on the way to Seattle from Portland on Route 5 there is this place at Exit 99. Truck stop, I really like it and almost always stop when I get on this highway. there is a gas station, there is a store where you can buy everything you need for the trip and for yourself and for cars, there is McDonald's and Sobway. You can also buy different drinks, both hot and cold, a large selection. so I advise you not to pass by, but to rest here a little bit and then continue on your way.

Pilot parking is tight . Pilot fueling is tight. With a Subway and McDonald's. Just fuel and go. During the day the fuel line is long.

Small, oddly arranged parking lot for semis. Showers were a bit out dated, but clean. I love that security checks on the the parking lot to ensure no free loaders are in reserved spots or parked where it is not designated to do so.

Went to pilot about a week ago and the experience I had has just been bothering me the whole week. There was an employee whose name was Ryder he was doing the trash when I was in the store he had whistled at me in a sexual manner and called me a quite profound name. I asked him for his name (which was on his name tag) and he covered it, called me another inappropriate name and said I had no business talking to him. After grabbing some deli food he proceeded to follow me around the store and tried to talk to me and kept making Inappropriate remarks about how I was dressed under his breath. I ended up just putting my deli food on the counter and leaving because I was getting uncomfortable and felt harassed. The experience I had was horrible and the fact that he continued to act so rude and inappropriate baffles me. I have been telling my friends and family who go here often for snacks and gas to not come here anymore because of the experience I had. It was unprofessional, inappropriate and rude. Never in any other store/ gas station/ etc have I felt so harassed and abused.

One of the better managed and maintained "truck stops" you'll find dotting the Nation here and there, and generally, Pilot truck stops are the creme' de la creme! These oaisis ((oaisi ? Pl?)) as they are found in just about every major city; are cookie cutter format, meaning they are all pretty much setup the same, and abide by the formula that works! Always neat and clean, and always smelling of fresh hot coffee and 'trucker diesel smell's'... there's something here for everyone: food, fuel, souvenirs, munchy stuff, drinks, showers, and some kind of dine in establishment ((i. e. Subway, Taco Bell, AW Root Beer, Arby's, etc.)) So stop in, and fuel up! Be Safe, Stay Healthy please!! ;{. °)

Chris the manager personally attended to us! He treated us like royalty. I have never met anyone that has conducted himself in such a manner to a total stranger. I truly believe that he here as it is his passion, and it's not just a job for him, but a duty to help us truckers. He's the best!!!👏👏👏

Just by reading the reviews I decided to stay far away from here! Chine to the flyingj across the street is still nice and new and parking isn't too bad. The people are also very nice and the showers are great!

Love their choice of gas prices verses completions, and middle of travel lots of places I go.

Apparently, showers are only for CDL drivers now, so if you're a traveler, needing to freshen up, you'd better just get a hotel room, and buy your gas at a discount gas station, since that pretty much wasn't in the budget. Lost my meager gas and snack business for sure, but it appears they don't care. Boo! These places have been a go-to for decades for traveling. PS... there was no one waiting for a shower, and the employees stated they thought it was a stupid policy. Same goes for Flying J.

Always dirty could use a deep clean every week. Everything is so overpriced could conveniently drive anywhere far away and save a fortune. Gas is good though if you have the all mighty favored proffesional driver card. There's a Cinnabon next door too, coooool.

Don't know why this one gets high reviews. If you go in rest rooms it's not very clean. Soap running down walls and no telling went last time it got mop .shower clean?

I had to go around the pumps five times to find a spot. All the parking is taken up by construction vehicles or electric vehicles with no one in them. There are about a half dozen construction workers milling about, smoking cigarettes. There is only one entrance from the car-side, through the McDonald's, where people are actively smoking cigarettes directly outside the door, with babies crying directly inside the door. There are pallets of unsorted product strewn through every aisle, and the general chaos of the environment feels like a fire hazard. I wanted a quick drink and a bite to eat on my lunch break, but I just left without buying anything.

Nice bathrooms, nice store, usually reasonably priced gas and Tesla chargers are accessible. Clean and such, restaurant/food options. All in all, one of the better stops en route

One of the cashiers that works the evening shift found my ID card (in the trash can, it was stuck to the back of the Motel 6 room key card) She pulled it apart & washed it for me, then held it up at the register until she seen me again & return it to me after she recognized my picture! Youshe gave my ID back to me I was so stressed out about my idea I didn't know what what happened to it or wear it had gone, but I was so stressed out about losing my ID card! & these awesome employees here @ pilot truck stop are very friendly and accommodating and go above and beyond my expectations & normal standards for customer service! It's refreshing to see these days... 🤯❤️👏🏼

Gas station
😠 I'm not one that enjoys leaving reviews and this is actually the first review I've ever submitted at Google, but I thought it was necessary after the horrible experience at this particular gas station. While driving home from a long road trip, I made the unfortunate mistake of stopping here on the...
