Love great customer service like me ? This is the location for that . This Starbucks is the best in every way . Never disappointed ! Everyone is so kind and eager to help even though they are super busy . Love this place ❤️

I don’t understand.. I go to Starbucks and get the same thing every time. Never switched it up. Yet it always tastes drastically different. Unreliable hours. Always closes 30 min - 1 hour early. Last time I went the barista was so rude to me after I asked why my total costed 3 dollars more than it usually does. She then told me that I could “go to another Starbucks”. How rude.

This location doesn't have patience for customer questions. Upon asking what flavors are available for Nitro Cold Brew, the lady managing the drive through says "what do you want?" repeatedly after asking what kind of cream they have, if there's Irish Cream, etc. and acted very annoyed that we asked. Considering we spent $26 on two drinks and two sandwhiches, I think we deserve a better answer and service. Steep prices considering they won't help you select a beverage. A machine or DIY station could replace that kind of attitude.

They always have a problem filling my cup to the top with oat milk no matter what drink I get even if I ask for it to be filled to the top before I get to the window, there is always empty space & it drives me insane. I have no problem paying for it and that’s why I ask for it to be filled to the top I have asked nicely so many times and every single time the person who I ask gets an attitude and tells me I need to pay for it & as always I say I asked for it like that when I ordered it before I got to the window and besides you think if I’m paying a 6.30 for a brown sugar oat milk espresso they’d fill it to the top with out a problem… it’s this Starbucks only I have had this issue with this one in Tumwater I have had issues with the employees more then once they are rude and unprofessional… all over ordering a drink how I’d like it made and then being upset over it.

I drove my client to this Starbucks today and unfortunately they did not have enough money for the coffee they wanted after rummaging through my car to try and find change the berista told me to just pull up to the window as i got there she hands me the drink and tells me its on the house. I can not thank the berista at the drive through window enough for being so caring and paying it forward! I will make sure I do the same 🥹❤️

I travel a lot for work and go to Starbucks. Literally everyday, sometimes twice a day. This was the absolute worst experience i've ever had at one of their locations today.. I ordered an extra hot drink they tried to say that I said iced.. Was annoyed that I said no and tried to repeat my order.. Made me feel super uncomfortable.. Then I got my drink and it was still wrong. I said triple and it was not triple. I knew to look because the price seemed a little different... Then they acted like. I never said triple even though I say it every morning of my life.. Then I ordered a cheese Danish extra toastEd like I do every day. The girl at the window handed me a cake pop. And I said This isn't mine? I ordered a cheese denish and she tried to say. I handed you a cheese Danish and I said no. You didn't you handed me somebody elses order? I didn't order a cake pop. .. All 3 of them at the window at this point were all staring at me with their eyebrows up with some kind of attitude even though they are the ones that screwed my entire order up... I drove off and told them I would go to a different Starbucks. I'm not going to sit there and have a bunch of People with an attitude for pairing my food.. Very, very disappointed, and all of your attitudes absolutely stink. You won't get very far in life that way...

I come to this location regularly & typically the staff are very nice. However, this morning I was super disappointed by their service. I ordered & paid through the app to pick up, but when i got there, there was a sign on the window that said temporarily closed due to the water not working. This is totally fine, as things like this happen .. but i had already paid for my order & needed help with a refund. I walked over to the front door to see if someone could help me, but all of the girls on staff just stared at me waiting outside & didn’t bother to help me. I knocked, i waved them over, & waited .. but they all just kept looking at me, ignoring me, rolling their eyes, & acting like I wasn’t there. There was someone even sweeping in the front who made eye contact with me MULTIPLE TIMES & she just turned her back from me & walked away. I understand that they were closed, but it doesn’t hurt to unlock the front door & see what I was waiting for. All i wanted was help with a refund. It was extremely frustrating to be flat out ignored & stared at for a total of 5-10 minutes. Won’t be returning to this location.

I myself am someone who likes coffee, including Starbucks coffee lovers, here too I feel the coffee here seems more delicious.

