Shane from the Tech department was extremely helpful when I took a stop at the laptop area. He let me explore on my own when I wished to, and when I had a question he had a great demeanor and gave fantastic advice in helping me look for what I wanted. No pressure at all from him, and convinced me that the laptop I was looking at would be perfect for me! Edit: 3 months in and I am still very happy with it. Probably the perfect computer I could have gotten for what I needed.

I am delighted to share my exceptional shopping experience at the Costco located in Tumwater, Washington, on a delightful Sunday afternoon. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted warmly by friendly staff members who were readily available to assist me throughout my visit. The store was well-organized, making it easy for me to navigate through the aisles and find everything on my shopping list with utmost convenience. The wide selection of products, including groceries, electronics, and household items, exceeded my expectations and catered to all my needs. The cashier staff was efficient and ensured a smooth checkout process. Overall, my time spent at Costco in Tumwater was nothing short of remarkable, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a pleasant shopping experience.

I love going into the store I would love to give them a 5 star however we had something delivered they asked where to we showed them the exact place to unload it we moved our tractors trailers the whole 9 yards so these guys know where to put it kind you I’m outside with them. They set it down and just left them in the complete wrong place very disappointed and they had a terrible attitude when they first pulled in to they were both grumpy as all could be! I’m very very disappointed and I hope these 2 people get fired soon because they were not a good way to set a example for that company.

To be clear, this store normally gets 5 stars. Today, no stars experience. My husband and I were both harassed by the very aggressive woman at self-checkout (new, hadn't seen her before). Everyone else at this store is the absolute best. One bad apple though, man.....

Very high quality, amazing items, amazing prices, and treats employeees with lots of respect. This business is an excellent role model for how companies should treat staff. Bonus for the awesome food court.

Costco always has great items at great prices. The customer service is top of the line as well. You need to be a member to shop here and the cost for a membership is $60 a year but it is well worth the price. I love this place!

For a smaller community like Tumwater, this Costco is amazing! It's well-organized, well-stocked, managed well, and although it gets crowded, things flow well. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming, which leads me to believe they enjoy working there. I don't think I have ever spent so little time in line at any Costco. I'm not sure what they're doing differently than other Costco stores, but they're doing it right! Today, I returned two items, bought about a dozen other items, and even had time to use the restroom. I parked at 3:20, and I left the parking lot at 3:45. For Costco, that's lightening speed!

I shop Costco to stock up on things that last months on the shelf, save a ton of money on fresh produce, meats and eggs! I have the Executive membership and use the Costco credit card for everything and get hundreds back every year. And I'm a single female so don't let anyone tell you that Costco is only for families that need huge amounts of food! ☺️ Great savings on seasonal clothing and outdoor accessories too πŸ‘

Costco makes it easy to buy larger packages of meat so that we can divide it how we choose. We can't handle a half a beef at a time but we can do some pork, beef and chicken to allow us several meals. They are a warehouse but it's laid out well and they usually have what we're looking for. I buy my eyeglasses there and now they do the insurance. Quality eyeglasses, no pressure purchase and knowledgeable staff. Check it out, I think you'll be happy. Politics a side, you need to be able to feed your family quallity food and not go broke.

If you ever plan on having a bad day; if you're having a bad day; if you are just plain down; go hang out at the tire shop!! Those people are made of sunshine and joy! And they've got very cheery dispositions that shed happiness on any bad day! The rest of the Costco is kind of like any other Costco. They all look the same: Spacious ceilings, boxes, etc.

This five-star rating pretty much goes for all Costco's because, I love Costco! And who wouldn't? Quite often being single and retired, a lot of times I don't take advantage of the quantity they offer. But what I do buy there is totally worth the membership fee. I buy lots of meats then vacuum seal and freeze them. And then dried and jarred goods I also take advantage of. And now to the important part. The food court!!! Are you kidding me? $1.50 for a huge hot dog and a soft drink. Not to mention the pizza, while you're shopping and saving money? I only wish they would bring back the onions lol.

The first thing you see when you walk in is a bunch of toys in your face. I'm talking about really nice TV's computers. And then you get further into the store. It's all planned out very busy at times.

I'm old and single and still find a trip to Costco is worthwhile. The quality of items especially clothes and home goods, tires, gas. The groceries are mostly too much for my storage and ability to not waste the large quantities.. Always get the ice-cream on the way out.

