I've only had people deliver coffees from this place and its tasty. However, I will never give less than a five star rating to a place that I think I'd be lynched if I gave less. So this five star rating is out of corrosion due to the fact that most people I know go here religiously and would probably make me disappear if I gave less than a five star rating. With that said, if I go disappearing...

5/5 for their latte. Somehow, I find their latte to be better than ⭐Bux (just 😛my opinion)

I always take my sweet daughter here on the 1st of the month. It's our thing, coffee and stickers! Did you know they give out free stickers on the 1st? She collects them, we talk, and hang out. Life is about moments, and when you have a 20-year-old, you make them. Love your family and enjoy a coffee with lots of positive energy!

Gotta love when you can come inside from the weather! Or in this case from the debilitating construction that so many are willing and able to brave to get their fav cuppa! Update 10/7/23: staff is still friendly - o expect nothing less from DB! The shop is clean and run efficiently as evidenced by the LONG line of cars running through a single drive thru lane. The inside has plenty of space and interesting artwork to check out while waiting for your drink. Still love this one ☕️💋 Staff as always is super friendly and professional. The coffee is always wicked great. My hubby is a decaf man and #dutchbros decaf is his jam! Had fun visiting the Olympia area with my fav coffee place! ❤️🙌

Not only does this place beat Starbucks, but the coffee and bakery items are so darn good! I got an Oatmilk Lavendar Hot drink, and it is creamy and light, not too sweet, yet bold. The bonus is the location; one of the very first Dutch Bros I've been to where you can sit inside and chill out. Definitely love the staff and their upbeat, can-do commo style. I highly recommend this place for sure!

The staffs couldn't seem to get the order right. So I had to rate the food low as a result of that. Because the food that we were given is not what we were ordered. And we gave it back to them once, was my wife's cinnamon tea, that they still didn't get right. After giving it back it seemed kind of fruitless to have them try again. My coffee was pretty simple, coffee, creamer, and Splenda for the sweetener. They clarified at four times and then didn't give me either the sweetener or the creamer. Not in a real rush to go back to this location. Staff are not paying attention, and so they give you the wrong drinks as a result. One person was blamed for being new, and I get new people need to learn, but everybody was having issues that day not just one.

Always great! We've been getting a Vanilla-Pumpking Chia for our last few visits, & they are AMAZING!

These people are so cool and nice and helpful. If you are the type of person that doesn't always know exactly what you want from a coffee shop, the employees will walk you through the options and give helpful recommendations.

Dutch Bros. Coffee is good, but this place stands out for their awesome hospitality service. People working here are very very nice and know how to make you feel better....🙂🙃 You should try them for sure... 🙂🙃

I always get amazing customer service. As busy as they are with high demand…. They remain calm and with a smile on their face. Thank you all for what you do ❤️

I have my new favorite for the hot days. A peach smoothie, with real strawberries blended into it. Make sure you tell them to blend them into it. I don't get whip because it looks like its curdled in the heat. My service dog Chiquita gets all excited everytime we pull in, she knows she's getting her pup cup she doesn't like the hard doggy treat, but loves that spray whip. She doesn't like cool whip, it's got to be from the can.

Always delicious! The staff is really kind and bubbly, which is why I keep going back to Dutch Bros over that other coffee chain we don't talk about😆 We went thru the drive thru and it was fast. Also the snickerdoodle is AWSOME a must try!!

I've had various Dutch Bros between Tumwater and Tacoma and this is the only Dutch Bros that actually listens to me. When I ask for "as much caramel drizzle as humanly possible", they actually do it. Get there early or you'll face a very long line. Wish there were more Dutch Bros around Olympia and Tumwater.

I enjoyed coming here. It has a very down to earth feel. I could see myself coming frequently if I lived near one. I enjoyed my cold brew and also tried their Chai. Would recommend!

The people that work here are honestly what makes this place stand out. The coffee is fine—but the people? Fantastic. Outstanding. Warm, kind—I could go on and on. They are the reason I come back for my cold brew, and they are the reason I will always recommend this location. Shout out to Jess for being especially wonderful!

No food drive-through. Baristas were friendly and so nice. The only thing is there is a huge hole in the pavement when you're ready to leave the drive-through.

Awesome staff! I recommend going inside because there's usually a crazy line at the drive thru. Super fast service inside.

