I was on my way to Portland and needed a quick and healthy lunch. Panda Express seemed to fit the bill. I selected the super greens as the side with broccoli beef and chicken breast with string beans. It’s not super healthy but a healthier choice. The food quality is great for a fast food place. What impressed me the most is the staff. They greeted and treated each customer exceptionally well. The staff there really cared about their customers. I will be returning when I pass by Olympia, WA again.

This was my worst take out food experience I have ever had and Panda Express was my favorite take out. We would visit frequently. Earlier this month I ordered via the app, arrived 10 minutes after they said it would be ready, and I quietly waited with some very frustrated folks who had already ordered. I literally had to tell the supervisor that I had watched the entire walk in line go through the register (and the line was out the door). Then I noticed that they maybe hadn't even printed my order. It was hard to believe, but it was the truth and I waited for the ENTIRE LINE OF WALK-INS CLEAR OUT FOR A 2ND TIME. Place was a mess and my time is worth more than waiting about an hour and a half for my food to be ready for me. It came to me over an hour after it said it would be ready. What is the point of taking to-go orders online if you are going to help over 2 dozen walk-in parties before your to-go guests. It's not a decent way to treat your customers. Just bad business. Earlier this summer place was pretty suspicious because I saw big rats coming out of the dumpster and it was clear that the staff threw the trash bags wherever the hell they wanted because there were broken plastic bags hanging over side of the dumpster and all over the ground. Had to pass this on because I think people deserve to know. And it's not a good deal if you have to wait 90 minutes for your food without any clear notice.

I stopped going to this panda, even though it’s close because it’s simply the worst. They take care of online orders in before in person orders, the line is always long, and their portion sizes are a joke. Every other Panda Express gives huge portions, not this one. They literally gave me 4 pieces of chicken this time, and when I said something they said that’s the normal portion size.

Great ordering online. Otherwise, he may be in line for a bit. Fortunately for me, I ordered online and was able to just walk in when the signal came on my phone. Please check your order before you leave or you may be back to get the rest of it. They’re quite busy and mistakes do happen. I had very friendly service when correcting an error on my order. The whole restaurant was ultra clean. That included the dining area as well as the cooking areas and serving lines were as well. Colorful decor with pleasant lighting and large promotional/informational video overhead. My food was hot and delicious and I will probably be back again because it’s so darn convenient.!

Wow, this Panda Express location goes above and beyond to provide quality food and a friendly experience! The orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp plates we took home with us were really great. The staff was very polite and accommodating towards us and were patient with my Grandpa who has difficulty walking, every step of the way. They were super kind and kept the surfaces sanitized, it is practically spotless in this restaurant. I was amazed at how fast they got us served and out the door with our takeout. The restaurant itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained with both indoor and outdoor seating. With the nice weather we’ve been having if we had more time to spare we would’ve loved to have ate at the beautiful outdoor patio area. Needless to say, they were incredible at providing a good fast food experience at this location and we’d definitely grab some Chinese here again. Applause to their management and the kind lady who served us tonight.

Stopped by for a bite recently on a Thursday night about 6pm..l was in line behind 4 others & honestly waited 20 mins AGAIN in line to get to the front to order! Crazy! 6 people + manager working, I'm guessing call in orders & some new employees with job training problems, but there were eventually 10-12+ folks behind me.. Some walked out, pretty upset. Everyone on their phones to pass time away. The food is decent enough, l like the double order of Walnut prawns, but I'll never go here again without calling in first..waaaaay to long in line.

Typically love the food. This last visit I had to wait a rather lengthy period of time for the Black Pepper Angus Steak and then it didn't even taste right. Honestly this is the first time I can recall it not being up to standards. It's never a place to eat in unless you have no choice but my rating is all about the food and service. If I didn't have such lengthy experience with this location I'd rate it lower. If it continues I will lower my rating further.

Most of the time, this location is CRAZY busy - expect to wait 15+ minutes in line. When the location is like this, service and portion sizes drop. My advice is to use the app and skip the line. You may still have to wait, but it's a fraction of the time compared to ordering while there.

