad.

What a great option!! Right around the corner from my aunt’s condo and centrally located for dining and shopping. It’s an older, refurbished hotel and no frills. But the rooms are large and comfortable and the rate is quite affordable. The desk hospitality was very positive. I went back for a second unplanned night! Let me know what you think of the courtyard. I felt like I was in New Orléans!

These guys are horrible. I DO NOT recommend using them at all!! They do not Abide by their policy, They like to interrupt you and do not like to let you talk, They are very rude, and they like to scream and holler at you if they don't like what you have to say. I tried booking a room and I checked in and I paid them Plus the deposit fee. I had to leave to go to the store did not even enter the Room I left right after I paid. I then got a phone call that my Grandma was in the hospital so I had to rush up there and was with her for hours. I contacted them and informed them What was going on and that? I did not enter the room and I had not been there that I needed to cancel it. They would not refund Me any of my money and told me I could get out. I seriously do not recommend these guys at all. Very, very bad hospitality.

Such a great place for the price! The staff was so friendly, the room was huge and spacious! The bed was so comfy and the foyer full of huge plants made my heart so happy! I loved waking up to them!

Boarded up rooms and broken interior windows that have not been fixed/lots of maintenance issues. Examples, non smoking room had filthy sink and counter top and cigarette burn marks. Bathroom door looks like it was off a house with the lock still included. No bottoms in the drains, tub looks nasty. Walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors so they should place people further apart for that reason but don't. I checked for bed bugs (I am licensed) no bed bugs was the best part of the stay. But the floor at the head of the bed looks like it has not been cleaned since the place was opened. I will not stay here again, ever!! I left in the middle of the night on Saturday because I could not get quiet sleep or feel clean or respected so there was no point. I drove 8 hrs home with no sleep. The Person at the desk coming in was rude and the one going out was rude. At least they are consistent. Last time my stay was at the Ramada, it was maybe 20.00 more but way worth it vs this hole in the wall from hell.

I wouldn't even leave 1 star for these people. I booked through priceline and I had a coupon. So I received My room for 9 dollars cheaper than the hotel rate. They wouldnt accept my booking and told me my confirmation number was fake. Worst customer service I even seen in my life

Absolutely everything, positive energy with all the lovely garden in lobby. Upon check in , greeted graciously, truly welcoming . I travel visiting family in this country. My room , excellent, quiet and spacious . I am so fortunate to have found this brilliant hotel, staying here whenever I visit Tulsa. Thank You so very much

The lady at the front desk was AMAZING!!! Made it feel like I was staying with family and genuinely seemed to care about my well being. Gave great advice on places to see and visit while I was in town. I am very upset with myself that I do not remember her name! She was that awesome!

Dont do it! ID GIVE ZERO STARS if possible. Rudest, most power tripping desk lady apparently has authority to kick you out for nothing. I don't owe them any money but her and the owners nephew came and knocked on my door asking when I'll be paying for tomorrow night and future nights. When I disagreed with her about what I've been paying nightly which had been $70 except for the new years holiday weekend it was $78 she kicked me out. Why they are knocking on my door today when I'm paid through the night I don't know but.... you can do better. And it's outdated the towels are sandpaper. The housekeepers are amazing though they get 10☆

Very bad. Room and bedding dirty. A draft blew through our French doors that opened up to the run down pool that had just enough water in it to float some trash. Suite with a recliner only, ripped. Also pillow shortage. Will not go back. Do not recommend.

It was ok. Clean room comfy bed. The staff was a bit nosey which ended up annoying the helll out of me! I will be back to stay in the future.

Wish I could give them negative stars. The lady at the front desk was way rude. She lucky I didn’t punch her in her mouth. I checked in and 5 minutes later she ask me to leave because I failed to mention one of the people staying in my room was a female

I traveled from Dallas TX to visit my family. We stayed at this hotel which will never happen again. The staff treated us like outsiders or homeless poor people. We were accused of having visitors in our room illegally. As if we were doing drugs or running an illegal business. I've never been profiled and treated this way at an establishment where I spent money for a stay. The room was a bit outdated, bathroom door was not hinged properly on wall, carpet had burns in it. The staff treated my family and I as if we weren't guest in their hotel. Never again will I stay at this location.

