Let me say first I am a HUGE Chuys fan, at least I was. Never had bad service or bad food, until tonight. We waited almost 20 min no drinks, not even an offer for water. Had to ask for napkins, had to ask for chips, saw server twice to order drinks and ask for chips until done eating. After about another 15 min, we were asked for order, then after 30 min, food came, no sign of waitress. Drinks were not right, come to find out out of grenadine, never told until after we were finally aggravated and asked for manager. He took care of us, so we thought. He brought out drinks, waitress was WORSE after manager talked to her. Asked for boxes, and desert to go. After aprox 15 min I went to find boxes, she was coming with check no boxes. And the desert to go well.... I will let the pics speak for themselves. I have never been so angry when leaving one of my favorite places to eat. After a HORRIBLE night of service I open the desert when I get home to find this.... ONE VERY UNHAPPY REGULAR CUSTOMER ..At least WAS a regular.

Stopped by this restaurant on a random draw while in Tulsa, so glad that we did! I noticed the decor was eccentric and feel in love, then you see all of these random pups on the walls. So I asked the waitress what that was about, she said if you bring in a framed picture of your pup you can get a free appetizer plate. I got the Chica Chica Boom Boom Enchiladas very good if you like spicy. I would highly recommend it. My daughter got the the flautas for a mild spice, everything is made homemade daily. But out of everything I would get the cheese dip OMG wish I would have gotten some to go!! If you want to try something new with a laid back vibe definitely pick this place.

My husband and I ordered the steak burrito and the steak was so tender but the rest of the meal was so-so. My daughter ordered steak fajitas and she said they were so good. The service was good and friendly. Not sure if I will return the food was edible but not anything to make a return visit for.

This place has delicious food and it’s affordable and it was served fast. I will go back again and again. I got the chicken fajitas quesadillas that had onion and green chili it wasn’t hot like you would think. The guacamole was really good. The salsa is chunky and hot but good.

Overall food was good, however the salsa was bubbling like it was fermenting. I mentioned it to the server that I thought it was bad. All he offered was another sauce and never removed the bad salsa. Service was just mediocre.

Good food. Guacamole is great. Dips / sauces are great. The margaritas are super overrated, too sweet, very weak and not worth the cost.

While out and around Tulsa, my mother-in-law, fiancee, and I decided on trying Chuy's on a whim. Everything was excellent. From the service, the food, the atmosphere, and the authenticity of the employees. The servers were absolutely amazing; constantly checking in with us, with great attitudes and, of course, great service. The food was almost too good to be true. Fresh from the kitchen, so be careful not to burn your mouth! Amazing flavors and presentation, especially with their specialty sauces. Their salsa and queso are the perfect light snack before your meal, with the salsa having a pleasant heat to it and the queso rich with flavor. The atmosphere was stunning. Lots of art, pictures, and my favorite of all, the wood and metal trees. Each room had its own aesthetic, but all were filled with warm lighting, and the buzz of conversation made the restaurant feel alive. We will definitely be returning here. Chuy's has taken my top spot as my favorite Tex-Mex restaurant!

Me and the boyfriend to eat here again for the second time and the wait staff is on it and we're super nice. I did ask for a second plate and had to wait for it for about 15 minutes but other than that she was great. The food came out and it was good, I like the chuychanga better but can't change the meat from chicken and still get any of the fixings inside. So I was told and that was disappointing as I did love the chicken one but would rather have fajita steak. The cheese dip and salsa were good like always too and I always get the boom boom sauce. But for the price this time of 54 bucks for two I was kinda underwhelmed. Will go again and get something else to eat.

Everything was really good. The service was great, and the food was fresh and very hot. The server got my sister order wrong but fixed it and even gave us a discount for the inconvenience.

First time trying this place out...I had heard it was good, so I was looking forward to trying it out. I ordered the crispy tacos w/double rice (allergic to beans) & queso. The tacos literally looked like they were thrown in there but that didn't really bother me...my first bite into the tacos and the shell of the first one was stale...like REALLY stale. I thought maybe it was just that one... unfortunately, all 3 of them were stale as hell. Very disappointing. The meat also wasn't fully cooked but I will say the seasoning on the taco meat was on point though! I was also pretty disappointed in the size of the container my supposed to be "doubled rice" came in...(pictured down below) I can see that being ONE side but NOT 2. The queso was probably the only thing I really enjoyed and that's to bad.

A Thursday in July. Nice cool day for patio dining. Ordered the Pachos for lunch. Delicious. Salsa Delicious. Patio clean. Very few flys. Surprised. Annika our server left us wanting nothing more. Professional and courteous.

Service was great, but. . . My wife ordered the chicken burrito. It was inedible, with an off putting tank odor. Unwashed chicken, old fryer oil? Who knows? She ordered the steak burrito, as did I. It was a little dry, but good. BUT, we paid for the chicken anyway. We have had great experiences at other locations but don’t know if we are returning to this one.

I really enjoyed it here. The food was good, service was good, a little slow but they were busy and apologetic. I'd definitely eat there again.

It was good. I'm really full. I had nachos, fantastic. The kids had tacos and they loved them. Everybody left really full. They had fantastic music on the overhead including Kaiser Chiefs, Imagine Dragons and Cold War Kids. Super awesome. Isaac was our server and he was really busy but very helpful and attentive by checking on us, making sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed. Thanks Isaac. We will certainly go back.

This is probably the best Mexican food in the Tulsa area, hands down! The restaurant is bright, colorful, and full of authentic and cute pictures clothing, art, and statues that get your attention and add to the lively environment. The waiters are friendly and give you their opinions on the food if asked, they also warn you about spice levels if you're ordering something way too hot. The food itself is what made this amazing. Tortillas are freshly made and so soft, the house sauces are tasty and full of spices, and the meat is perfectly tender and juicy. My family and I have already been here three times this month, it's worth the trip!

Very good experiences. The happy hour and vegetarian quesadillas are some of my favorite choices. Good frozen margaritas. The prices add up but it is okay to pay a little extra for quality.

Our waitress was super attentive and very nice. The food was great, quick and delicious. The weather was perfect for the patio. Don't forget to try the hatch chili sauce, it's the best!