Well I usually love going to Panda. But this time they dropped the ball. I only got 1 of my entrees after waiting for like 30/40 mins (including before ordering) its a shame cause they usually do a good job. Idk if it was because it was all new people working because I didnt recognize any of the workers. 🙁

This is a fast food Chinese place where you can get your food and eat in or take out. The service was fast but accurate and friendly. They were busy tonight- which means they're popular. The food was cooked well and very good.

Great food, pleasant workers. Line was 10-12 people long, so the wait was pretty tedious. Then when I get up to order, I had to wait another 6-7 minutes while the worker filled all the TO-GO orders waiting. Then had to wait longer because we had to wait for more fresh food to be made!😂😂. Overworked order taker was trying to fill backlog of takeout orders and making mistakes because he was trying to help everyone. Only one cook to make all the food. Need a better system for those two things especially. Food was great as always.

The food was good but having to wait in line for 20 minutes for it was terrible. You only have a limited lunch time. Food was not available and had to wait to get it. I don't usually complain about a business unless it happens several times. This is not the first time it has happened.

I ordered take out online and scheduled for a later pick up, so they had plenty of time. I still had to wait 15 minutes for my food because they were busy and when they got to my order they didn't even have the food prepared so they had to cook it. But they had received my order an hour before and are just now cooking it. They gave me half my order and told me I had to wait while they cook the rest of it. If I'm getting fresh food, why am I standing here holding old food that's getting cold while I wait for the fresh food? Their process could use some improvement and a little bit better customer service.

Best panda so far! If you want fresh food you gotta go when its busy. The only issue i have is so many dirty tables. Like everytime! I would like to dine in one day.

Always love their foods! Got this new honey chicken I been dying to have again, with rice n noodles, I try and stay away after work hours and just order delivery but their foods good so it's OK they get busy :)

Repeated my order multiple times and still did not receive what was requested. Missing 2 entrees and sauce for half my order. Our plates looked just like Eduardo's below. Whack af.

Well, seeing how it's the only Panda Express you'll see from miles in that area. You can imagine it gets quite busy all the time. So you're most always gonna wait in line. No biggie, though. But most of the time, you'll have to wait for them to finish cooking the food if you pick certain items that go quickly. The rice, at least while I was there, was dry. And there were more vegetables than there was noodles in the chow-main. And the Soda machine was working improperly. But the people were great and friendly and working hard.

The food could have been warmer. Otherwise, it was yummy! They were slammed, and it was obvious that quality and service suffered. The table where we sat had food on the floor. Garbage can was mostly full. Restroom needed attention. Staff were doing their best.

  • 5/5 Mary M. 1 year ago on Google
They were slammed, but still got us our food quickly. We had to wait a few minutes for an entree so our drinks were free! What a great policy! Fresh, hot food is always worth the wait, but throwing in the drinks I was planning on paying for for free, what great service!

Though customers both dining in and take out seemed 'staked up' when I came for dinner (I didn't almost stay), I was served quickly. This Wed crew, Ali, John the meat chopper and real leader, Noah and the cooks were calm, friendly, efficient to customers and EACH OTHER! Their team work must be commended! They handled these rush hour WELL. Their calm also was reflected in the non demanding customers! What a pleasant experience. Not seen often these days.THANK YOU guys!

Picked up food after work Friday September 16th, guy working the front named John was absolutely phenomenal. He had a big smile on his face despite being busy he made an attempt to connect with every customer that he spoke to as he brings their order and he was even able to remember the orders of people so that it felt as if he was paying attention to each person even before they got to interact. If at any point his manager reads this, or his boss, invest in this employee because he made the restaurant feel more welcoming than I've ever experienced before. 10 out of 10 job John!

This location can be hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is cheerful and helpful other times not so much. I got the last scoop of broccoli beef which had no meat. I was willing to wait for fresh but I guess that wasn't an option. They left it out but still wanted charged me for a 2 portion meal. It was just a poor experience. I decided to just skip it and walked across the parking lot to L and L.