Always great prices, just wish more check outs were open. The lines get a little long depending on the time your there. Self check out isn't the option either.

This unique store is actually a MUST visit store for whatever a person might need. I was there to get my vaccine, based on my appointment. My son and daughter are members, so it goes without saying how beneficial it can be. It was a hustle and bustle during my time there. IF you need to stock up and buy in bulk, this is the place.

I do love this Costco however I take my dad shopping a couple times a week and we ALWAYS have to wait so long for a electric cart to be available, with the size of this store, I would think they would have more electric carts then what they have. That is my only complaint about this store, so I am not really sure how to rate it. I would love to give it a 5 star on everything except the cart situation

I've always thought that Costco is like adult Disneyland. I haven't been able to buy chocolate glucerna or even haven't sent. For that, I'll give it 4 stars Plus

Great place to shop! Employees are always very friendly and helpful - huge store and selection, yet it somehow feels like a neighborhood store because of the amazing employees!

I visit Costco regularly. For one thing, their gas prices average out to a better price than many of the stations closer to home. The produce, snack, dairy, and cold case departments are excellent and the bakery has only one drawback. It's the same flaw as the rest of the store, I guess: it's impossible to buy only a few donuts or one cookie. If you want any muffins, you must buy a dozen. If you want a pie, be ready to take home a huge pie for 20 people. With other items, like frozen Korean or Chinese dumplings, it's possible to store them without much trouble. Baked goods don't freeze well, so storing most of a dozen cheese Danish is problematic. Still, Costco foods and other items, such as eye glasses, paper goods, tires, kitchen appliances, and clothes, are good value for money. Additionally, Costco chooses its staff carefully. Every Costco employee I've met in the 25 years I've shopped at the Tumwater warehouse has been patient, friendly, and helpful. That's because the company only hires people who are naturally outgoing, with a good work ethic: they walk into their first interview that way.

I visited this store as I was getting my eyes examined and purchasing eyeglasses. The eyewear consultant Pam was offering suggestions showing different frames that would look good on me. She took the time with my visit. While I was trying on the glasses we got to talking and finishing the order. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with Pam

Love this Costco! Always fully stocked and then some but they had run out of ground beef over the weekend. Shop during the week of you van. The weekend are so busy. They have a great selection of fall and Christmas items already & some super kids toys and Lego sets for Christmas. Im going back this week to grab some Christmas gifts for my grand daughters. Great bakery items too!

Always busy, but that's to be expected. I'm sad they brought the samples back because once again you have inconsiderate people blocking the aisles with their giant carts waiting for a chicken nugget the size of your thumbnail. Stock is hit or miss...sometimes you get used to being able to buy a certain product and then one day it's gone, never to return. But that's the nature of the Costco beast. None of my gripes are the fault of the individual store, and the people that work there are all fantastic, so that's why Costco gets 5 stars. That and as far as retail goes, they treat their employees well, giving them a lot of holidays off that a lot of retail workers don't get, which is probably why they're happy....amazing how that works!

Excellent store, very clean and workers are efficient. The bakery food is excellent but the muffins are so dry I almost choked to death and vomitted on my carpet. Still delicious.

It's a very clean and well organized store. The lines aren't horrible most days and it's very well stocked. I know it's a corporate thing, but I really wish they'd stop moving staple items they carry all year.

I love Costco, The perfect mix of organic and healthy options for my self with lost of food allergies and kid friendly every day options. This location is always crazy busy but well stocked, clean and well staffed. Every register was open unlike other stores.

It's the pharmacy that has problems not the Costco. It seems like the last half dozen times I've been here there's always some sort of mix-up and delay that takes a huge amount of time. Plus for the first time ever I've met rude Pharmacy Costco workers! That's not something I've ever seen before. The people that I have worked with long-term seem as perplexed by these these rude coworkers as I was. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Costco is awesome. My membership was up for renewal but my circumstances have changed in the last year. The guy at the counter helped me downgrade to a more appropriate level and I even walked away with a refund!!! Excellent service!!!

Great prices on many things. The eye Dr. Is amazing! She caught something that I had to have 5 surgeries to correct. Now I can see 85% better!

Very happy with this Costco, which conveniently has a gas station as well as plenty of parking with a lot of shade. Everyone is very friendly there, and lines move quickly at checkout. The store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Easily ran in and out before closing time. Love the great prices and well stocked clean isles! Just wish the commissary accepted cash! Love getting a quick bite before or sometimes after shopping.