Spend the extra 2 bucks to anywhere else for coffee. Drink is pure milk 🥛 barley any coffee. Seriously almost white, can not even tatse the chocolate or hazel nut. I tried to call x2 but no one answered unfortunately. Employees are friendly but talk entirely too much for people who stop before work to get their coffee. It holds up the line.

Friendliest folks you could ever meet, very caring, and kind. All the workers have great suggestions if your having a day that needs a little extra pick-up or something to quench your sweet tooth while getting that coffee. Double Blended Picture Perfect for all your Aloha Fridays.

I have a hard time with Dutch Bros. They make great coffee, and are clearly very popular, however I find the small talk insufferable and sometimes do avoid this establishment when I'm not feeling particularly talkative. Often, I get flustered and make up things to tell them in lieu of the actuality of how I plan to spend my day, what I do for work, etc. I don't feel the person preparing my coffee necessarily needs to know this information. Despite this, I can acknowledge it's part of their business model to "connect" with their customers in an attempt to create a seeming bond to encourage repeated business. I'm sure this works for quite a few, and I do appreciate the positive attitudes and the many things they seem to try to do for the community. However, for an introvert, it would be beneficial for them to understand that many people simply are there for coffee. I know this is mostly my problem, which is why my rating is still 5 stars. Thanks for bearing with me, and I hope this can provide some insight as to what you may expect when getting a beverage at this location. They are usually very busy as well, as plan accordingly as it may take 15-20 minutes to get your drink.

The only issue with Dutch Bros is there isn't one where I live. Their drinks and service is far better than sbux and hope DB comes to Florida soon. Try a rebel for a fruity pick me up, or a golden eagle blended. Best coffee based drinks I've ever had.

The nice lady with the short hair and beanies from H&M was cool to talk to but my shots are burnt so it’s all you can taste and I got regular milk with a cpl inches of foam instead of coconut milk I ordered. I watched her put the white chocolate sauce but forgot the caramel so that sucks.

One of my niece and I go to favs weekly. Helps keep us active in school with our starry night tea or iced chi tea golden eagle they even have some great options for kiddos. Great friendly quick staff. Love the app and it’s bonus drinks and specials. I buy their whole beans coffee for at home brew for the fam daily use.

The staff is super rad and down to earth. Coffee is pretty good! I wanted something that wasn't Starbucks. So it was awesome

I'm not a regular DB customer, but Starbucks was closed so i went here. It was nice. Music plays in the drive thru so that's kind of nice. The line went pretty quick. The staff was friendly. I got a blended midnight rebel (I think) It was good.

He went through drive-thru and I have never been there before but Noah was running the window and was amazing customer service is above and beyond the call of duty. He asked a lot of questions but wanted to be sure we got exactly what we wanted for a drink gave us a drink free even though he had to finagle some points I just think he made my experience amazing and I'll be back just because of Noah kudos to Noah you made my experience totally delightful thank you

I have been going to Dutch Bros for years, they never fail to have new drinks, and just an expensive menu to choose from. Also if that doesn't work they always do custom drinks in my experience. Don't often get a disappointing drink, either.

I was in the woods for a week n that coffee wasn't up to par weak and watery. Employees were friendly but needs more attention to detail with said making of drinks. Probably just an off day but I was bummed.

After hearing about Dutch Brothers Coffee, I figured I would give it a try. I'm a big fan of Big Foot Java and Starbucks. Since the drive-thru was long, I went inside. I felt like it was sterile and uninviting. Yes, they had a Christmas tree up, but not much more. The colors inside were not warm, kinda of cold. I asked if they offered a breakfast sandwich or anything like that, the gentleman said no, only granola bars and a few muffin top flavors. I asked for a white chocolate mocha, it was made with chocolate milk. I couldn't have it remade, I had already stood in line for 15 minutes and needed to hit the road. I'll stick with my local coffee stand, Big Foot Java and Starbucks.

Man! I go to dutch Bros just about every day and every time I go there's not one person who doesn't have a smile on there face and I just love that about you guys! Always have great costumer service and amazing attitudes! Hard workers! You guys rock! Thank you so much for showing up everyday to serve US! You guys do an amazing job at what you do! Keep up that good energy! :)

Ordered two coffees. Took forever (34 minutes)our coffee's were near flavorless! I love Dutch Bros coffee however, this place gave me a bad taste and thankfully this wasn't my first experience. If it had been I would never go back to another.....