I let the cashier know I arrived prior to the mobile order being ready. 7 people walked in and took priority. My food was finally boxed and sat for a bit before I asked for it be bagged. They said no because it needs to be processed through the register still. I replied that it has been sitting for 10 minutes. The cashier condescendingly said "we are hiring" like I thought I could do her job better or something.

The experience started off good with only one couple in front of us and noone behind us (yet). You could tell they expected people that understand how to order and know exactly what they want. When another person came up to order behind us, that is where it started to fall apart for me. The person I was with had never been there before and didn't understand how to make his selections the first person assured they would help us but we then started waiting they moved the person behind us through past us. I am pretty sure someone is going to be just as disappointed as I am when they notice they have my sesame chicken and I have what I think is there sweet and sour chicken. The noodles taste pretty good but the rice needed some oomph. The chicken and mushrooms are still my favorite. I tried the not grilles orange chicken without reading what it was, the flavor is good but a little thick on the breading around the edges for me. Not sure if this experience was worth about $35.00 but it is an option to think about when u want something fast and not a drive through and it is enough food for more than one sitting.

One star is extremely generous. The new manager has taken a great store and turned it into a complete quagmire. As a customer I will not return, and as a dasher I will not service their orders.

  • 5/5 B-Mac L. 1 year ago on Google
I am not sure what happened here as far as staffing, I can say that before the last few weeks stopping in getting something ordered or picking up my order was easy and simple. Staff is rude, unhelpful and it takes extremely too long not only waiting on food and in line also with communication with staff. They will tell you that they are only selling what is on the line well before they are an hr away from closing and will overfill your plate with noodles or rice instead of the proper portions we pay for.

I did an online order pick up time was 1:30. I arrived at 1:25 and didn't receive my food until 1:45. The place was very very busy and only 2 employs working up front. Maybe it was an off day 🤷‍♀️ The reason for this review is to give 5 stars to the supervisor, Luis. I watched him for 15 minutes and he was very calm and professional and was kind and courteous to the customers. He did an amazing job making sure everyone was on task and was working non stop. He was managing the employees, the customers, along with cashiering. I hope Luis' manager sees this he deserves an atta boy!

The service here was great! I got the plate with 2 entrees and 1 side! It was a pretty good size for the price! The food was also delicious! I would most definitely recommend there orange chicken and teriyaki chicken.

  • 1/5 Julieta L. 11 months ago on Google
Do not recommend. No 5 point of service, long waits for food (meaning food is not being ordered before it runs out on the table). The steam table was dirty. The portions are inconsistent. Some are a double serving some not a full serving at all. The trash cans were overflowing. All the tables in the lobby were dirty. The bathroom towels were non functional. The staff quite honestly was just running around like chickens with their heads cut off.

Seeing mixed reviews but my experience here wasn't too bad. I actually came twice in one Friday and I feel like they are completely understaffed for fridays. But the guy ( behind the counter was trying really hard to keep up with the long lines, people waiting on food and online orders pouring in. Appreciate his hard work and the fact that he's bilingual, hope his pay matches because he was stressed out and still getting it done. 👍 good job Esteban

Ordered in person around 5pm. Pretty darn busy and only 4 on staff. Took over 30 minutes to get through the line of 5 people ahead of me. Best to order ahead on line.

  • 2/5 Amy H. 9 months ago on Google
God forbid they remember to put in the the teriyaki sauce (kinda handy when you order teriyaki) or fortune cookies. There’s a 90% chance they’ll forget. I highly recommend checking your order before you leave.

Family, friends, and I absolutely love this Panda Express. We absolutely love this Panda Express, which is so well-managed with friendly staff. We've been patrons for years and our faves are the walnut shrimp and orange chicken. I usually call in my order and pick-up, and it's ordinarily pretty quick. However, the store is so popular that there are occasionally lines to the door and that wrap around the room, but it moves fairly quickly and the food is worth the wait.

  • 4/5 Renia N. 1 year ago on Google
You get a lot of food which is pretty good for a fast food place. The best is the almond shrimp and orange chicken. It was jammed at 1:00 pm and I'm sure is worse at 12:00. It is definitely worth a stop.
