Horrible. Ive been to hundreds of hotels . Never stayed at a worse place ever. Roaches -infested. Bed wasnt made when we arrived close to midnight. Towels and washcloths stained. No luggage cart. If it wasnt so late with no refund we never would hv stayed but we had been driving for like 13 hours. I had to spray bugs for an hour and a half before i would go to sleep finally. A nightmare. The health dept needs to inspect and it would be shut down.

This hotel is a lousy place to stay. I booked this hotel through Expedia. I arrived to check in yesterday, only to find there were homeless people in the parking lot, crackheads tweaking in the lobby, and suspicious individuals lurking around looking at vehicles. I don’t recommended this place to anybody. If I could give it -5 stars I would

Don't stay here at any price. It's just gross beyond belief. The smell will make make you vomit. Nothing works. The elevator doesn't work, all ice machines are broken. The furniture is broken. The lobby bathrooms are out of order. The TV didn't work. There was no WiFi. This place shouldn't even be open for business. The first room they assigned us was on the 3rd floor, no working elevator, and was already occupied. The second room was on the second floor and was discussing. The smell is just horrendous.

Not even up to par with a cheap hotel. Came in and the bathroom is filthy and the management has no customer service skills whatsoever. I called at 12 am to get a room for the day on Saturday and he told me to schedule it online so I did, I came in at 2 am to check in everything went fine, he didn't mention anything about having to leave 9 hours later at 11 am. The next manager comes banging on our door at 10 am and when I tell him that I'm coming because I'm getting dressed still he continues banging on the door after multiple times of telling him to hold on. He does not care what any customer has to say nor did ANYONE inform me that I would have to just leave 9 hours after I paid. The night person saw my email, looked through all my confirmation and did not mention once that I would have to leave at 11 am. Horrible customer service for a below average motel.

Well we got there at 4am $60 no deposit. It waz a dbl king room smoking. I can say tha beds were sooooooo comfortable. With that being said when we opened tha room door roaches were scattering about. It waz hot as hell in there cuz they dont keep the air on in unoccupied rooms. They do howeva hv microwave nd refrigerator. They also rent tha rooms out for $300/wk or $900/month. No ice machine. Which sux azz BIG TIME!!!! They do hv coffee nd a cpl vending machines in the lobby. Staff waz nice. But our toilet over flowed with contents. As soon as i called to let them know sumone was rite up there turnin off tha water to tha toilet. He cleaned nd shop vacuumed the floor. BUT the toilet NEVER got fixed!!!!!! I know i called them at least 3 or 4 times to check if they were still going to fix it but they never did. Ohhh nd tha guy who answered my call said that tha worker came back to fix it but we werent there or didnt answer the door. Wth???? We never left. So I believe tha dude was either confused on wat room we were in or he was jus bein lazy nd didn’t wanna fix it. We were gonna do it ourselves we had asked for a plunger before it overflowed. So needless to say we didn’t get it fixed while we were there. But ill still revisit. Im jus gonna bring bug spray nd stay on their necks if anything happens again.

We didn’t stay in this hotel we had an event that we attended that was held in this hotel. Let me tell this place is disgusting! I went to use their restrooms that were available to us and almost threw up my lunch when seeing the toilets. The smell itself was just horrid. I will spare you all the details of what exactly I saw. The room reserved for the event smelled and all chairs were stained and dirty. The building itself needs a lot of repairs done to it. Really grossed out and overall disappointed in how this establishment is ran.

This hotel is horrible has horrible staff and also in the third floor rooms the mattresses are completely torn up and housekeeping leaves towels outside the room for two and a half weeks and forgets to pick the towels up. Deposits came up missing in the hotel and the owner won't give me and my husband deposit back when the room was not destroyed at all one of the staff members accused me and my husband of destroying the room when we didn't just because we checked out late last night. They keep refusing to give our 100 dollar deposit back I would not recommend anyone going here unless you want your deposit to come up missing.

One word sums this place up- nasty. Not only are people rude, this place is a health hazard and a fire trap. All emergency doors were deadbolted closed. The hallways stink and wreak of drugs.

