This place is fun for everyone that can jump. Yet it's going downhill fast. The renovations removed a large portion of the trampoline area to add a cool slide. It's just never open. I've been here twice in the past few weeks and it was closed both times. ****** YOU CANT CANCEL MEMBERSHIP IN PERSON!!!!! ******* Garbage litters the parking lot. Inside isn't much better. The slide is rarely open and employees give you hassle if you ask if it will open. This place is honestly a germ factories. Come here to get inoculated against every germ possible. See the photos and see for yourself. The outside parking lot is terrible and garbage everywhere. Inside is honestly just as bad. Employees would rather flirt with girls on the floor vs pay attention to kids jumping and help prevent injuries or better yet open the slide! The manager Randy made excuses for not having enough staff but he had 3 people standing around joking around for at least 10minutes. The bathrooms are in disarray and need repairs as well. It's hard for me to give this anything better than 2 stars in the current condition. There are so many dust bunnies, dirt, and even bloody bandaids all over the floor it's a cesspool in here. If you are new this place is great fun for kids to burn energy out, but be aware it's dirty and poorly managed,

Party packages weren't as great as I thought it would be but it wasn't bad. Paid for the Epic package for 10 jumpers and it was supposed to have a host that helped out with our party needs but no one was there to help. They were good about being on time with the pizzas and the drinks though which was really great. I wound up ordering an additional pizza and a pitcher of soda and that was $31 😳 since the package only came 2 pizzas and 2 pitchers. The floor was absolutely dirty. Looked and felt like it had never been mopped. Each step you felt and heard the stickiness on the shoes. It was great for a 6 year old birthday bash though.

Kids love it here, staff friendly, clean facilities. Few things, more non jumper (parents/grandparents) better/more seating outside of jump area, maybe a larger arcade. They have pizza and snacks but more food options would be good. Overall very fun place, crazy busy, but fun for the kids. Worth going for sure even though the price is a bit steep.

My 1.5 and 3.5 year old loved it here. We came on a weekend fairly early and it was fairly slow; enough so my kids had more autonomy without being taken out by an 8 year-old. Throwing them in the foam pit repeatedly did the trick to give me a break.

I was never going to come back here but when I heard they changed hands again, I decided to check it out. I love Sky Zone so much that we have a membership. Going just once pays for the month membership. What I love about this place is the people who work there. They are kind, helpful, and laidback. I have always felt safe and heard. The food is actually pretty good for a jumping gym. The facility is generally clean, especially on a weekday, but you can’t expect it to be spotless when the place is packed with a bunch of kids. If you are like me and didn’t like this place in the past, please check it out under new ownership. You’ll fall in love with it all over again.

Attended a party here. The room was not cleaned (food on floor, overfilled trash) that well. Some of the staff was not not helpful for the one thing we requested and had been paid for. That being said, kids loved every moment. Unique and fun place to bond with adult friends as well as your family.

This is definitely smaller than DEFY Seattle and it was very busy on the Saturday we visited but it gets 5 stars from my kids. They had a blast here.

This place was a blast. It was clean Staff was very helpful and kind. I have special needs kids and they were able to be themselves and have real fun. I went during a weekday early and there was plenty of room to enjoy every square foot. The music rocks. Great seating all over to watch. Just a good time for a very fair price. Agree with others that unless you have a membership with discounts even a drink or snack is priced out of reasonable range. I do not take kids there for food. They are there for excercise and fun. Plenty of that!

The kids LOVE it here. The first time our sons went was for a field trip, and then we never heard the end of it. The best part is their birthday party rooms. They do everything for you and it is reasonably priced. It’s a big facility and you wear the kids out before cake and presents. Highly recommend for birthdays.

The "new" slides and Zipline are closed indefinitely already, the swing and trapeze have been down for months, they admit way too many people so it's too crowded, and they increased their prices?? It's now over $28/person and at least a quarter of the jumping attractions or spaces have been closed. I am not impressed. I'd rather drive a little further for a better experience.

Came for a birthday party, it wasnt too bad. Kiddo had alot of fun. Lots of trampoline jumps and foam pits. Slide wasnt open, but thats ok for me its a super big one lol. My only complaint is the zipline wasn't managed by staff like other areas around the place . Some kiddos had a hard time actually reaching the zipline bars because the gap between the edge and the bar to grab on to was too far apart, staff could have held on to the bar to help kids reach and off they go.

I come here since my little one loves it and bought a membership. But this place is dirty. The bathrooms are horrible, the floors look like they have not been cleaned in a long time. The food choices are not the greatest. Come and have fun for about an hour and leave. After couple visits, the excitement started to fade and we are not staying as long as we did. The membership price is better than just paying for one visit and you can cancel anytime

My kids really love this place and it provides an excellent source of entertainment on a rainy day. However, it seems to always be way too busy. It would be better if they set up some kind of reservation system so your kids actually had a chance at bouncing without slamming into other kids.

Our 3 year old had a blast. Running and jumping and falling. Went early on a weekend and the crowd wasn’t to bad. The concession stand was a mess due to only one person taking orders.

It's fun for a quick, local get away when it's too cold or wet outside. A bit pricey when you have 5 kids that decide to do the whole day. $27 for 2 hrs. Bounce away and Defy gravity till they sick up the pizza and sodas.

Our three boys had a lot of fun here! There's a lot to do, and wasn't too crowded at 11:30 on a Wednesday. They have a huge section of trampolines, dodgeball, basketball, an obstacle course, run walls, a small food court, even a couple of arcade games. I did use a Groupon to get a cheaper price, but it was still pretty spendy for us at $70 for 3 kids, required grip socks, and a playtime of 90 minutes. If we go again, I think I'll look into a membership. Otherwise, it was really fun and a great indoor activity to get our homeschooled boys out of the house.

My son came for a bday party & the place is huge. Place is packed. Tons of kids running around everywhere. They have party rooms. You need socks to jump. Cool place.

The kids had a good time and we did the all day pass... they lasted over 10 hours! So we'll worth the money for sure. But there was a few things that were out of order like the slides and the zip line and even though they had several employees things would open and close a lot. All the employees were very young adults and they were friendly but we thought it was odd that people kept coming in with shoes on jumping and no wrist bands either... like they were friends of the employees or regulars not sure but it was gross to see street shoes worn. Although we seen a lot of employees that seem to rotate a lot there wasn't enough supervision and a lot of the kids are left unattended. Two kids pushed my son and one led into an altercation which I jumped in and stopped the older girl from attacking my 8 year old. Which then escalated to 4 young maybe 11yr Olds coming over to us and calling us names and trying to take my son to "talk privately" so I told them to go get their parents to de escalate the situation because they were very disrespectful but they were alone with two older siblings that drove them under 18 who then came over and verbally attacked us cussing and screaming while an employee just watched and didn't step in or help at all. Thankfully the kids left after that because we stood our ground and protected my child and we didn't feel comfortable with him playing anymore unless I followed him around 1 foot away just in case. The employee did come over after and apologized which was appreciated but a little too late. I don't think parents should be able to drop their kids off and just leave.

Our grandkids love it here. They have a great time. I might rate it better if any part of this place was clean! Sticky dirty floors, dust everywhere around the snack bar, filthy bathrooms. For what they charge it would be nice if it was cleaner.
