Well, I had a larger order today... My almost everyday drink is a Venti Iced Quad Decaf Espresso with 3 pumps of toffee nut and 3 pumps of white chocolate. Almost done... :) Then I'd like to add caramel drizzle and salt PLEASE. The lady that rung us up was SUPER nice but the Barista, not very friendly. Have a Great Day!

As usual at most Starbucks around the Country, my mobile order sat behind the counter for 10 minutes while I waited for the employees to even look up or acknowledge my presence. Also was smaller size than my order. But it still tasted good.

They're good, but coffee is not what it used to be

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I’ve found pieces of slime stuff in my ice and black pieces of something in the tap water. The workers are so so understaffed, and mistreated by management. The kiosk has been regularly closing at 5 pm due to the lack of workers, and management has refused to ban violent and/or egregious customers, resulting in a lack of safety for the employees. The 2 newest employees they were able to hire quit within their first month due to the horrible environment. This results in long wait times for everyone involved. I do not recommend shopping at the Tumwater Fredmeyer Starbucks, and least of all being employed there.

Slow at acknowledging customer. She Spent time talking to a friend for a couple of minutes before before acknowledging me. She then told me she would be right with after she got done cleaning up. After waiting a few more minutes as she moved like a Turtle I figured i would get better service elsewhere.ifiguresthe Coffee

I thoroughly enjoy this Starbucks, they are fast and very charismatic. Ethan and ally are definitely my favorite barista.always smiling fun to chat with and great at recommending new products for me to try. The foods always fresh and crisp the drinks always on point with what I ask for. The facility itself is always clean and the display cabinet definitely is a big temptation for me as the food looks very appetizing behind the glass case. I appreciate this Starbuck as I work next to them and it's nice to be able to walk next door and see friendly smiling faces. This Starbucks staff is always welcoming, I appreciate you guys .

I've come here a handful of times now. Convenient instore location. But I've only had one nice experience there with an older barista. Every other time has made me feel like it was a mistake to order in the first place. This time my barista didn't have a name tag the receipt said the cashier was MSD. I remembered her from a previous time when she charged me to make a drink decaf because it's normally "cream based" So this time I added "cream base " to my order and she completely flipped. Her entire attitude changed because I mentioned I didn't want to be charged for decaf. Never ordering here again and by the reviews I've skimmed through seems like I'm not the only one with an issue when it comes to bad service here.

Seattle's coffee is always the best in the world. Let's forget the city's famous street crimes for a while...

I had a long ugly night at work, but I still needed to stop by Fred Meyers to pick up a few things and a coffee. I had the most fabulous customer service from Britney and Gabe. They were very positive and friendly. The kindness was well needed this morning. Britney you made this laboratory technicians day better, thank you

Stop by this Starbucks on our way down to Oregon for Thanksgiving. The staff were ready friendly and got our orders correct. We used the drive through and on the drive through window they had pictures of dogs in the drivers seat of cars all over it. It was really cool. Inside they also had sticky notes in a corner with a sign were people could write what they were thankful for and post it on the wall. That is an awesome idea!

Great morning shift, super welcoming and chill. Lobby was busy but I didn't wait long. They did a good job on my drink. Definitely going to be a regular spot.

Today this Starbucks taught me a new word, (undelicious). I tried the red velvet loaf and found it to be exactly that "undelicious"

Great service and the staff are happy and helpful

I really appreciate the baristas attentiveness to my drink. She made sure my Chai and milk were actually stirred together and nobody ever does.
