Stopped in today for a Halibut burger and chili tots.. Both were delicious.. Love their employees, they are always polite and positive.

Good burger, better bacon and good fries. Had a delicious vanilla malt as well. Someone comes out and takes your order when the line is long (it moves fast). Very friendly and helpful staff. If I lived in Olympia I'd be back

Best outdoor seating for a hamburger grill EVER! Great service, too. Came back for one of the best fish sandwiches ever.

Food is always good and fresh. Best homemade shakes with so many flavors to chose from. If you want an old-school burger stand this is the place to go.

The food and service were great. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about but not bad. Some cool signage and pin ball machines. The burgers are wonderful and the price is EXTREMELY reasonable. $7.50 for a deluxe burger. Extra for fries, etc. A large menu with a lot of choices. I would recommend giving it a try, and I will be going back for sure. Even if driving from Lacey to Tumwater or Olympia.

Just a great old fashioned burger joint! They even have those napkins that it takes like ten of them to do any good! Never quite figured out why every great burger place gas those same napkins!

Always great food at this establishment! I haven't ever dined in, but the place seems to be well kept, and tidy. Most times, there's someone in the drive-up taking pre-orders. Always friendly service.

Um this is not what the chicken strips look like. Especially for $10 for just the chicken strips. I think I'm gonna stop going here I always have some sort of problem. This is actually the first time I got my tartar sauce that I paid for, so that's nice.

Ordered 2 burgers and a shake. The Big tom burger is supposed to come with tots. "Supposed". They didn't add it. Asked to no pickled on my other burger. "Asked". It still had pickles. The shake was mediocre. Burger and fries still good. Whoever is running it right now is screwing up. Get your quality control together. Not feeling the high price is worth it.

Well I'm sitting here looking at a half eaten bacon cheeseburger. I'm almost too upset to finish it. My family ordered 3 meals. A plain cheeseburger, a garden burger with no cheese and a bacon cheeseburger. Guess what the garden burger had !? Cheese... 🤡 Every single one of the burgers look like they were made and then punched. It's Friday, there was a huge line, there was a bunch of teenage boys working. I get it. Hey, owners. Watch your employees. Do better. Avoid this place if you're expecting a decent burger or respect.

Food was delicious, the fries were a little overcooked. The service is always great there, that includes the staff. Since I was a kid and will continue to go as long as they're open.

Good old fashioned diner burger. Fries are fresh and crisp. Be sure to get goop! Dipping sauce. Outdoor and indoor tables. Drive thru also.

I mainly go here for the shakes. Many flavors and combos of flavors. Burgers and fries are good too. Definitely a place to add to your burger joint list.

I ordered off Uber eats: they gave the driver someone else’s order. When I called Eagans they told me there’s nothing they can do to make it right. I contacted the driver and he told he said my name 3x and even when they handed him an order with someone else’s name on the receipt, where he asked for clarity, they shooed him out as they were trying to close. Uber refunded me of course, however, the burger and tots I did get were awful. Tots were cold and not crispy at all. The burger was burnt to a crisp/blackened, super thin, and dry. I fed it to my dogs. There were two sides of ranch in the bag, both had someone’s hair inside the containers: one was a lighter curly hair the other was a black hair. This was my first and last order from here.

Food was really good, but if you're a fan of sourdough don't go for the sourdough burger (barely any sourness). Grease bomb type burger joint just so you know, if that's not what you're looking for. Service is a mess. Your order is taken and food prepared considerably slower than comparable restaurants, and then you must negotiate to get all the food you ordered. Items will be forgotten, and if you don't check your bags thoroughly, you will be leaving with an incomplete meal. The bags are also manically stapled together, stopping you from checking their contents without shredding them apart.

went to get food at 7 and was rudely told by one of the workers that they were closed but yet the website says they close at 8. the worker said “yea you can’t trust anything on there” what’s the point of having a website that literally makes no sense. CHANGE THE TIME ON THE WEBSITE THEN! also i’ve eaten here before and the food is meh i only really care for the fries which is what i wanted when i went. other than that it’s just basic and the burgers are not that great and the meat is bleh.

Great food, always fresh, and some of the best milkshakes around. They forgot two of our meals when we last ate here, but we quickly realized we were missing food and went back. They had made all of our order but forgotten to hand it all over. For the inconvenience they gave us a free milkshake and so I can’t complain about little mistakes everyone makes once in a while!