Very friendly and fast service. Food is exactly what you order from any starbucks. Was a little upset that they "said" they don't do strawberry water per home office. So they charged us for a Starbucks product for $3.95 for a tall water and a scoop of strawberry puree. When I have gone to any other Starbucks they do it and it costs like $.65. Not the employees fault because that's what their boss has told them. But as a nation wide corporation it should be the same across the board. But it is Starbucks and I rarely go anywhere else so they still get my money 💰

I got a flat white honey almond milk. They were out of the honey mix, so the counter employee offered to make me something with real honey. I learned white coffee is not my thing. The employee was courteous, polite, and prompt. The store was clean. Four stars because the music was fairly loud at the back of the store

DON’T WASTE MONEY IN BUYING REFRESHER😕😞😞😕I brought “Pink Drink Starbucks Refreshers® Beverage” in store 11159 (Capitol Blvd & Trosper St, Tum) on April 2nd around 7 or 7.10 Pm and it cost me around 5$ and I am giving money and buying food not getting for free but you don’t value it just selling foods for name sake . That pink drink I LITERALLY HAD 4-5 SIPS AND THAT’S IT THE DRINK WAS OVER AND THE CUP IS FULLY FILLED WITH ONE & ONLY ICES 😕 ( SEE PICS) WHY SHOULD I NEED TO BUY A ICE ? IF NEEDED I CAN BUY IT CHEAPER IN ANY OTHER SHOP Is this a refresher drink ??? After having the drink you literally spoiled my mood its not a refresher drink its a MOOD SPOILER DRINK ONLY ICES WERE FILLED IN CUP? PlZ SEE THE IMAGES Starbucks you should take action consider and RETURN BACK MY MONEY!!

Drinks were fine, staff was sassy. Asked the person taking my order to tell me the difference between two drinks, and got back a condescending "well the cold brew is made with cold brew and the espresso is made with espresso, so...". Is one sweeter than the other? Are there any different ingredients other than the espresso/cold brew? Tell me about the drinks...?

And what can I say, it's Starbucks after all. It's basically the same prefab store that you'll find whether you're on the East Coast or the West Coast, or somewhere in the middle. One thing about Starbucks is that it all taste the same, regardless of where you're at. So there's something to be said for consistency if not necessarily quality. I know this might seem like a harsh review, even though that wasn't the intention. Maybe I should have given it an extra star and a half or so, but I'm still a little bit disgruntled. I was an espresso business owner out in Tumwater a couple of decades ago. Our location was just inside the front door a popular locally owned grocery business that is no longer there anymore. I remember I used to stand out front of the store the morning after I had had a grand mal seizure and I watched my business plummet dramatically afterwards. But at least I knew my former customers were still getting their coffee fixes, cuz I could see them pull up to the two Starbucks across the street. The last thing I'll say about Starbucks is that I think it's goofy how they can somehow justify having more than one of their stores on the same city block. Just seems goofy to me. I ordered a chai tea latte, iced. Mine was perfect. This was my wife's drink, a brown sugar oatmeal iced drink. What the heck is with this I've quantity? And there was no flavoring, when we both sipped it it tasted like black coffee with cream. Service was efficient and speedy, faster than normal..... I could've waited a few more seconds for a properly portioned drink for the wife.

Do yourself a favor and go any other Starbucks in town because this drive through location is truly atrocious wait times! This is the only drive through location in Tumwater and on the worst possible street to get out from. Drinks are sloppily put together and served with an attitude. Never consistent on beverages. Between the high traffic flow area and poorly thought parking lot its never easy or enjoyable to get coffee here.

Excellent Starbucks, though I think Whistler needs about 5 more Starbucks, the lines here can be long. I wish they would use the Starbucks app to order. AA++

The Onalaska Starbucks makes the best Mocha coffee I’ve ever had…the staff are super nice too..they give our puppy Puppuccino’s when we go there…love it!

Cashier was so friendly, barista was wonderful and made sure I got *exactly* what I ordered. The store may be small, but the staff are so helpful and kind that I wish I could leave an extra star for them.

I have stopped at this specific Starbucks over the last year maybe a handful or two timesall throughout the day... could be morning, early afternoon or evening... (side note: if you knew me you would know I LOVE my Starbucks) But this Starbucks has ALWAYS given Excellent Service, through & through. It is Astounding how Incredible Great the service is. I have dealt with someone different each time as well. I think it's rare in most cases to have such a Great Crew/Team working together, providing genuine customer service! It's something I Hope they are Proud of cause they certainly do it well. Stay Great! Be Proud and keep doing what your doing!

Drive through can get backed up but it moves pretty fast. No complaints.

They do a great job here. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Restrooms and dining/ seating area are always clean. The parking lot can be frustrating - mostly clueless drivers' fault (drive thru exit and parking lot entrance are in the same spot so it gets jammed up sometimes . ) usually there is ample parking and a small outside seating area.

I’ve stopped by Starbucks on 5300 Capitol Blvd SE, Tumwater, WA 98501 while on business here in Tumwater for coffee and for breakfast foods and lunch protein boxes. They just came out with the New Chipotle Chicken Wrap which is absolutely fantastic! Great taste and texture and it satisfies the hunger. The store conveniently sits right between the Burger King and Taco Time and is very easy to see from the road. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful and the line moves quickly. Great every time.