This place is a crack hideout, it’s not welcoming at all and the NO REFUNDS sign is hard to see, it’s placed flat down on the counter so you have to look down. The guy working at the desk said the housekeeper quit which was a big red flag but we wanted to give the place a chance, I completely understand why the housekeeper quit. The elevator was shaky and slow, it does not move smoothly, it smells like cigarettes and most of the elevator buttons have a hole in them. There were roaches crawling on the floor, walls, in the bathroom sink and on the toilet seat which was very dirty and a crunchy old towel was laying over the curtain rod in the bathroom. The bathroom towels were dirty, they were all yellow and brown. The door was hard to open and they don’t let you see the room before paying at night because of the suspicious people. The fire alarm was broken and there was supposed to be a safely latch on the door but it was nowhere to be seen, they had two pillows for queen sized bed and paper was put in the peephole for some odd reason. The blankets were stained, they had holes in them and they stank. There were crumbs under the blanket and sheets, the sheets were stained and the chairs had spots on them. The carpet in the hall was dirty and it was missing in some spots. I happened to see a bed bug toward the front of the bed that quickly moved. This place is scary during daytime and nighttime and it is unsafe for human occupancy. It’s family owned but not a good family owned place. They had Wi-Fi but no Wi-Fi password, no phone, no microwave and the view outside the second floor window was the top of the building. We left after looking at the room because we were too scared to even think about staying. We were on the nonsmoking floor and it smelled like cigarettes, dirt and dirty dogs, I could barely breathe without feeling sick to my stomach. The Health department really needs to be called on this place, it is disgusting and children live here inhaling who knows what. Save yourself the $60 or $65 a day and go somewhere else. I was sneezing and my nose was running because the place smelled so bad.

This ROACH MOTEL is awful! If I could give 0 stars I would. The rooms are infested with roaches, the elevator and shower did not work, and the staff is rude. I booked through priceline and it was definitely a big mistake. After bringing all this to the staff they refused to refund and that's ridiculous. Most reviews on here are fake just to make their rating go up. The health department will be contacted. Refusing to refund after deceiving a customer and expecting them to stay in such a disgusting environment is wrong!!!! I recommend just paying the few extra dollars for a better place to stay you'll end up spending the extra money to get out of there anyway save yourself the trouble

I'm leaving a second review because my wallet was in my bag in the hotel room, my boyfriend and I left for afew hrs the following day we got home my wallet was gone. Luckily I was broke so jokes on them. But just have to replace my cards license. But beware of leaving valuables in your room when your not there they may end up stolen.

Highly recommend to call ahead on this hotel. Booked this hotel through Priceline. Decided to call ahead since I was going to be late. Hotel politely let me know they were currently not accepting any prepaid reservations. They said they canceled my reservation and I needed to call Priceline to receive a refund. No notice was given to me by the hotel and I needed to pay the current rates. Called Priceline and they were awesome.

We ended up at this hotel from Priceline. It was under construction, had roaches in the room and bathroom, graffiti on the back bathroom door, burns on the bed spread and you had to hold the elevator button down until it reached you. Told everyone to take the bags down, marched right up to that desk clerk and said you’re going to give me a refund right now. After I told her what we found. I was livid! They gave us a refund and we ended up staying at the Ramada.

Not this place but it does take pets and it's the cheapest in the area to lease s*** shower and shave.. PS so far it's quiet and then you can sleep too.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a motel. Sign had different name on it and nothing about oyo was mentioned anywhere. Roaches were everywhere from the lobby to the room. They had to let me into my room with a master key because they were out of key cards so I never had the ability to come and go freely. Door didn’t even have a latch to prevent a worker from just coming in. I don’t understand how they are able to operate in such foul conditions

Out with the old in with the new oyo's got a new managing crew!!!! Their first night on the seen they were doing the dang thing! Friend disinfecting me and cleaning the inside to making sure it was safe and sound on the outside. It's nice to actually see people take pride in their work and wanting to have a beautiful place for guests to come to and relax rather it be on a business trip, vacation with the kids or just a night to get away from the kids. Keep up the good y'all, your hard work will pay off.!!!!

This place has come along way. I'm impressed by the remodel and quite atmosphere. Had issues with woman at desk being very unprofessional. Otherwise very decent affordable hotel.

Booked this place through hotels.com, went to check in lobby is falling apart, had mold growing on the ceiling. The on duty person was not around for 20 minutes. Once he showed up he told me I had to give a $50 non-refundable deposit. Told him hotels.com said nothing about it being non-refundable. He laughed and told me to call them for a refund and to cancel it so I did.

It's the worst place to stay in Tulsa. Everything is falling apart, towels were supposed to be white but wasn't, tv remote didn't work, shuttle was an elderly man in what I think was a van smelling of alcohol had to close my eyes to make it to airport, other visitors were fighting and yelling all night. So much more went wrong.
