Pretty good steak for the price. It has been a little inconsistent. One time it’s borderline phenomenal, next time it’s near average. Service is lacking a bit. Nice, just very slow to get what you need. Blooming onion is really good.

My family came here to celebrate my aunt's birthday. My mom is immuno-compromised so we requested a table in a closed section of the restaurant that didn't have a server to keep my mom safe. The manager Larissa was incredibly accommodating. She took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable and happy. Our server Alyssa took such incredible care of us. She constantly went above and beyond. I don't know what the staff is getting paid here, but I promise you it's not near enough. We're talking 5 star + top notch customer service. We were treated like royalty. That was one of the greatest dining experiences we've ever had. We left a $20+ tip but I swear if we could have afforded it, we would have left $50 or more. They were that good. Thank you to the staff for giving us an evening we'll never forget.

I had such a pleasant evening sitting at the bar and eating dinner at this restaurant. I think everyone that was around the bar must have been regulars and I was the only "new kid in town". Before the night was over I'm pretty sure that everyone on the crew had stopped by and introduced themselves. The drinks were perfectly mixed and served. My food was cooked and presented beautifully. I think it only appropriate to acknowledge the servers and bartenders that were actually responsible for tending to me provided outstanding service but the overall atmosphere among the entire crew was remarkable. I look forward to my next visit.

We used call ahead seating and were seated very quickly. Good food, slightly slow service initially but I believe there was a mix up about who was serving our table. Once that wax settled, everything was good.

Great food and service. Just adore Nic, the Bartender and Kennedi our waitress. Both create a friendly and entertaining atmosphere for their guest. Nic is great at helping you at finding just the right adult beverage with his recommendations. He will amaze you with his vast knowledge of his craft. Kennedi is outgoing with an infectious smile. Warm personality that helps to navigate the dessert menu to our delight. They both compliment any meal ordered. I tried Steakhouse Mac & Cheese Bites. Yum! My Melbourne Porterhouse Steak & hubby's Ribeye was cooked to perfection. Well worth a weekly visit to this place.

I had an awesome dining experience Thursday night 6-16-2022. All of the staff was great. My meal was cooked to perfection. My compliments to the kitchen staff. The manager was very helpful and friendly. 5 + stars

I visit this Outback frequently. This is my favorite location. Absolutely love the staff. Always feels like home. Nick, Derek and Kennedie feel like old time friends. I always feel welcome, food is fantastic. Love the new mushrooms recipe. Can’t wait for the cinnamon apple oblivion to come back.

Kennedy is an awesome bartender! She remembers us every time we come in and makes me lovely drinks! Derick is a fantastic server as well. They keep the atmosphere fun and inviting. We have come before just to see our “friends” :-).

I had the BEST experience at Outback. McKinley was by far the most spectacular server I’ve ever had. She was so sweet and kind and got me all the extra bread I wanted. 10/10 recommend eating at outback and asking for McKinley.

Kennedie was absolutely amazing!!! So interactive with our table- made our night!!!! My fiancé and our family had dinner here to celebrate our engagement and she was an absolute joy- and the food was AMAZING!!!

Emily provided excellent customer service since the moment she introduced herself to us. She made sure to allow us to enjoy our family dinner but also followed up with us and made herself available in case we needed anything else. Will definitely be going back after our great experience with the food and service.

Kennedie and Derrick are hands down the best bartenders ever! We sit at the bar just for their amazing hospitality and great service! They remember the little things about you and take the time to ask how you’re doing. Amazing people who work at a great restaurant. Outback is very consistent and the food is always good. We love coming here!

It was definitely the best filet mignon I've had there so far! As to the other parts of dinner, the food used to be cooked differently. I used to work at this location years ago, and I was slightly disappointed in the taste of things coming back to eat in. I ordered the filet mignon with grilled asparagus, loaded potatoes, and mixed vegetables. My fiance ordered the bloomin onion fried chicken with broccoli and fries. It was good but not wonderful. The appetizer was delicious, but some parts of the bloomin onion weren't fully cooked. My kids loved their food. The service was pretty good, and she helped fix the things that went wrong, but at the end, she didn't offer a copy of the receipt, and an $85 meal was somehow charged $110? Doing all the math I don't know how it added up to that total and she was too busy near the end for us to really ask for the receipt, considering she dropped off the electronic pay thing and just never came back, seeing to the other two tables she had, including another table that was also leaving consisting of two young males who DID receive a paper copy of their receipt. We paid cash and left.

I had set up a Birthday Dinner, had it catered in, and Alexis was SO amazing. My boyfriend loves the Alice Spring Chicken and an old dessert, Cinnamon Oblivion. The dessert has been discontinued and he asks about it almost every time we go in. Alexis not only helped me with ordering, cleaned up my waters pill, she made that dessert happen for him. It WAS SO awesome. Great staff as well, everyone that we came into contact with, was so nice and helpful. Especially our Waitress Alyssa, even after I spilled a whole cup full of water on the table. Thank you so much again Alexis for making his celebration very memorable. God bless you all.

This place was pretty good. We were indecisive on where to eat as a family and I was leaning toward a non-chain restaurant, but I did not win. We stopped in here and it was actually not too bad. The service was quick and the food was good. The waiter was a bit off-putting, but I just write that off as differing types of personalities. Would not go out of my way to rush back because of so many food options, but not disappointed in the visit.

Kennedie was an amazing bar tender, we never had an empty glass and were constantly checked on! Great service, great attitude, and she sang to us even though it wasn’t either of our birthdays! She even threw in an interesting dance routine!

Server brought a dirty water glass. When I pointed it out she was unphased and replaced the drink. Such a lack of caring for providing me with a DIRTY glass. Pictures attached. Won't be eating at this establishment again.

I love it when a business will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is happy and make sure everything is right. When my food arrived everything was great however my steak was overcooked. I mentioned this to my server.. The next thing I know the manager was making sure they were cooking a new steak for me. Then when I received the bill they had compt the steak. There was no Hassel, no excuses just wanted to make it right.

We enjoyed our waiter who was a celebrity look alike. Also loved the new steak chili and strawberry salad. Outstanding! The steak was great as usual.

The boozy cherry limade is so good. Love their salads! Thanks to Kennedie. She was awesome!!

This location is a regular for us. The food is always great and if for some reason something isn't perfect, they will make it right. We almost always have Kennedie as our server and she is wonderful. Sweet, funny, and on top of everything, no matter how busy it might be, she always takes care of us.

I have to take a moment to give thanks to the host last night. He was the most welcoming and service driven host I’ve seen. Manners and kindness are over the top starting with him, to our waitress and the manager who checked on us. Food was fresh and on point. Excellent experience. Thanks Outback Riverside!