We really enjoyed our visit here. We only had milkshakes but they were fantastic! Best part was the service. Since their drive through lane is limited, they came with a tablet and took our order & payment at the car instead of the menu board. Best part is that our order was complete before the car in front so they brought the order to the car. They really proved they’re all about service and a positive experience.

Nothing to go home about, which was very disappointing. The food was up and available for ten minutes, before my buddy and I just got up and got our food. Overall very disappointed in the service and quality. Their was a younger gal working the front counter and didn't once look to see if our meal was ready. Hope the owner of management sees this review.

Normally I love this place but today the customer service was bad let alone the fact that we spent 53$ basically and they didn't get the order fully correct let alone they gave us the order then came back and grabbed because they wanted to double check it we didn't get what we paid for and it was my wife's first time here she doesn't like this place now it will be a while before I go here again.

It's been practically 4 years since I had my first burger there. The amazing aroma of the burger brought back memories. It would be towards your advantage to get a great meal plus their great service. I plan to visit again!!!

I just discovered this place. They have a "secret" sauce. You have to ask for it though. If you are in the mood for a good fast food burger and fries, this is your spot. Not the least expensive at $13.00 a burger meal. But, I went back and got the tator tots and my hamburger was amazing. I can't do it very often or I would be 900 lbs. But Yumtown for a special treat.

Eagan's is one of my favorite burger places. The goop takes the burgers up a notch. Their tator tots are always fresh, hot, and yummy. Consistently good food!

Always good food, typically a bit of a wait in drive thru line. Milkshakes are great! Staff is... Unexcited. No huge complaints, we return about once a month.

Great burger and fries. High demand makes for long wait times it seems. Calling ahead would be best, park near the door for pickup. Nice park for the kids next to the parking. Drive access and parking is tricky. It may take more than one try to get in a good location ;)

This was my first time trying Eagans and I think it might be my new favorite burger place! I got the Little Tom and added grilled onions, it tasted so good!

Just stopped by Eagan's for a Big Tom, fries and the Goop. It hits the spot every time.

We always make time for a visit to Eagan's when in the area. The staff is always friendly. The food is great for fast food. However I need to remember that the Little Tom is too much food for me!

I don't know whats going on in the last year but this place has dropped horribly with service. Cant get items right. To the boy that doesn't know his menu- If someone says they want a deluxe club chicken sandwich. Dont say "Thats not a thing" and offer nothing else. It very much so is and I've ordered this way for 4 years. It's your chicken club. I attempted to order this a week ago and the other kid at the window was getting yelled at (probably for messing up an order or being rude) so I settled for the chicken sandwich. Today, I order the club...because its a sandwich you serve...and its a basic chicken sandwich with no bacon. My small drink was literally half filled. If you keep hiring these lazy kids you'll be out of service soon like your other store. Definitely not coming here anymore. Done wasting my time for incorrect items.

Great food and definitely have some of the best shakes or malts in the area! A Tumwater icon. Be patient as lines can sometimes be long and the business focuses on hiring local high school students that are usually courteous, friendly and helpful. Be careful at night as the lighting isn’t always the best and sometimes they have “runners” taking orders with the longer lines.

Got home & took a couple bits of my big t and pulled a long black hair out of my mouth, I noticed the people serving & taking my order in the drive threw had Harry dirty shirts not clean cut completely not fit to be handling food . 3/4 of a Burger waisted & wish I could upload pictures. I've been ordering food for 20 years at big toms & noticed the decline in taste, service, and cleanliness what a shame.

I’ve never had a worse experience. We were on our way to meet our friend at matchless brewing but needed food. 10 minutes PRIOR to arriving at Eagans we called in to make a pick up order. When we arrived we waited 15 minutes. Everybody that we watched order got our food before us. My wife finally asked when our food would be ready. All of a sudden our food was ready. Stone cold. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for many years. I would never make the mistake they made of just pain forgetting about someone’s order. I was such a fan of their burgers. Now I can tell you I will NEVER be back. From the attitude we received from the hostess to the employees in the back barely working( and mostly laughing at their phones) it left me furious. McDonald’s is a better option.
