Incredibly fast and thorough. He checked every outlet; opened every drawer, took very detailed photos. Walked us through what he saw. Answered our questions in details. Very professional, very kind. FAST on getting us the inspection report. Inspection was at 2, and we were reading the report by 7:30. Thank you Danny!

We doing a refinance to get money to replace our roof. The appraiser for the credit union noted a stain on the ceiling of the home office and required an inspection and repairs done before they would sign off on the loan. We need the money to get the roof replaced and it looked like we would need to get the roof fixed to get the money. Danny was able to show that there was no moisture in the ceiling and the underside of the roof was dry even though there had been recent heavy rain. His photos and concise description of the ceiling and roof condition did the job.

Showed up early. Was very professional and was very complete in checking everything from front to back and top to bottom. I followed him around and he explained things as we went around.