Awful hotel!! I’ve Never had such an awful stay somewhere and I travel a lot & I’ve also never personally ran into BED BUGS personally until I stayed here!! Nasty , my towels they provided were still dirty from whoever used them last and I lost a lot of personal items due to finding the BED BUGS. I even took pictures and showed them and brought one of the bugs down on my pillow case ! The manager was NOT concerned at ALL. Sounded normal for them bc it happens “when people bring them sometimes” WHEN I ASKED FOR A RENFUND NOT EVEN A FULL RENFUND JUST SOMETHING HE REFUSED !! This is and Absolutely awful experience ! I’m a house keeper so I went to strip my beds for the housekeepers and that is when I found them crawling!

This hotel has been remodeled and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The owner is very friendly, Sunny does an awesome job on taking care of us. This is why I continue to use this hotel.

Excellent front desk help and customer service. I'm pretty sure they get alot of Priceline and hotwire people complaining about the hotel. It is old the rooms are very dated. I never saw any bugs of any sort my whole stay. Front desk is always very nice and answered the phone day or night. If anything they coukd use a security guard to get the noise level down in some of the rooms. For the price it's a very good hotel.

Im amazed at these Karen reviews. This is by far the lowest priced and nicest hotel in Tulsa hands down!. All brand new carpet, the staff is so sweet and always asks about my son if hes not with me. The young daughter of the owners has been really rude to me before but she never there so i always come back and stay here almost every weekend. As for the dispensary smell the lady talked about, thats a complete lie. Using your logic, the hotel should also smell of dogs, hair, and food as well because there is a vet and a couple restaurants near by. Karen!!! My room is always nice and clean and smells like new carpet. Please do not read into some of these comments. Its just grown adults acting like children. This hotel is awesome, not to mention the location as well. Right in the heart of Tulsa. The deposit is 60 as well, which is terribly low considering the flat-screen in the room is about 300. Ive spoken with the owner a couple times as well and he is lovely! We talked about his trip to see his family and he is just a good dude. Love this place!!

Was a bit more rundown than I was expecting based on reviews. Good news is I didnt find any bedbugs inspecting the mattresses but saw enough stains on those that I didnt want to look very long. Upon leaving got onto elevator with someone else checking out who asked “so how were your lovely accommodations?” and we both started laughing. He said well at least there werent any gunshots so theres that.

I Booked This Hotel for 10 Days. When I Checked In It Seemed Nice, but at Night is When All the Roaches Would Come Out. Also, the Bedsheets Were Stained and There Was Plenty of Drama Going On Outside the Other Rooms. I Left Early and Was Refused a Refund for the Remaining Days. I Escalated the Concern and Was Denied, Denied, Denied. I Am So Disappointed in This Hotel!!!

The hotel and rooms could really use a good makeover and update. Other than that it was okay. I believe I paid a little more than it was worth it. Plus I could smell pot smoke when I left my room.

  • 2/5 Lone T. 2 years ago on Google
Internet didn’t work - room lights didn’t work (They had to get extension cords just to plug in the lights). Room missing furniture. Definitely NOT worth the price. I’m curious as to how you can advertise, rent and charge a rate for a room that doesn’t exist? It’s false advertising and theft - but also, par for course for Oyo properties. Never again.

  • 3/5 Tim A. 2 years ago on Google
The hotel smelled of marijuana because it is located next to a dispensary. The rooms were a nice size with a desk, mini fridge, microwave, and a recliner. However, the room smelled musty. We went to Wal-Mart and bought some air freshener for the room. We stayed there for a night because my youngest son had surgery the next morning at a hospital near the hotel.
