Staff was rude and stuck up. Tiny selection of jewelry but the sales associates act as if they work in some highfalutin boutique. It’s MOODYS. I would say these employees should get used to seeing normal working class people and not treating them differently according to how they look, especially since they work at Moodys. And if you are going to try and correct somebody get more educated about the products you are selling. Went to Jared and bought my things there. Won’t ever be back

I would have given this a single star, except for the fact that I did get what I came for. The service was horrible. I felt like I was looked down upon from the moment I walked into the store. The clerks seemed put out and very unenthusiastic. I'm sure the fact that My husband was holding our baby while we were picking out an engagement ring didn't help as I am sure this conveyed the image that we were getting married because of her. Also I had a gift certificate from KMOD that I won which made this day possible and I was so very excited about. What they probably didn't know was the fact that we are already married, and that we were getting the ring because we didn't have the money before. My husband had lost his job last fall, and we just had a baby, so money is tight. Despite all that we have a gorgeous little girl who we adore, and I was finally able to get a ring on Valentine's Day, which should have been the best day ever. Sadly the clerks that were helping me were much more concerned and interested in a regular, must be nice, who popped in after her run to look at watches. I get that we aren't high clientele, but as someone who has been in retail for most of her adult life, this is not how you treat a customer. Thank you for making a potentially wonderful day that much more memorable.

Went into store at Utica square to purchase gift for wife's Birthday and not one sales associate greeted me or asked if I wanted/needed any help. I circled the primeter of the jewelry cases looking in thinking someone will help me in a minute. Nope how wrong was I. So I made my way to the same door I went in passing four employee's and exited the store. And realized my dress of shorts and polo shirt and sandals wasn't the appropriate dress for Moody's jewelry at Utica square. I didn't have the money to buy anything. Went right around the corner to the other jewelry store and was treated like a customer of any dress likes to be treated when their fixing to spend $4200.

I find the staff here to be very stuck up and rude. I dropped my ring off to be fixed and not only did the soldering come apart immediately after pick up, but my ring was also still extremely crooked. Don't bother with these people.

I happened to run into my favorite jewelry salesperson as I was out Christmas shopping. She remembered me from previous interactions, and was able to source the item I was needing for my wife. Cheryl explained the benefit from buying from Moody's and why she chose to recently join that team. I chose to pay a little bit more than I would have online because I don't know of anyone behind my computer screen that truly cares about customer relationships like she does. Moody's, you may not know what an absolute jewel Cheryl is, but be glad she's on YOUR team. Thanks. DH

Fantastic place to do business with, Kaitlyn and Anna both greeted me shortly after walking in. I was in jeans and an under armour shirt and they didn't judge one bit. Kaitlyn helped me with I was looking for and after 40 mins or so I finally decided on what would be the best gift for my wife's b-day. Thank you! I'll purchase from them again.

What a wonderful store! I stopped in the Utica Square location to get my husband's watch fixed. I was greeted when I walked in and a gentlemen took the watch to examine it. While I waited, another gentleman offered to clean my ring while I waited. Such a great experience, I will definitely be back.

Tony is fantastic. We spent months looking for our wedding bands and he made the decision making easy. The other folks in the store are pleasant as well and we appreciate them being a dog friendly business

Bought a ring from Kaitlyn here. She was SO helpful in making sure my girl got the one she wanted, and also in helping me stay on budget. We will only go to her for any jewelry purchases in the future. Everything was exactly how we wanted, and Kaitlyn made sure it all went smoothly.
